Mental Comprehension
Description: This character has increased mental capacity, being able to utilize the entirety of their brain. This allows for near instantaneous processing of information, along with complete and total recall of all information, much like a photographic memory

1. A mental laptop: You're able to prcess information well and fine but you can only hold on to long term information for a short while. It's not that you cannot learn more, your mind has to yet to condition itself to learn more and more information. You are able to grasp information and hold onto it, but you're not able to learn too much otherwise you'll begin to lose it.

2. A mental computer: You're able to process more and more information followed by quickly adjusting to it swiftly. You're able to obtain twice as much information as you could without any hassle but any more would certainly put your brain into overload. You have an understanding about this limit so you try not to go overboard.

3.A mental supercomputer: Your processing ability is almot par to none and is rare to achieve. Your ablity to quickly adjust followed by processing more information right after the adjustment is something natural to you. You are able to hold five times the amount of information are and you understand that you have a limit so you know not to go too far with processing

-Inventor:
1. The simple inventor: It has to start from nothing. You are beginning to see ideas form in your head but the necessary skill to put those ideas into action are either too complex and you dont have enough skill for it or it's just out of your reach. That isn't to say you can't give up, you have to start from somewhere. You aren't scared to venture out past a few limitations. You are able to get the general view of things and seeing that, you are able to list a few strengths and weaknesses but not all of them (Techniques and items, D-rank)

2. The grand inventor: You have the skills and tools necessary to complete your ideas and put them in solid, concrete plans that are stable and long lasting. You are able to create things of simple ease (Techniques and items B-rank and lower). You know the sky is the limit for you at this point and you are beginning to see that your ideas have spawn from nothingness to something great.

3. The Creator: Your skills are par none, it is amazing how you had grown from the simplest ideas to grand works of creative genius. The skills of the character hasn't just reach the pinnacle of its limit yet, creating things is as easy as breathing. The skills allow your character to not only create things with simple ease (Techniques and/or items creation S-rank throughout) but you are able to teach and help others create items as well (The Creator can help other creators, Grand Inventors and Simple Inventors within there limitations)

Description: A fairly simple and basic jutsu. Eiji will point his sword at the opponent. Then he will attack in a dancing formation. He will swing his sword to his own beat. Each dance step is a different stroke of the sword. Each time the sword is swung Eiji ends up in a different fighting position or dancing pose.

Eiji swings his sword wildy. The attacks are basically random. This can exhaust Eiji if done for too long (2-3 post). A skiled swordsman cna counter each swing. The avearge can dodge most of the hits.

Description: Eiji charges the foe and soon as he gets close enough he uses Shunshin no Jutsu. He reappears behind the opponent and swings his sword. After that he uses the jutsu again and reappears on the side of the opponent and swings again. He does this two more times and stops. After all of that he stands up and swings his blade with all his might and aims at the opponent.

The movements from this attack are predicitable. It can be blocked by a skilled swordsman. Not every swing will hit. Afterwards Eiji becomes very tired. A C rank shinobi can stop the attack from the start.

Description: Eiji places his hand at the other end of his handle. Then he spins in a circular motion. He moves his sword up and down. This is a counter technique. It can deflect D-E rank taijutsu techniques.

This attack only last for onw post. A ninjutsu technique can hirt him while doing this. Ninjutsu can not be deflected by this technique. Eiji will become slightly light headed after doing this jutsu. It takes Eiji a minute to regain his footing.

Description: Eiji will swing his sword up in the air. Then down and up again making a circle. Eiji does this two-three times. After that he swings his sword with all his might sending the winds from his swing towards the opponent. This jutsu is one of Eiji strongest jutsu.

This is Eiji only other C-Rank jutsu. This attack can be stopped if he is hit while perfroming it. If the attack misses Eiji is open for an attack. Ninjutsu based attacks can stop this jutsu before it starts. Eiji gets fatigued after the second time doing this making it less effietive.

Description/Abilities: There is nothing really special about this weapon other than the fact that Eiji forged it with his father after Eiji was only 6. The metal it's made from is hard to get through but it can be broken.

History: Eiji was training as usual when his father approached him and asked for his help in making a weapon. Eiji agreed and made his way to the back of their house. There they began to work on the sword. The design is derived from old samurai swords which Eiji is a huge fan of. The name 4th Blade comes from when Eiji and his father was forging it the sword originally had four different blades. In the end Eiji chose the fourth one.

Appearance:

Eiji is an average shinobi. He has had no tragic events in his life. Both of his parents are in great health and so is he. Eiji is obessed with swords and once he picked one up at the age of 5 he started training more and more. His father helped him whenever he could. Eiji's father is a blacksmith and his mother is a nurse. His father who is skilled in Lighting taught it to Eiji. In the acdemy he did average. He graduated at the age of 9 and continued to train on his own and with his father. He knows little ninjutsu techniques other than the basics. All of his attention has been towards training.


At the age 10 Eiji saw that training in sword techniques would be kind of hard but he didn't care. All he wanted was to have life similiar to that of his mother and father. Also to become the most renown and Kenjutsu using Raikage. When he spoke his dream at the acemdy and after he graudated many people simply laughed and told him that he had to get in line behind them. Although he didn't stand out in his acemdy days there were some teachers who saw potentail in him. They asked him to come and see them nut his training got the better of him and would miss appointments and even if he showed up it would be hours later. This is what led to his nickname "Souless" because to others all he did was train like a psycho and then walk around like he had no soul. This nickname also hurt whatever chance he had of getting a girlfriend.

The one thing that drove Eiji was his will to become the best. There would be nights where Eiji stayed outside of the house training until three a.m. Other times he would train in heavy rain and forceful winds. None of this stopped Eiji. He didn't start to show this ambition until he eleven years old. Before then he would train for about five hours and come inside the house. On the eve of his twelth birthday Eiji spent the past few days training for eight hours straight. His sword techniques became better and better. If was becuase of this he slept through most of his birthday. He spent the rest of that day with his family and for once he didn't train.It was on this day that his father gave him his first sword. It was a a metal blade that had a bamboo handle.

Eiji also has a brother and sister(9,12) that are younger than him and an older sister (15). Eiji goes unnoticed most of the time because he is the second born male. Growing up Eiji had little friends. That was because of his own seclusion and training. While other kids were out playing Eiji was training. After years of training Eiji learned how to hide his emotions. Others who see him can not read him at all. His father told him that it's a good thing to hide your emotions in battle because the opponent can't read your actions. Also it allows you to keep a cool head when most people would lose theirs. Eiji does spend time with his sisters and brother. Once a week they all come together and just have family time. During that time they each show off what they learned in the past week.

Eiji now trains in secluded parts of the village and can only be seen after he has finished. Very few people conversate with him. Eiji now wants to become the greatest swordsman ever to grace the Five Nations. He knows who he has to measure up to and he doesn't care. He admires the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist. One day he wishes to surpass all of them in skill and in rank. In his room are pictures of Kisame, Zabuza, and Suigetsu. These are the men Eiji looks up and one day he hopes to gain a legacy such as theirs.

Osamu knew that if he were to see F.E.A.R's ultimate goal realized he needed to prove he was not only worthy of being a leader but of leadership qualities. First thing was gaining terrority. He already had Tori no Kuni and that was a step forward. Now came time to expand the F.E.A.R empire. After long consideration he made up his mind and decided that Otagakure was going to be the next step in the movement known as F.E.A.R. So once he arrived he saw that it was quite empty. Ut was clear that no one had been here in a while. The village itself was starting to fall apart. Osamu looked around slowly and then he looked at his right hand. It began to shake a little. Not from fear but from anticpation. He quickly grabbed it to try and hold it steady. It wasn't often that he felt like this. Osamu fell to the ground and started to feel something that he had'nt felt in a long time.

Osamu slowly made his way to his feet. He took a few moments to catch his breath. The sky changed from a beautiful blue to a dark red. That was something that was different. Osamu too heed and starred at the sky for a moment. As he did he began to think about his past. In doing so he was overcome with a sensation that he had never felt before. He had a drive in him that he wanted for a longtime. He shook his head and remebered why he was there. Osamu cracked his fingers and moved his beck around in a circular motion. The wind started to blow a gentle breeze that made Osamu's jacket flutter in the wind beautifully. He then saw a mountian off in the distance a noticed that it was one of the highest points in Otogakure. As he made his way over to it he still found it weird that no one had tried to harvest what was left of the Sound Village. It was one of the more advance villages for it's time and it still had some good tech inside of it. He stood in what appeared to be the middle of the village and looked around at the empty houses and buildings. It was as though no one was ever here.

Osamu made his way up the mountain slowly because in all of his years he had to only climb something once and it wasn't as big as this mountain. He got about a quater of the way up and made the mistake of looking down. His foot slipped and kicked a small rock off of the mountain. He watched as it fell for what seemed like forever. It was a long fall and this wasn't even the halfway point. Osamu took a huge gulp and began to climb again. This time he didn't look down at all. He continued to climb higher and higher. The day seemed to disappear as he could see nightfall on the horizon. It was a beautiful site to behold. It wasn't everyday that Osamu go to look at this kind of beauty so he stopped to admire it. After about 27 minutes he began to climb again. Now he could just about see the top. He quickly hurried to make it to the top and finally rest. He put his right arm up then his left and pulled his self up. He took a sigh of relief and looked around. He could not only see Otogakure but he could even see Konoha and Kumogakure from the top of the mountain.

After he took in the sights Osamu took a moment to gather his chakra back. This took a while so he thought about getting some sleep to recover it faster. He laid down and closed his eyes. Whem he did he began to dream about the life he always wanted. A wife, a nice house, children. Whenever he had this dream he could never see the face of his wife. She was always turned around and he voice was beautiful. Osamu would melt whenever he heard it. His children played with other shinobi and Osamu and his wife would sit back and laugh about things that they done. Then he would declare his love for her. Just as he did the ground would break and she would fall into the ground. His once beauiful world would start to crumble and everything would be taken away by someone. Osamu could only see his eyes. They were a dark purple color. As he stepped into the light to be seen it was his self. But before he could speak Osamu woke up. He shook his head and wiped his self off.

After cleaning up he looked down at the village. Even though he saw no one he was unsure if anyone was hiding in there or using Oto as a hideout but Osamu was to hell bent on taking it to care. He did several handsigns and used his Wind Tunnel jutsu on the closet building. The he realized that destroying buildings one by one would take to long so he used his wind tunnel jutsu on a large piece of the mountain and hurled it at the center of the village. He did this four times making sure no one would get away. Osamu laughed a sadistic laugh that could be heard all over Otogakure. The clouds started to drizzle a little rain. Osamu's hair laid down because of the rain and this hid his eyes which now had a hint of purple in them. Weather anyone liked it or not Otogakure was now part of F.E.A.R terrority. To stake his claim he used his wind tunnel jutsu to carve a skull out of the mountain and put the letters F E A R on it with building parts. This was placed in the middle of the village to let everyone know that F.E.A.R had been here and that this was now part of their growing power.
