Stats Explained:

Given that the Naruto Universe is largely about combat, a stat system has been devised to make the whole process either. The entire stat system is composed of 4 attributes which will be the base of your character. These five attributes being Strength, Dexterity, Speed, and Stamina. Each attribute will effect a specific area of your character and his/her combat.

For example someone with 1 point in Speed would not be able to keep up with someone with 100 points in the same category. However, stats do not define everything in combat, a skillful RPer could over come someone with higher stats with ease. The Stat System merely serves as a basis for members to determine who is stronger, faster, ect.

The 4 Attributes can be increased with Distribution Points (DP) which can be earned through RPing [see Thread Grading for more details]. DP can be used to increase your player character's attributes by a certain amount depending upon your PC's progress. It is quite easy to increase your PC's stats and thus become stronger, however because of this there is a growth cap on how much your stats can increase depending on your rank/skill level.

Starting DP
Novice Genin:35
Average Genin: 45
Experienced Genin:55
Chuunin:105
Special Jounin:155
Jounin/Specialized:175
Experienced/Advanced Jounin:205
Sannin:305
Kage350

Strength
Stength is the measure of a character's physical power which can be influenced by muscle muscle mass and some techniques. Strength is used to determine the force behind Taijutsu attacks as well as how much a character can lift. With a high strength one's character may be able to grapple others and break out of certain restraints. The Strength attribute is referenced everytime the inertia of an object is changed.

[0-3] Insignificant Insect: Characters with this low of a stat should probably not even be a ninja in the first place, as they can barely life a gallon of milk. These people would most likely hurt themselves from trying to punch someone else if they did.

[4-7] Flabby Grandma Arms: Characters with this stat posess strength below the average human. They can't lift much, and their punches and kicks often go unnoticed.

[8-10] In the Norm: This is the average strength of the normal everyday human. They can cause some damage, but often are likely to get their asses kicked by those whom are stronger.

[11-15]Adequate:This is the weaker Shinobi level of strength. Their punches do damage, and could knock someone down of equal or lower strength if they really tried. They exercise every so often as well to keep in shape.

[16-30] Now We're Talking!:Characters with this level of strength are finally getting somewhere. They spend a decent portion of their time exercising, doing so multiple times a week. This is where real damage comes in, and they can lift most every day objects with realative ease. What would be considered heavy to the average person, is completely normal for these guys.

[31-60] Now You're Actually Strong: Character is much stronger than average, through constant training. A strike from this character is sure to knock out the average person straight away or break bones.

[61-125] Peak Human Condition: You are at the peak of the human condition, hours training have left your strength level at the optimum level, This character possesses enough strength to produce moderate trauma to the body along with broken bones while knocking down a person. Martial training gives this character the possibility of causing nearly fatal wounds if attacks are applied to vital organs.

[126-199] Never Satisfied: So you reached the peak human condition but you’re still not happy. Your motto must be “Only 500 more”. Character has reached the plateau of physical strength that borders on superhuman, shown by their ability to easily lift a average human being effortlessly with a single hand. A strike from this character will cause severe, if not fatal trauma to the average person along with severe bone damage.

[200-299] The Terminator: Well, you passed up almost everyone else. You’re so strong now that Steel bars bend like pop cans. You can even crush bones.

[300-499] Atlas: Although your quite far from holding the world on your shoulders, you have reached the peak of the peak of the human strength levels, really there are so few stronger than you now. You can lift 2-5 times your body weight easily in one.

[500-999] Demolition Crew: WE GET IT YOUR STRONG! NOW STOP. A simple punch from you can knock down walls even whole buildings. You can lift nearly anything with no effort and you can bench and elephant. Your almost to the top, but seriously man stop, it’s kinda scary.

[1000+] Broly: Well you've officially become the best of the best, the strongest of the strongest. Very few are stronger than you or can even hope to keep up with your physical strength. You’re packing some serious muscle, capable of ripping people to shreds with minimal effort. Seriously dude, now is the time to lay off the steroids.

Dexterity
Dexterity is your physical skill and quickness, a higher dexterity allows one's character complete faster hand signs and better weapon usage. Dexterity is the prime attribute referenced with the character's handling and accuracy with said weapons. Dexterity also is a reference for your character's dodging abilities, a higher dexterity allows more techniques to be dodged and/or countered.

[0-3] Delayed Reactions: Characters with this low of Dexterity often have delayed reactions to all their attacks, and arent good at using hand signs, and couldn't hit the boad side of the broad side of a barn (repeat intentional). People this low in dexterity might as well be mentally retarded. You can barely hold onto anything for more than a few seconds before dropping it, and if you manage to dodge something, consider it a total fluke.

[4-7] Butterfingers: You still drop things, but you arent completely useless. Although you seem to forget that the air isnt substantial enough to trip over, and when you try to throw things to other people it often ends badly. Your handsigns are pitiful and you have to take extra time to be sure to do them correctly.

[8-10] Nervous Nerd: Like a nervous nerd, you are still clumsy, but not all that much. Your accuracy is equal to that of the average Joe. Your hands are shaky which makes utilizing a weapon not exactly ideal. Your hands signs are better but still not at suitable shinobi levels.

[11-15] Getting There: You dont drop much anything, and you are ok with your hands. Your hand speed is decent, better than average, but not up to par, and should probably get better if you are a weapon user. You can hit stationary target at moderate distance almost all time and have no coordination problems.

[16-30] Practicing Magician Well, you're definitely better, but you've still got a ways to go. Your hand sign speed is faster than average, and you're fairly decent at anything related to your hands. You are now officially capable of hitting the broadside of a barn with ease.

[31-60] Pickpocket: You make your living off your skill in dexterity, you're good at hiding, navigating you body over obstacles and your are especially good at putting your hands in the pockets of others without them noticing. You're not quite a ninja, but you're getting there.

[61-125] Ninja Skills: You are dexterous and flexible to the point where you have no problems whatsoever in accuracy and making handsigns. With hand signs, You move a good speed, and average people can't follow them well. Pretty much able to out move to the average human being in close quarter and with martial training the character can put up a good fight.

[126-199] Experienced Warrior: You are now skilled in the use of weapons, all weapons feel at home in your hand . Your accuracy is at peak levels able to hit targets at a great distance. Your entire body is your weapon use it well.

[200-299] Master Thief: You have a little more skill then all them fools out there. Granted, there are some who could still give you a tough cause but hey that's not stopping you. You are able to wield a weapon like a chance and move your body extremely well. You put up one hell of a fight

[300-499] Disciple of the Prince: Almost to the top, dont stop now. You've surpassed most shinobi, your aim is excellent, your reflexes top notch. You are perfectly capable of wielding two weapons, and are able to navigate over nearly any terrain.

[500-999] Altair: You've seen the best but you must be better, there is nearly no one who can out throw you. Your reaction speed is near it's peak, who could possibly hit you. Your skill with your weapons is impossibly good, you are simply the best at what you do.

[1000+] Mr. Anderson: To have speed is one thing, but with no control and body awareness the likely hood of you making a sharp corner are slim to none. This character is insanely quick in prcoessing and reacting to their surroundings. His movements are impissible to see to the average man even the most well trained shinobi. Your not dodging these attacks and you are definitely not hitting this guy.

Speed
Speed is the rate of change in an object's[or person's] position, which unless you live under a rock is how fast someone can move. A higher speed allows one to move at a faster rate. Speed is relevent to how far you can jump and how easilly you can dodge attacks. A character with high speed will be able to dodge, move and altogether attack faster than one without.

[0-3] Derp Derp: You are slow. Like, really really slow. So slow, people wonder how long it actually takes to do things. To everyone else, you might as well be stuck in instant replay.

[4-7] Get Out of the Road Grandma: You’re not quite as slow as you could be, but you’re still pretty damn slow

[8-10] Lost Your Walker: Congratulations, you are now officially faster than my 80 year old grandmother. But still, dont expect to win any races.

[11-15] You. Are. A. Ninja.: Congratulations!: You are now equally as fast as a gennin! You move about as fast as well...a gennin. Have fun with this very low speed, but know there are a lot more who are much faster.

[16-30] And the Slow One Finished the Race: Alright your fast, but you are not as fast as you could be. A few are below you, but many are above you.

[31-60] Marathon Runner: Your body is at near peak speed levels, you could easily run and win a marathon.

[61-125] Speedy Gonzolas: Congrats you are at the highest average level of speed. You are now faster than MOST people. Of course , as always there are those faster than you. While this is the average shinobi level, there is still room for improvement, but you can easilly win races and run marathons. However, you're speed is nothing compared to others, dont get cocky.

[126-199] You are the Wind: Ah, so now you've reached the level where you are sorta contending with the big guys now in speed. The average level of shinobi speed are long behind and you're now slow poke.

[200-299] The Human Cheetah: There is a reason why they call you this. You make the speeding bullets look small and insignificant. Surprisingly, you're not at the top yet, you may be fast and what not but there are still a few left who can outrun circles around you.

[300-499] The After Image: Alright now we're talking, you're fast I'll give you that. Your speed is enough you can out pace cars on the highway with ease and even maintain conversation while doing so. Now the question is, which one of you is the real one?

[500-999] Supersonic: You just broke the sound barrier. So much so that you cause a sonic boom as soon as you run past mach 1...no wait, mach 2 oh no...MACH 3... oh now you tripping MACH 4??!?!

[1000+] The Blur: This character is SOOOOOO FAST. He’s just well Fast. There is no other way to describe him. He’s FAST. No one can keep up with him, his movements are a blur. If you see this character you might as well just stab yourself, but then again you wont see him so there’s no point.

Stamina
Stamina is how healthy and sturdy someone is. It affects their tolerance to sickness and poison, as well as how many hits they can take before going down. Stamina determines how fast you heal and how long you can endure strenuous activity, such as fighting or training. Also, a higher endurance means you will be able to withstand injuries at a better rate than those with a lower endurance.

[0-3] Made of Glass: Best be careful with this one, a simple poke my cause him to shatter. There’s no where to go but up from here.

[4-7] Out of Shape: Your endurance is low, injuries occur often, you gasp for breath even after simple exercise.

[8-10] The Human Punching Bag: You're not in the best of shape, you fly back from many hard hits and may even be forced to tap out before the real fight has started.

[11-15] Reasonably Fit: You engage in moderate exercise and are reasonably fit, you can take a few hits, but after a while your injuries will add up

[16-30] Seasoned Gym Goer: Your endurance as it decent levels, you can engage in moderate physical activity for much longer than your predecessors and you are able to take many more hits.

[31-59] Championship Fighter: You engage in strenuous physical exercise and frequently get punched in the face and stay standing, you’re in excellent shape congratulations.

[61-125] Made of Kevlar: You are able to take damage and keep on going, welcome to the Shinobi Life.

[126-199] The Energizer Bunny: You just keep going and going and going....nuff said.

[200-299] Im the Juggernaut Bitch!: Walls fall before you,........well when you’re slammed into them, but still even after that you keep on coming. Nearly all are hard pressed to keep up with you, you are capable of shrugging off most blows and you just keep on going.

[300-499] Bruce Lee: You’ve been beaten, you’ve been stabbed, hell, you've probably been shot, yet here you are still standing.

[500-999] Goku: Well, you definitely dont give up. You’ve had your head put through mountains, been crushed by giant apes, and probably stabbed 37 times in the chest, yet you’re still standing, you’re either very stupid or exceedingly powerful.

[1000+] Wolverine: This is it, you are the best at what you do. No one has any hope of hurting you with anything short of a nuke to the chest and even that is iffy. You heal fast enough that most injuries are gone before they appear and you are capable of training for months on end with out pause.

Because through mere logic we have come to realize many of these abilities would make you a virtual god, we have decided that we must cap your character capacity for growth. Do not worry the capping is much further ahead and you beginning players need not worry about it.

Here are the values for capping, each based on the amount of stat points and their amount of power their tier grants you, the higher you go the more points you have to pay to increase their value.

Below 125 everything takes one point to increase

From 125 to 300 it takes two points to increase

From 350 and up it takes 3 points to increase
