Sothe's Equipment

Name of Weapon or Item: Sothe’s Bag

Location: Strapped around waist and hangs on left side.

Description/Abilities: It has the ability to carry various Ninja tools for Sothe. This includes 5 scrolls, 5 Kunai, 5 Shuriken, and 10 Senbon. Thus, it functions just like a bag should.

History: Sothe acquired this along with other ninja tools from his Uncle at the beginning of his training, age 7. When he got it, the weaponry inside was all rubber and plastic deemed fit for training. It did not contain the scrolls. At around the age of 10, Uncle gave him his first set of real ninja tools. From then on he’s carried around this bag.

Appearance: It’s a brown leather bag, with the leather being very durable. It’s about the size of a small book bag. There is a latch which it can be shut by and also a latch around the strap on his waist. The material is fairly thick, about half a centimeter. On the picture below, you can see Sothe wearing the bag on his left hip (To the viewer’s right)

Location: It is sheathed over Sothe’s back.

Description/Abilities: The blade itself is weighted very oddly. The center black part of the blade is a very light, yet strong metal. The Silver edges are made with stronger steel that has gone through some acid treatment to withstand the coating of Dokuga Poisons. It is a short sword/dagger that is to be wielded for quick combat. It is a short sword/dagger because the length of it is between the two weapons. It is usually wielded underhanded. (Think the way Asuma holds his daggers)

History: Sothe attained this as a present from Uncle on his 10th birthday. He was forbidden to use it until Uncle deemed he was able to wield it without hurting himself. Because his Uncle taught him how to use it underhanded dagger style, that he how he uses it in combat to this day. He has once tried to use it as a short sword and gave himself a nice scar on his shin.
