| Summoned Creature: Ephic, the Pixie Queen Rank: A Appearance: Ephic is a tiny girl with wild black hair, and a slim build. She has vibrant blue eyes, long ears, and a pointy nose. She is charming, cute, and undeniably adorable, but she is also quite tiny. Being a pixie she is just slightly over three inches in height, and has a pair of tattered pink butterfly wings glittering on her back. Ephic dresses in clothing woven from spider webs, down feather, and caterpillar wool. When in flight her wings sparkle with a silverish light, and shower of tiny motes of fairy dust. Description: Ephic is the largest and strongest of her species, and also possesses large amounts of chakra for her kind. Ephic is smart, fast, and very light on her feet. She has a wide array of jutsu, and has enough chakra control to allow her to activate fuuinjutsu seals that are placed on her body. Because she is so small, she can only have 2 seals placed on her. Ephic has taken time to educate herself, and come to better understand the inner workings of various life forms that exist in the world. She was mastered the used of chakra for medical purposes, and has stolen several jutsu from Lady Coal. She is well versed in all paths of herbalism, and possess an intimate knowledge of several poisons. She is one of Coal's more respected advisors, and enjoys a pleasurable life as much as Coal. She savors conversation, so long as it's interesting, and will usually not play pranks on people from Konoha. Jutsu: - Spoiler:
Name: Giant Wasp Venom Rank: A Appearance: This venom is thick, sticky, and pale yellow. Description: Like any venom, this must be injected, or introduced directly into the blood stream. Ephic has this venom soaking in the scabbard of her thorn dagger, and it is her standard sting.
Infection Round: Sharp burning pain. Like any wasp, this venom is made to cause pain as a deterrent to doing pretty much anything except shouting in pain. As soon as the venom is introduced into the blood stream it begins to kill cells and tissue. This venom also works to cut off the connection between the brain and the body. This causes paralysis and in some extreem cases, death by asphyxiation. Round One: The Pain continues Round Two: The Pain continues and the victim begins to become short of breath. Round Three: Same as above, but the initial pain fades to only slightly irritating levels. Round Four Same as above Round Five: Same as Above, however the paralytic effects of the venom begin to take further effect. Double vision is not uncommon, and there is a distinct dryness of the mouth. The tongue swells, and the victim of the venom is slowed down by 25%. Round Six: Same as above Round Seven: Same as Above Round Eight: Same as above, but the victim is slowed own by 50% Round Nine: Same as Above, but slowed by 75% Round Ten: Complete Paralysis. If the victim's breathing is not artificialy sustained, they will suffer from a lack of oxygen, and possibly death. This effect continues for 5 more rounds, and then fades completely.
Name of Jutsu: Healers Jutsu Rank: C-A Users: Medics Type of Jutsu: Medical Element Affinity: N/A Description: By focusing medical chakra into their hands the medic is able to emit a pale blue chakra from their palm. When this chakra is applied to anything from cuts and scrapes, to bruises, sprains, and broken bones, the chakra will begin to slowly heal the wound. Chakra cost is dependant on the severity of the wound being healed.
Name of Jutsu: Anesthetic Touch Rank: C Users: Medics Type of Jutsu: Medical Element Affinity: N/A Description: By infusing a large dose of chakra into the patient’s nervous system, touch and pain receptors are able to be effectively shut off for a short period of time. This will render the person touched a high resistance to pain for up to thirty minutes. The unfortunate drawback of this jutsu is slower reaction time, and numbed senses. The jutsu can be delivered as a touch attack to an unwilling opponent, but will only last 2 posts. This jutsu slows the victim by about 50% for 2 posts on both movement, and reaction time as the numbness in their nervous system is fought off and fades away.
Name of Jutsu: Draw Poison Rank: A Users: Medics Type of Jutsu: Medical Element Affinity: N/A Description: This jutsu allows the medic to carefully control and move a toxic substance inside of their patient’s body. This jutsu takes time and care and can not be used during a heated battle. This technique physically pulls the poison to the surface of the patient’s skin, where it can be drawn out with a hot compress, or another suitable medical technique.
Name of Jutsu: Snap Too! Rank: B Users: Medics Type of Jutsu: Medical Element Affinity: N/A Description: By charging up a great deal of chakra and flooding it into the users head, the medic can cause a powerful spark of energy to coarse through the patient/victim. This delivers a painful shock that is supremely distracting in that is fires off a random and massive array of neurons at once. The effect is something like a devastating blink, where for a split second the body is just pulsing with one potent shock.
This jutsu will instantly revive anyone that is only unconscious, and has a good chance of restoring consciousness to even those close to death. This will also break almost any genjutsu affecting the patient.
Name of Jutsu: Ranshinshou: Chaotic Mental Collision Rank: B Users: Combat Medics Type of Jutsu: Medical Element Affinity: N/A Description: Ranshinshou is a Ninjutsu technique used by the Sannin Tsunade. Changing the chakra in her hand into an electricity, Tsunade can create an electric field to disrupt her targets nervous system. Because the brain and body communicate using electrical impulses, Tsunade can use the field to disrupt her targets ability to move. What results is commands to move one body part being relayed to another, making it near impossible for them to move unless they have high skill and understanding of the body
Name of Jutsu: Kori Shinchuu no Jutsu - Sly Mind Affect Technique Rank: C Type of Jutsu: Genjutu Element Affinity: N/A Description: Kori Shinchuu no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique which causes the target to travel around in circles. If the ninja is unable to detect the illusion very quickly, they can become exhausted mentally and physically when they are unable to reach their desired target by traveling along the same path over and over. This genjutsu can only be used in a Nature setting.
Name of Jutsu: Nehan Shouja no Jutsu - Temple of Nirvana Technique Rank: B Type of Jutsu: Genjutu Element Affinity: N/A Description: Nehan Shouja no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that allows the caster to place a large body of people into a unconscious state. The target can avoid the spell by forming and using the dispel skill. This skill can also be used on a single target. This genjutsu can only be used while in a Nature setting.
