Journal entry #1303... The mission had taken a turn for the worse. The Missing-Nin that we believed to be called "Shazat" displayed technique the likes of which we have never seen. Unfortunately our comrade Mizaka, Nionko lost his life in service to Konoha. As the flame slowly engulfed his lifeless body, removing his hidden secrets, the three of us that remained decided to press on, aggressively pursuing our enemy into the more desolate parts of the fire country. I had my doubts... this single ninja defeated the four of us... and killed Nionko, what could the three of us do? But alas... this was the price that one paid when following a reckless leader.

Our opponent moved quickly... and appeared to have the stamina to continue leading us on forever, even after our ferocious battle. We hadn't even scratched him... But Jakki had always been a proud shinobi... the loss of a team mate appeared too much for him to bear. Internally I questioned his decision to follow this powerful enemy, but he was the captain, and I had to abide by his orders. Our chase lasted, what felt like days, and exhaustion crept into our bones, though each time it appeared as though Shazat would escape us, he seemed to lessen his pace almost as if he were taunting us.

This game of cat and mouse ended however, when our enemy fled inside the opening of a massive cave, allowing us the time to watch him enter. He was baiting us, but Jakki was too consumed with hate to realize it. Our team of three followed. And there he was... resting in the center of the cave, having not even bothered to venture away from us. Even if I attempted, I could not describe the swiftness in which Shazat decimated my two partners. As I drew my Hiroka, preparing myself for what I assumed would be a swift death, the Shinobi spoke.

"Ah... Kenjutsu... I have not seen a sword of that caliber in more than a life span. We... are at a crossroads. I have no vessel... and you have no choice. Your village prevented me from taking the body of the ninja I had set my eyes upon... and I have but one reason to keep you alive. A proposition... I will spare your life, and help protect you... and you will carry my soul until my rest is complete......"

It has been noted in the Clan histories, that each generation of Gouka child possesses a larger Himoto than the generation that came before it. The original Himoto encompassed only Kiyame's left hand. The most recent descendant of the Gouka clan: Ikkitousen, possesses a Himoto that extends just before the left shoulder. It is believed that when the Himoto encompasses the entire body, that "Shazat" will be reborn in the child that is born with the full Himoto.

Special Info: This clan has no ranking system. The bloodline of this clan is called Himoto (The Origin of Fire) and causes the left arm of all children born within this clan to have a bright red hue, and clawed fingers. This left arm is immune to all fire-based Jutsu. This clan has a natural affinity to fire based Jutsu. This clan is the only clan able to utilize Jutsu that involves the Furea-Ude.

Description: The Furea-Ude is a Kekkei Genkai based off of the Himoto bloodline. It allows the wielder of the Himoto to perform Furea-Ude and engulf the left arm entirely in fire. When in Furea-Ude the left arm is susceptible to water-based jutsu and a strong water based jutsu (A - S) can douse the Furea-Ude. Some Himoto-based Jutsu does not require activation of the Furea-Ude (Such as Fire Palm Technique).

Description:

Ryuujin Kawa no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that allows a ninja that is using Furea-Ude and Ryuujin no Jutsu to coil the fire dragon safely around themselves in a large protective dome with the Dragon's head at the top of the dome. The dragon's head can pivot from this position 360° The user can then send waves of Chakra, through the dragon which can harden parts of the fire dome if attacked, or allow the dragon head to spit fireballs at opponents. At this temperature the flames can burn through any light flammable material, can incinerate tree's instantly, and can cause severe fourth degree burns that can cause death.

This sounds like a a rasengan techniqued added with the fire element, which is a big no. I can understand maybe your hands increase in temperature and the hand could burn things (Because D-rank is weak, the only things I can believe it would burn would be something like a first degree burn on a person. But I'm assuming that this is a type of jutsu that can vary with the degree of chakra you put in it). But fireball in hand=rasengan. Clarify that if that's not what you are trying to say

Alright, with these two, I can see that they are a combination attack. Clever but what I want to ask is how far can this arm travel and what stuff can it burn. Burning everything in sight is close to something like Ameratsu, which I hope you aren't trying to put. Since it being a be a B-rank, I can only assume that it can burn B-rank and lower suiton attacks. A general temperature range would be great with this one

I'm wondering what was was the default range of your flames when it was activated. You dont state what the intitial default was. What exactly does your dragon do when you first activate it? Is it like a summon or is it like the Suriyuudan no jutsu dragon technique that's solely an attack (example, a straight charge towards the opponent). Regardless, how long does it last? Right now, it doesn't tell me what exactly it does besides you creating a dragon and has a large range from your default (?)
