Personality: The first thing anyonemight notice when they meet Emi Isuzu is that she is very conscious of her appearance, despite not knowing exactly what lengths she would go to become as beautiful as possible. She loves any attention she gets from the opposite sex and trives to make every man want her. By now, it's probably obvious to tell that she doesn't handle rejection very well. If a male were to reject her, Emi would go to great lengths to achieve his praise no matter what it is. Emi is so self conscious about her looks that she abandoned the Akimichi name just so that she wouldn't be comparible to the clan's general obesity and has developed a jutsu to surpress her weight since she couldn't just get rid of it.

Despite the fact that she's self aware of her weight issues, Emi still has a very large eating habit partially becuse her jutsu makes her weight irrelevant and partially because of caleries being a natural part of the average Akimichi's life, no matter how much she tried to seperate herself from them. Emi has always been known to carry a snake or two around on occasion and some have also wondered how she keeps herself so fit.

History: Since birth, Emi Akimichi was already known to be one of the bigger members of the Akimichi clan, which was a pretty big insult within the clan. Her parents were regular members of the village of Konoha, her mother being just your average pampered girl and her father being a retired Chuunin at the age of 33. At first, her weight wasn’t too much of a problem, being depicted as cute at her extremely young age so she was pretty set when it came to food and such, proving to be a potentially great Akimichi clan member soon enough at the right age.

This lifestyle lasted until she was about 7 years old, when she enrolled in the Konoha Ninja Academy however. With the barrier that was her house wall was breached, the reality of the real world started to set in with kids continuously making fun of her weight issues and such while calling her names such as “fatty”, “whale”, etc. This started to make Emi feel bad about herself for being the way she was so she strived to train as hard as she could so she would be better than all her classmates and perhaps lose an incredible amount of weight on the way.

The latter was to no avail however as it was imbedded into her genetics to be that way. She tried going on a diet but she wouldn’t last long since that was her only source of energy, ending up fainted amongst other things that threatened her health. Soon enough, Emi simply gave up her hopes of losing weight and endured her classes’ onslaughts after onslaughts. It didn’t really take her too long or much effort to graduate the academy, despite the jokes many guys were making about physical training.

Once she was a Gennin, Emi was placed in a team that would ridicule her weight also, but her sensei would soon show them how to accept her and it took a while but they eventually did. Emi started to grow just a little bit more proud of herself and she tried getting close to her teammates who would soon become three of the first friends she ever made. They would go on many missions together, train together, partake in barbeques and just generally have a great time with one another. It seems that thanks to this also that Emi was finally accepting herself for what she is.

This attitude made it all the way to the Chuunin Exams, where most of the participants would claim that she was holding her teammates back. Despite them denying these claims, this caused Emi to become self-aware of herself as a fat girl once again and grew to know that the guy in her team who she had developed a crush on didn’t share her feelings. Even though they ended up passing the Chuunin Exams, Emi grew a near unhealthy appetite, no pun intended, to make herself look as attractive as possible so that she could make as many guys as she could want her so she could reject them just as they rejected.

She worked and studied as hard as she could until she finally found what she was looking for and created the Body Manipulation skill in which she could fold her body fat and create as far as a near weightless version of herself. Taking this in mind, Emi worked as hard as she could to learn this technique and mastering it. After spending a good few years with the skill, it started to become second nature to her so she decided to add some spark by thinking of a way to make it possible to hide her weapons, the source of her MO, losing as much contact with her clan so that she could begin operation "Reject".

At first sight, Emi appears to be a drop-dead gorgeous girl. However, she is not called "The Magic Blade" for nothing. Her most coveted secret is that she is extremely obese due to her clan genetics. Over time of constantly trying to hide her obesity, Emi gained the ability to contort and fold her fat using her control over chakra. This ability is passive and requires very little chakra to continue on that it's practically second nature to Emi now. In these folds, she can hide throwing knives and other various small objects if needed. Thus to the untrained eye when she is fighting, Emi seems to be able to pull knives out of nowhere. This secret is so well kept that only a few people know.
