Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu
Description: The user engulfs their arm or fist with Ration chakra, it operates the same way as static electricity, only working once, and only when touched, this move in amplified if the user or target is holding metal. Once contact is made, the target is shocked and is temporarily stunned in the area of contact, meaning it is unable to move for 3 seconds. If the user makes contact directly with the spine, the target is fully paralyzed for up to 5 seconds.

How long are they stunned and how much of the opponent is stunned [ie. area of contact]
