Naoki has unkempt blonde hair, dull icy-blue eyes, and what seems to be a stitch-like scar running from under his right eye all the way down his cheek. He is shorter than most, being around 5'1". He has a dull expression and wears a black undershirt with short mesh sleeves which has a metal plate of a Konoagakure forehead protector sewn onto it.
He also wears a long, forest green scarf around his neck, a deep blood red sash around his waist, paired with a green indument that hangs on his legs, and black pants. Naoki, instead of wearing sandals, he instead relying on a pair of black boots opened on the back. The boot of the right foot has a small decal of a red rose near the heel.

Naoki is a quiet, yet unique individual. He may appear to be a quiet, typical loner who is always alone, but naoki is far different from this. Through his manners, which he maintains in any situation, to his great intellect which many of the Kurama clan have filled his head with thoughts of pride, will continue to grow larger. But strip away all the bases, and you have Naoki.
He is creative, enjoys art in any form. That is why he feels fighting is a form of art. He is a very active one, enjoying games that many children enjoyed when they were younger. He also hides a secret, shildish side of himself that goes along with his shorter stature. This side enjoys pranks, jokes, and can even take simple things out of hand when encouraged.
