Description/Abilities: From it's appearance, in a vial, it has a neon blue color that viscosity is simular to that of warmed up honey. Being that of a liquid, it takes the shape of its container.

In abilities, it acts like a battery to chakra conductive material. When the liquid reaches towards the conduit, the chakra itself begins to 'boil' off into more a gas state and the chakra conduit feeds upon the chakra just as if a person were to induce there own chakra into the chakra conduit. Depending on how the intensity of the liquid chakra, it can go along the lines as one might compare it to pH levels with one being the most potent while five being the least.

At one, being the most potent, it is at that point the closest to the raw form, it is quite, in fact, the most unstable. Items that can Level 1 Liquid Chakra, are usually the most valuable and the most lethal. Level 1 may be lethal but it is the longest lasting of the levels. Levels 1 and 2 have a lasting rate of five to seven post on a minimum, depending on how the user manipulates liquid chakra, it could last longer. A list of the following

Level 2: Four to six post; A-rank items
Level 3: Three to five post; B-rank items
Level 4: Two to four post max; C-rank tems
Level 5: One post; D-rank items

Side Note: Items that are suspectible to Liquid chakra are only useable by Kumogakure shinobi with the official Kumogakure seal that allows them to use items from Kumo

Outside of the liquid container, it is extremely lethal to ingest. If one were to ingest liquid chakra, there would be a sudden influx of increase chakra, the body then go into a violent state where the cells does not reconize the chakra that is not compatible to there own. Side effects will include but not limited:

-Sudden Internal Convulsions
-Rupturing at a molecular level
-chakra pathways will close, depending on the level, some quicker than others.
-Coma and/or Death.

Inside a chakra conductor and container, the container itself can manipulate the liquid chakra. A shinobi with control over such containers (i.e a kunai, a katana or any blade of the sort) could manipulate the liquid chakra itself creating a managable power source.

Depending on how many credits a shinobi has, they can customize the blade to contain liquid chakra whether inside of the hilt of the blade or in the blade itself.

S-rank items: 120 Credits or above
A-rank Items: 80 Credits or above

History: The source of liquid chakra comes from a material in the far reaches of Lightning country that has the same density as quartz. When first discovered, the researchers found out that this quartz like rock produced a type of chakra that had some simular characteristcs as a person with chakra. They understood during those beginning years that the rock would absorb chakra from underneath the ground, sourcing out from away from the mountain to where the closest forest that was near it, which was four kilometers away. The quartz would slowly begin to absorb life energy itself and the components inside would convert the life energy to a storable chakra where the rock would continue to grow.

For three years, the researchers harvested the quartz like substance out of the region and towards the labs of Kumogaure. In the labortories, they made several attempts into utalizing the chakra that the quartz absorbed. A fairly difficult process at first. They began to realize that the quartz is extremely lethal when melted away. It released a poison substance away, the chakra would then be unstable and explosion would occur.

Through careful study, they began to extract each quartz molecule by molecule. The atom was considered a electron giver but what was different about these atoms was that electrons would suddenly disappear or reappear depending on which atom needed or didn't need an electron.

The study was a breakthrough when they melted 100 grams of the quartz into water, the electrons would bind together with the atoms of hydrogen and oxygen and it turned the entire substance into something entirely new. The substance transformed into a viscous substance that was simular to, what a scientist was reminded up, warmed up honey that was at 80 degrees up in temperature.

What they found out about the new substance was surprisingly stunning. Those who have even the most basic of chakra control are able to manipulate the substance by will. The researchers did an experiment by taking five jounin, five chuunin and five genin who had experience with chakra control.

They told the test subject that these kunai were laced with a new substance almost like a battery. The battery would react to the chakra conductor which the conductor would react to the user's chakra. What they found was that the jounin whom had better control of there chakra were able to manipulate the kunai for the liquid chakra to be more stable. Some of the jounin placed there element onto the kunai, many of which was lightning. The researchers notice as the jounin released the kunai while the blade was laced with a bit of lightning, when it hit the target (A metal target that was about fourteen inches it) the blade pierced into the metal (the average length was eight to ten inches deep) and the blade was still electrically conductive. During the first few seconds, it strength was comparable to a person flowing chakra into a blade conductive of some sort. It amount of voltage in the kunai was enough to stun an unseen victim but over time the liquid chakra would give and the kunai would return back into its normal state.

With the chunin and genin that participated, the effects were the same. Some of the chunin laced it with electricity (one of the participants had fire as a main element, the results were the same as the electricity), it sustained itself for a few seconds before the liquid chakra wore off. It seem to be a tad bit shorter than some of the chunin but the difference was barely noticable. For the genin, some of them didn't have a well enough chakra control for a electric current but the results were still surprising as they focus chakra into the blade and the blade would pierce through the metal (average length it was three to five inches deep) and the kunai would still produce that same energy for a short while.

Enter today. The recent Raikage, Kurayami Kaisen, was given the results of the research. They produced Kaisen with all three years of research to them so that they could produce a limited amount of shurikens, kunai and katanas for usage. Kaisen allowed the research to continue and to create these weapons allowing Kumogakure shinobi to utalize the liquid weapons

Description/Abilities: This kunai is equipped with liquid chakra. When the user wishes to activate the battery like liquid, the user would focus chakra onto the chakra conductor, the liquid chakra would then begin to boil away and in terms, the kunai will radiate (If seen by a sensor or a doujutsu) off a light blue color which gives an extra boost in distance and in damage.

The average length of time the kunai can be active is two post. With those who have chakra control underneath there belt, they can longate the length to about three or four post max. After that, the energy of the liquid chakra is depleted.

Because of the metal of the kunai, a current of lightning can run through it and can remain active by eating away at the liquid chakra as a source of energy. This could probably run well with fire but the flames eats up the chakra swiftly.

Description/Abilities: They are liquid chakra laced shuriken, given it's small form and size, the chakra itself does not last long, only sufficing to a time limit of one post (a few seconds after the shuriken hits the target).
