      Character Creation
      • Genin are to start out at a D Rank level of skill by default, gaining C through In Character Training/RPing. [This will be applied to all Applications, both new and old.]
      • Chuunin are at a C Rank level of skill by default unless their respective Kage approves of them as B Rank.
      • Jounin leveled ninja are now closed. Missing / Wandering Ninja are still open.
      • Jounin are at an A Rank level of skill by default, gaining S through IC Training/RPing and Kage Approval. [This will be applied to all new Applications starting today. They do not affect Pre-Approved Jounin.]
      • S Rank Missing / Wandering Ninjas will need an adequate history and Role Play sample as well as Approval from Staff.
      • NPCs may not have custom clans or bloodlines unless they are pre-approved Main Stream clans/bloodlines (clans/bloodlines made for Main Characters and approved).
      • Jashin, Jingou (Earth Grudge Fear), Rinnegan, EMS (Eternal Mangekyou Sharnigan), and MS (Mangekyou Sharnigan) starting characters will be extremely limited (as in only one to three people at a time) or not open at all (Rinnegan, EMS, MS). EMS and MS must be obtained IC and Pre-Approved of by Staff.
      Activity
      • Inactivity will be checked bimonthly or so.
      • You will be considered Inactive if you do not make a post (of value and meeting posting requirements) in the RPing forums in two weeks (you will be exempt from this if you warn us before hand that you will be gone for a week or so due to private affairs). You will be warned one week ahead of time and three days before you lose your character and get it archived.
      • Should you return later on and your character has been archived you may reclaim your character and ranking so long as it still meets the Availability. If not you will have to settle for a new character or waiting until the spot opens.
      • Should you have to leave the forums for a few weeks and have warned us of this you will be given up to six weeks of exempted activity. After five weeks you will be warned, and once more three days before the end of your six week vacation mode. If you fail to respond or start RPing again you will be considered Inactive.

To become missing nin, one must post in the village gates, in that post, it must be clearly stated that your intent is to leave the village. Once you post, you must wait 3 days to see if any village nin challenge you. If no one challenges you after those 3 days then you may leave and become a missing nin. However, if you are challenged, you are forced to fight for you freedom, if you win you may become a missing nin, however if you lose, you will be subject to the Kage's punishment.

  • Apprentices of Akatsuki are still closed to applications.
  • Placing the rule that all secondary characters must be Genin. Unless your first character was a genin.

More updates to come sometime today

Notes: To qualify for Akatsuki you must not have a jounin+ member of any village this is to help keep the villages active since people tend to drop one character when they can make a more powerful character.

Any problems with this catch me on the xat -this is to staff only.
