The Tomoko clan/ Touketsu Shi

Location: The last clan member known to be alive was Retsu Tomoko. She died in Kirigakure 9 years ago and the clan name with her, or so people think. Yoshiko Tomoko her daughter and the one that shares the same bloodline lives in Amegakure and has joined the Akatsuki. The location of her little sister is unknown.

History: The Tomoko clan was originally from Kirigakure as far as people know but the members of it, however few there were, traveled a lot through the other countries. The curse of their bloodline limit was that they could be consumed by it and loose their sanity, and also that other people desired to have them as their tools. It was easy as with all other bloodline limits to become isolated, arrogant, bloodthirsty but there were not many known by the name Tomoko that were feared. It was more looked at them as ghosts that traveled around, never wanting to settle down anywhere for too long and never interacting with others unless they needed to. Their third curse of the Tomoko clan was that the people of that clan usually didn't have many children, but from those children that were born it was not given that they would inherit the "cursed" blood.

After countless ninja wars and brawling it had come down to that Retsu Tomoko and her family, which consisted of her grandfather and her twin sister, were the last ones standing known to be alive of the Tomoko clan. Retsu and her grandfather were content in living in peace and never showing their true powers, but her twin sister Reiko had always been trying to strive for more than just that. Reiko left them and went to Amegakure. There she met some rather shady men and started working for them. But the day came when she wanted to be free and called it quits with the group she had been working with. That however didn't go so well with her boss, and he made men track her down to her home where Retsu and their grandfather were.

It was a terrible day for the Tomoko clan, as the old man was slayed and the twin sisters were torn apart. Retsu watched them both get killed as she had tried to fend off the enemy. Struck by grief, she had killed all the men that had come and then she fled in the shade of the night. She moved back to Kirigakure and lay low until she met Ichinose, the man that had come to haunt her down. However, fate decided to play in and they fell in love. To Retsu's surprise, but also joy, she was blessed with 3 children. But to her sorrow, then her oldest daughter showed straight away signs of being a true Tomoko blood heir.

After Yoshiko's family was killed and her sister went missing, Yoshiko now lives alone for all she and others know, under the name Tomoko. As others before her, she never shares that name out loud unless she has to and it's not unless she's having death matches where she shows what her bloodline limit does. She keeps on every day to search for her little sister Hina that had disappeared while the tragedy struck 9 years ago, but she knows that her sister might have the bloodline limit for her mother had told her so. Yoshiko has that feeling deep down that Hina is still alive, perhaps because of how they are bound together by their mutual curse. And Yoshiko is determined to find her sister before someone else does, someone that would use her for his own evil deeds. So now Yoshiko Tomoko travels around countries in endless searching, between going back to her home in Amegakure and receive orders from her leader.

Special Info: All those that have the bloodline limit have ice as their element to manipulate into weapons. Seeing that the ice can only be used to summon weapons, the user has to have weaponry ability and also have the element water.

Description: Those that hold this bloodline limit are able to manipulate weapons and shields of about any size and shape out of ice, and also many at the time if the user is strong enough. The ice however gets stronger than any normal ice, due to the users chakra being manipulated into the weapons.

This skill requires that the user has water as his/hers element since that allows them to manipulate water for the environment and be able to shape more weapons faster, allowing them to use less chakra in the making of the weapons if they would just use the environment. The user can also make weapons appear about anywhere where there is enough moisture, for an example if Yoshiko was standing in a big puddle, she could freeze it all and have multiple swords (or any other weapons) standing out of the puddle.

The weapon Yoshiko normally summons out and has mastered to fight with is a two bladed naginata, seeing that the pole weapon has the ability to batter, stab or hook an opponent. The weapon covers a large radius of reach and is especially good to use when many attack at once, as it keeps the user out of the opponents reach. The shaft is about 5 foot long and the blade about 3 foot, allowing Yoshiko to cover and attack in 380 square feet (35 m²) of open, level ground.

Weakness: The user has to bear in mind that he/she uses up the chakra by making the weapons, so it's not an unlimited amount of weapons that can be made, and this also tires the user out the more weapons are made.

The other weakness is that the user must always be sure to either have enough water or ice around him/her or have enough chakra to be able to manipulate the water element. If everything else fails, the bloodline limit users can use the water inside their own body, but at great risk. So it's rare that the user will use his/hers bloodline limit when for example in a desert or when surrounded by fire, unless of course they have water with them and in most cases have someone to help them get away if they would faint due to dehydration.
