Kotaro's Lunar sythe

Description/Abilities: This weapon is made from highly purified and refined steel, making it extremely durable. The pole is constructed out of two parts along the pole, held by a chain. There is a button near the bottom of the staff. This button activates the mechanism holding the pole together. Once the mechanism releases the staff pieces, it then become like a sickle on a chain. The chain only has a short range of seven feet only. The pole when disconnected from the blade, is five feet long. while the blade/sickle with the handle is one foot. This makes the scythe a total of six feet long while a scythe, and thirteen feet long while separated.

History: When Kotaro was growing up, He was learning how to smith from his father, who was a great blacksmith. His father and he designed the scythe specifically for Kotaro. He spent most of his free time outside of the ninja academy training with the weapon. So far, he and his father are the only one's to know of its unique chain system.
