Description/Abilities: The microfibers of the cloak work as a form of elastic, allowing punctures and holes to stretch and then close themselves. In that way, the Kaguya's bone abilities wont shred the cloth upon using; allowing it to mold through the fibers freely and easily. Of course doesn't make the cloth indestructible. I can still be ripped, torn and cut if done so purposely, though the threads themselves can pull apart for at least a three inch radius of space.

Also, it is made to mask chakra. Those with sensory abilities, such as natural sensory skills, chakra sensory based ninjutsu, or KKG abilities based on sensing or seeing chakra to will be unable sense or see the user. Those doujutsu that view chakra will be unable to see through those parts of the body covered by the cloak. For doujutsu, this is made possible by the barrier like qualities of the clothe. A doujutsu, such as the 'Byakugan' cannot see through the fabric as they would other object, and thus cannot see the chakra under. This barrier like quality works both ways; for as long as ones chakra is retained in the body, the faint reverberation of energy that a sensor type would pick up on is contained within the cloak thus like a contained scent, cannot be picked up on.

History: This was among the many records and archives that were gathered Kirigakure upon studying him. The Hunter-nin were working on this clothe, as a way to both use the cloaking ability along with a fiber that would make it possible to wear and use the functionality of the bones themselves. In any other case, they would shred the clothing. He took the blue prints of these, and during his robin hood adventures through the minor villages, met a master tailer in River Country. Upon completion a number of tasks for him in spite of the Wind Country, he was rewarded by the completed version of the cloak, which he wore from that day forward as an artifact of the Kaguya clan's legacy.

Appearance: This is a cloak, a pale sky blue in color. It has a white hood and really isn't made for stealth, As seen on the picture in the link to the character himself.

Unapproved, i have a question about the elasticity of it, how big of holes can be fixed since most rubberized material can only spread so far before they either snap or can't reform all the way. Also it would seem it would work both ways also allowing objects in with enough force like chakra enhanced kunai and other stuff. I believe you need to go more in depth in the fibers and there full extent of abilities.

Alrighty I made more specifics as to its ability to break. Its not an armor; im sure that a kunai could pierce through it like normal clothing. Its summary of abilities is just to cloak ones chakra like a passive and be able to be worn and use the kaguya ability without altering it. To any one else it would seem as if the bones were sliding though the clothe, but when the bones retract, the cloak will appear fine, not holey or stretched...
