Positive Effects: Increase in strength, speed and a complete resolve and focus forming a mental block. Chakra almost doubles. Added defensive capabilities.
Negative Effects: Mentally regresses while in use. More and more the guardian will start to take over unless the guardian itself decides to remain under the control of the user. (Only in stage 3) Consumes chakra quickly which is why the base chakra is almost doubled. Body suffers from extended use leading to major injury in some cases. For the most part skin damage, sometimes bone structure is affected as well.
Transformation Effect:

Stage: 1

The more commonly used Dragon Claws, though not only effecting said area of the hand transforms the arms of the seal bearer. Scales grow plated and lapping over each other. It is possible to use these as a means of defense from sharp weapons or blunt objects depending on how much force is used.

Stage 2

Is a slight Advancement of the arms making it so some of the scales can be launched like projectiles. Purged scales can be re-grown almost instantly. Aside from this scales grow over the user’s chest, and back. Also wings sprout from the shoulder blades allowing limited aerial mobility. However are too have to sustain flight, but add a bit of a boost to vertical movements and even float for a while. The scales allow for them to be used as shields

Stage 3

This is the full Draconian form in which the user is given full access to the draconian form. Their skin depending on which guardian will turn either white or blue. Scales appear only in certain areas. More combat oriented areas and vital points. The wings are larger, so are able to produce enough lift.

Ryuujin maruichi is a gift given to those who pass the writ oh honing the power of either Tatsuma or Ryushish. Upon completing its test and gaining the eyes the guardian by then will deem their hosts worthy of their power and grant them a seal for unlocking their vast abilities. Hyoutenka needs to be flowing in an un interrupted state through the entire body. A close commune must be established between the guardian and host body. A mental state of a comrade needs to be set between the two. Which will allow the guardian to then act on its on as it sees fit instead of being held within at all times. With consent only as per contract the guardian is able to use its conscious and power through the body of the host. This comes in handy if said host is unconscious or unable to move on his own.
