| Basic Information: Name: Hyuuga Ryokei Nicknames/Aliases Kei Age: 16 Gender: Female Appearance: Standing 5’6, Kei has a slender build. She has long dark blue hair and the eyes of a Hyuuga. Her hair is normally loosely tied back to prevent it from getting into her face but her bangs loosely covers her face anyway. She wears a dark blue shirt with fish net sleeves underneath a light gray happi coat and a pair of beige colored chaps with a simple pair of black boots. On the chaps is a belt with a pouch attached which is positioned on the left side of her waist in which she carries her ninja tools. Beneath the sleeves of her happi coat is a pair of weights that weights roughly ten pounds each. They don’t hinder her normal training at all and she wears them as it gives her the thought that it might add an extra damage to her punch. The same weights are also on her feet but along with her arm weights, she is so used to it that it no longer hinders her everyday life. The weights on her arms and legs are constantly on her. Other than that she sometimes might even have a drawstring bag on her back to keep bigger items in should she have some. Personality: Kei is always quiet and keeps to herself. She dislikes loud and crowded places so it is quite often that people would see her hanging out at a corner somewhere if she was forced to stay in such a place. Generally quite hard to read sometimes, Kei doesn’t like to express herself more than she has to. Often, when she is asked questions, Kei would grunt or something if it can answer it. If it cannot, then she will either ignore the person if the question is trivial or speak as short as possible. Due to because Kei does not like violence, she would never intentionally draw blood. She is very protective to those close to her. Unless someone provoked her to do so by harming those she cares about or if her opponent was the first to draw blood that is when she will intentionally draw blood should she have to. Also, Kei is calm and collected most of the times so she is one to observe a situation first before acting. People who act with their emotions often exasperate Kei to no end. | |

| Clan Information: Clan Name: Hyuuga Clan Location: Konoha Clan Traits: The gentle fist - The Gentle Fist style of combat is based on palm strikes and generally aims to damage the body's Chakra Pathway System, thus creating difficulty by inhibiting an opponent's use of chakra. To do this, the user will forcefully insert a small amount of their own chakra into an opponent's chakra pathway system. The chakra can then be used to rupture or divert chakra flow, preventing them from using jutsu. Any chakra based substance can be countered/destroyed by using the gentle fist style to force chakra into it. This is done by using the chakra openings in ones hands to shape their own chakra into needles which can cut through chakra itself. It can also be used to attack the opponent's internal organs, to which the chakra pathway system is closely tied. Even the slightest tap from this style can cause major damage, hence the name "gentle fist." Because the chakra pathway system is invisible, the Byakugan is required for this style to be used effectively. Since the Byakugan is unique to the Hyūga clan, it has become their signature style of combat. *Must have Taijutsu as a specialty, preferably main. Kekkei Genkai: The Byakugan is a Dōjutsu Kekkei Genkai, a genetic trait, that is shared amongst the members of the Hyūga Clan. Those that inherit the blood of this clan have almost featureless white eyes. It has two different settings, dormant and activated, both of which take a slightly different appearance from the other form. The normal eye for a Hyuuga clan member differs from a normal human eye. The iris and pupil are barely discernable with both appearing a milky white in color. The pupil itself is larger than a typical humans and it is outlined by a black region. The sclera remains normal except the larger size of the pupil reduces ones ability to view it. Once the eye is fully activated, the hidden iris becomes more apparent. Also when providing blood and chakra for the eyes' bloodline vision, veins will bulge lateral to each eye. The first ability of the Byakugan gives the user a near 360º field of vision, except for one blind spot at the back of the neck above the third thoracic vertebra. The second ability is having the ability to see through solid objects, and can use a degree of telescopic sight. The distance and the degree of telescopic sight varies from person to person. This is often determined by both rank and skill. At the genin level it can reach up to 100 meters. At Chunin this increases drastically reaching out to 400 meters. At jounin this goes up even more to 800 meters. A Kage level Hyuuga is capable of seeing up to 2km in all directions. However, the third and one of the greatest uses of the Byakugan is the ability to see chakra, as well as the chakra circulation system inside another's body. The member then begins to spin like a top, creating a whirling vortex that can nullify almost any attack.

History: The Hyuuga are one of the oldest and most powerful clans in Konoha, being one of its two great Dojutsu clans. They aided in the founding of the leaf village, though played a much smaller role in its founding then the Senju and Uchiha did. They quickly established a high ranking amongst the ninja squadrons and became well known to all, just the mention of the Byakugan or the name Hyuuga wining an instant air of respect. Their clan is based highly on nobility and even with in itself has its own social structure. The clan is split into two different families. One being known as the main and the other being the branch. This social division has always been their greatest flaw. The Main family often holds themselves to be higher up and more important then the branch family, and basically the branch is looked down upon like lesser individuals and sometimes even pawns which can be thrown away for the villages sake. To be looked at most appropriately, the Main are the Kings, and the Branch are the peasants. It even goes so far that a destructive seal is placed on the forehead of all Branch family members which can be used to instantly destroy a branch member if they do not follow the orders of the Main family. In recent times, this wall has begun to get broken down, and the destructive seal is being used less and less. Cooperation is beginning to flourish between the two houses which is leading to prosperous outcomes. It is unknown if this will continue or if it is a momentary laps of peace. These users have excellent chakra control, which means they waste little chakra in battle. People with excellent chakra control usually have average or below average chakra. Since the amount of chakra is smaller, it is easier to master control over it. People with this skill are like, Itachi, Kakakshi and Orochimaru.
Advanced Control: You have understanding about the amount of chakra you place into your techniques. Techniques that require little to almost no focus, you have control over techniques from A-rank rank and below. The lower the technique, the better you save on chakra.

Hyuuga Ryokei was born to a retired ninja mother and a ninja father. Kei and her parents had lived in Kumogakure for as long as Kei could remember. Her father was a strict man that lives up to the Hyuuga family name. Therefore, as soon as Kei was old enough, she had one 5lbs weight placed on her arm. It was then that her training began.
Due to her rigorous training since then, Kei never really have a chance to make friends her age. During her free time that she isn’t training with her father, the girl has to study to keep up with her academics. When Kei entered the ninja academy, she had another 5lbs weight added to her other arm. Naturally, her academics and physical ability surpasses the other students flawlessly. Kei never had to work hard for it but she had held the top rank in her ninja academy class.
Due to that, it sparked a lot of jealousy with the other kids around her. She never paid attention to any of that however and continued to train herself even when her father was unavailable to train with her. Soon, Kei herself added two more 5lbs weight on her legs, one on each leg. She wore these weights until she graduated from the ninja academy. By then, those 5lbs weights were like a part of her body and she hardly feels them already.
With her training at a young age she was able to use the Byakugan with ease as a genin. While as a genin, she was placed in a team with two other people. At first they didn’t work together well just like many other teams. They find Kei too quiet and too much of a lone wolf. Kei on the other hand found that they were too friendly and noisy for her liking.
The fact that her team was not able to work together was quickly fixed during a mission when Kei nearly cost her teammates their lives. Because she was unwilling to work with them, she had nearly placed the whole team’s life and the mission on jeopardy by attempting to do things her own way. It was after the mission that she starts to learn how to work together with people and learn how to trust them.
By the time that the Chuunin exams came around, Kei had developed a kind of friendship with her teammates and was able to work with them fine. Of course, she was able to pass the written exams flawlessly. The hard part, she knew in her heart was the latter part of the exams. Not many has ever passed that part and even lost their lives trying. Luckily for her and her team, the latter part of the Chuunin exams was fairly easy because of the years of training she had and with teamwork.
Upon passing the Chuunin exams, Kei lifted herself from her previous weights and in place of them, used heavier ones. Even though it wasn’t very heavy as she was used to having weights on her already, it didn’t make it easy for her to start with them. With them on, she had missions where she was required to be fast and stealthy. Kei knew that she was pushing herself to the limit with them but she was able to overcome the hardships the weights had given her. Having no such thing as a goal in her mind, Kei thought that she would start now by finding a goal in her life that she can follow upon as motivation also.

Putting on her happi coat, Kei briefly checked herself as she walked past the full body mirror in her room. Taking the items that was on the table, Kei was out the door in less than a minute. Outside, the sun shown through the clouds in the sky thus giving patches of sunlight to the ground. Several kids were out and running about. They only stopped to look for a small moment when they heard the door to Kei’s apartment close. Squinting lightly at the sun overhead, Kei made her way around the kids and started down the street.
It didn’t take the Hyuuga long to get where she was heading. Then again the place she had just arrived at wasn’t very far outside of the village after all. Looking around, Kei could see that she was the only one there. The first one there in fact. Maybe she was just early but it wasn’t like she had anything to do in her apartment anyway.
She took her place leaning her back against a tree trunk. Kei stood there, watching as the sun shone through the small gaps in between the tree leaves. From time to time, she would adjust the weights on her arms and legs and even wondered if she should make it heavier. Luckily for Kei, she didn’t have to wait long before a rustle in the bushes nearby alerted the girl that someone was there. The small sound of a kunai swishing through the air made Kei move from her position. She didn’t sense a killing aura so she wasn’t very alarmed by the sudden kunai. It was made clear to her just who threw the said kunai.
“Aw, you’re no fun, Kei.” A female’s voice said to her from the direction that the kunai came from.
Kei didn’t answer her and even waited for the person to come out. The Hyuuga smirked when the person finally couldn’t take the silence and stepped out from the cover of the bushes. Tilting her head slightly, Kei gave the female an amused look that even said ‘I knew you would come out if I stay quiet.’
“It seems like our moron is late. Strange since he was the one that proposed to meet like this. You know, we haven’t seen each other much anymore and all…” The girl said, trying to break the silence. Kei merely made a sound in the back of her throat that sounded like a grunt of agreement.
“You need to work on your stealth tactics, Rinmei” Kei said with a smile still on her face that didn’t look like it would be leaving soon.
“You are just too sensitive… You know that both of us have never managed to sneak up on you ever.” Rinmei pouted.
As soon as the girl had finished her sentence, a rustle caught nearly too late by Kei was heard behind her. Swinging around, she brought her arms up in a defensive position as a fist slammed into the weights on her arms. Kei was knocked at least a foot back from her place but she still stood nonetheless.
“Ow, ow, ow…! What the hell do you have on your arms?!” A boy who was shaking his hand to try to ease the pain of punching Kei’s weight said as one could see tears form in the corner of his eye.
Peeling back the sleeve of her happi coat, Kei revealed the weights underneath and gave a small laugh. “The both of you seemed to have gotten better at sneaking up on me.”
