Description/Abilities: This sword has two forms.
Stage one: This sealed version of Hyakurai is virtually unbreakable. The near perfectly forged blade is made of tungsten. Besides being virtually indestructible, there is no special characteristics with this katana.

Stage two: To release hyakurai, tsukimono needs to give a tribute of a small amount of blood while it is within its sheath. As it is unsheathed, blue lightning releases from the blade in a flash of light. The blade transforms more as it is unsheathed. When the sword makes contact with the enemy, it causes more damage than usual because of the blue lightning. As blood is spilled on the sword in this state, it gains power and the blue lightning becomes stronger. Eventually, the sword is capable of creating artificial lightning bolts to strike the opponent. However this ability causes the user to become tired rapidly. For each ten lightning bolts used, the amount of stamina he has left is decreased by a full rank. After 30 lightning bolts used, he will only have the stamina of an academy student left.

History:

In the beginning of the ninja world, the sage of six paths rose to power. Towards the end of his life he decided to seal five swords with the power of a single element. Each sword varied in looks, not resembling eachother at all. The final sword, with the power of lightning, was the most unique of them all. He gave it the power to transform with the offering of blood. As he sealed the swords, he sent them off to be hidden away. A single sword with the nation that resembles its element. They were put on alters within temples. The five ninja that had hidden the swords, used earth jutsus that buried the temple below the earth.

Thousands of years later, Hyakurai was discovered. Knowing who had made it, the raikage has it resealed inside the village, with plans to present it to the sage ninja of lightning. Late at night tsukimono had discovered the place where it was sealed while he was scanning the village for something to do. He stole the sealed container and fleed the village to open it in the surrounding field. After a few night, he had managed to beak open the container and take the sword. The raikage was furious when he discovered the sword had been stolen and declared war to a neighboring village that had one of its jounin there on the night it was stolen.Tsukimono, knowing he was free and wouldn't be discovered, learned the power of the sword over time. Leaving him free to use it as he wants.

The hardest known metal wouldn't be C ranked, you need to change it to fit rank standards.

To my knowledge, weapons aren't even chakra conductive until B rank, although I could be wrong. But blue lightning coming from the blade and creating lightning bolts does not seem like a C ranked weapon.
-Also, is there a limit on how much power it can gain?

All in all, this seems to powerful for a C ranked weapon, it'd probably be A ranked, possibly B ranked so you need to tone it down. (Excluding the hardest metal tidbit, which would make it S)

I changed it back to the original rank it was going to be. As i stated about the power gain, The more blood absorbed the the blade the more powerful it becomes. But like i stated it causes the user to become very tired in a short amout of time, so more than a couple of bolts would drain my stamina.

You still need to tone it down just a little bit and take out the bolded part (Which, as I said before, would make it S ranked)

And you need to be specific on exactly how much stanima it drains by either a percentage or a letter rank.

I don't mean to argue. If you were to look it up, tungsten is infact the hardest known metal in the world o.o" I will remove it though

I didn't say it wasn't, but it'd be the hardest metal in the real world. Naruto however would probably have something harder based on imagination (Though this is just an assumption and again, I could be wrong)

Okay, you need to place amount of blood needed for the normal sacrifice and how much blood would need to be split on it to create the lightning bolts.

Also 10 lightning bolts only knocks you down one rank in stamina i say 5 at max would bring you down a rank and 20 all together would exhaust you physically.

You also need to clarify in how strong the blue lightning bolts are and how much more damage it inflicts per say Rank letter.
