From Kumo to Ame
Kashaku first awoke on a flat alter-like stone. It was dark, his way unseen. As he stood up his eyes slowly looked around adjusting to the darkness as he made his way forward.. He stumbled at first, his hand reaching out grabbing a dusty platform. He stayed there until he was stable, looking up to see the books in front of him. “How long was I out this time?...” Kashaku noticed his voice and knew right away what had happened. He woke up early, but how could he help it with all the fun things happening in the world today.
With the appearance of his younger self from over a hundred years ago Kashaku looked like a teen. Of course that wasn’t what he looked like when he went to sleep. He also felt a slight change in his chakra flow and ability as it were. “Weaker? Heh, oh well…” He made his way through the catacombs, his mind racing as it collected his memories of what he knew from his life, and what he had observed during his slumber. He stopped half way up the stairs remember where he was. Going out this way would lead near the Kumo square. He would rather bypass that crap and just leave. Not like there was anything left in this place for him after all. He turned around walking back down the stairs and moving to another corridor. It took him about an hour of walking and he found himself getting winded.
He cursed having gravity pull down on him as he walked at an upward angel. He found himself pushing several small boulders and collections of rocks from his path and rolling out onto a flat of rock. He stayed there for a while catching his breath. The breeze felt nice, the first he had felt in a long time. His golden eyes partially closed as he stared up at the sky. “So much to do… So much to end,” he muttered as he sat up. He looked over the edge of the cliff seeing he was only about eight feet from steady ground and he made his way to it. If he remembered correctly he was only about three miles from Kumo. Still in a danger zone so he did his best to make his way in the opposite direction. Guess I’ll start in Amegakure, make a few friends when I get there. Or just destroy the place. “It’s a shame though, I don’t feel Ryoshushi. Yet I can still feel his power in my veins. Could it be he no longer exists as the same entity, or did he bond with me while I was sealed? No point worrying about it now. Kashaku smirked wildly as he put his hands in his pockets and started walking.
