genin has 80 Cp, the user can drain 3% of 80 with is 2.4 charka the user can drain

Chuunin/ Chuunin Medical Ninja has 120 Cp, the user can drain 14% of 120 with is 16.8 charka the user can drain

Jounin/Jounin Medical Ninjas has 200 Cp, the user can drain 50% of 200 with is 100 charka the user can drain

Kage has 240 Cp, the user can drain 77% of 240 with is 184.8 charka the user can drain
