| Subject: Kurayami Kaisen, (Raikage, Rain Guardian for the Vongola) Mon Apr 26, 2010 1:00 am | |
| Name: Kurayami Kaisen Nickname/Alias: The Rain Guardian, The Afro Assassin, Age: 16 Age Appearance: 19-20 Appearance: Past - Spoiler:
He stands at an average of 5'5 and weighs about a good 117 pounds. Skinny but not all means lanky. He has a small frame that displays both artist like detail of muscle. Despite his small frame, he is not weak nonetheless but he isn't nessecarily the strongest when it comes to physical strength. He has enough to pass by. He wears his Kumogakure band around his arm and wears a white headband that his father gave to him. He has a suit attire that he wears when he around the Vongola, sometimes he wears a get up that is simular to Omoi's and when he is resting, a typical green or brown shirt with dark baggy pants are his casuals Present Kaisen: - Spoiler:
Now 5'10 (reaching closer to 5'11), he has more simularites to his father and a bit of his mother. At times, his sideburns grow and he has a young man's goatee at times. He, at times, occasionally shaves it but from time to time he only keeps this to give those who had past relations to his father a omnious feel Gender: Male Skill Level: S-ranked Ninja Rank: Kage (Raikage) Village: Kumogakure no Sato Birthplace: Kumogakure no Sato Previous Village: N/A Clan/Bloodline: N/A Personality: - Spoiler:
Kaisen is more or less a pessimist when it comes to the outlook of life. Not because he looks at the world at a negative point of view but because he can see through the smoke and mirrors of the society that he lives in. He has a very keen perception on what he knows is the truth and what he knows are the lies that society puts in the minds of such people and call it truth. In al honesty, his personality could be correlated with a revolutionary but because of his current position, he does not display his personal emotions towards anyone but those who are extremely close to him. Deep down however, he does have a sensitive side that he'll occassionally open up. He isn't one to open his heart out to anyone and isn't the first to actually show the inner happiness he sometimes has but deep down he has it
He is by far, a very intelligent individual. Some have called him genius, other prodigies but he denies such accusations and only says "I know what I know". Some might call him lazy when it comes to his full intelligence because he has had times where he will hold back on true potential. The reason why he holds back is because he does not believe that he should show anyone his true potential. If anyone were to see that, they would take him way too seriously. He likes to give his enemies and his allies the element of surprise and shows his intellect when it is nessecary.
He displays a very mature aura, mostly due to the intelligence that he has. It was well known for him to ignore those whom keep repeating to him constantly that he is young and inexperience. He does take great offense to that but he brushes off his conscious and only waves his head. He can hold well against other inelligent people like himself and has been in trouble for talking down to those who are older and say they are smarter due to thinking that he has not experience life. He does like to hang out with his generation however, he doesn't want to feel too much like a loner though he does have his tendencies, like his father, to go off somewhere and just stare at the stary night. He likes to have deep thoughts from time to time.
But over the recent months, after he was kept isolated away, he had began to welcome the loneliness. He has accepted it as apart of him, accepting this fact would had made him either a very depress young man or a highly intelligent philospher. He chose philosophy over a sorrowful destiny. He has absolutely no friends, there is no one in the Kumogakure or perhaps in the world that he could honestly say that they were his true friend or even a close associate. A loner to the very end, just like his father. He had once been a person who would try to open up to people, to give them the chance like his mother had always said to him. But that was impossible for him to accept and he would rather take the loneliest path possible to avoid any chance and when he did, he would back away from them closing his mind from the occasional chit chat. He will talk when necessary, act friendly if needed so but now he is just that one word: Loneliness
Calm like the gentle sea during a moonlit sky but like his father and grandfather, he is ruthless and cold like a lightning storm on turbulent seas. Thoughtful and intelligent like a monk. Goals: To become a powerful Rain guardian and also be a revolutionary leader when the time comes. Even as the Raikage, he will continue to achieve the goal of becoming a revolutionary leader Alignment: Chaotically Good Canon Personality: Shikamaru Nara Skill Specialty: Taijutsu, Kenjutsu Dominant: Taijutsu Recessive: Kenjutsu, Ninjutsu Elemental Affinity: Dominant: Suiton Recessive: Raiton History: In the very beginning - Spoiler:
Within the Vongola family, there was a group of men and women who worked for the Vongola seperately. This group was known as the Varia. The Varia are assassins who have skills beyond any other assassin in any other mafia organization. In the Varia, there was a man without a name. A man whose hair that has a green tint and stands upward in curls, like an afro. The only name that was given to him was Kurayami, which meant darkness. They did not know whether it was his first name or last name, although some proclaim it to be his last name, the man said very little. This man was the varia's finest assassin. The man showed no regret towards his targets when he was assign to it and when the mission was done, he would disappear only to return when he had a assign mission. It is said that the man carried a blade that he used only
When things began to get hazy in the Vongola, he came to there aid yet again only not to disappear this time. This time he wished to help the boss with his trouble as he felt he was obligated to do so. The tenth vongola has feared him because of his silence and because of his legendary skills but Kurayami reassured him that there was nothing to fear. He promised him that he would be a sword just as the varia will be the hidden blade striking when it was nessecary. With that in mind, the tenth felt confident. But it was not long after the Vongola got out of the mess they were in. Kurayami disappeared again but this time he did not know if he was going to return or not. He did promise however that if he would not return then his offspring shall return. With that being said, the man with the afro left the Vongola, never to see the organization again...
And so did begin the legacy of his offspring...
After Kurayami disappeared, he had a humble life outside the world of the Varia. He travelled to distant lands, lands that stretchted out from Lightning country towards the edge of the world. During his travelling, he came across a lively town. It was simular to a busy city that outside the village of Konohagakure. There, he stayed due to the lack of money he had nessecary to travel on. He did not mind it however as he stayed and worked at a blacksmiths home. He became the blacksmiths helper, doing various chores with the blades and also tending to the farm that the blacksmith had own. It was a quiet life for him and he did not mind it. He still had a chance to stare up at the stars every night and remember the words of his father. It was peaceful and he wished for it stay that way
But he was a man of no regret, a assassin. Wherever he was, a shadow was always behind him causing trouble.
Staying at the smith's house for over a year now, there had been reports of shinobi pilleaging. Rumors of war being spread across the countryside. The afro assassin did not care for such things anymore, he has retired now. He's been retired. He no longer cares for such things as war. But the people who took care of him were very fearful. They were an older couple, thirty years apart from the mid twenties afro assassin. They were older, much older and incapable of doing much. The assasin was retired but he was not a person who would not defend against those who are in need. He made a promise to them that he would protect them until the rumor of war disappeared.
The threat began to fade away and thankfully the afro assassin did not need to unsheath his blade and strike down anyone. He wish to keep his blade away from the flesh of people. But the promise that he made to himself was much well broken for the afro assassin had to do to. It was not too long before he had enough money to travel again. It had been a few months and saving up the money that he got for selling blades, he was able to finally leave. A few weeks before he left, the afro assassin was taking a sword to a client to the next town. It was there that destiny could not avoid him. In front of him, only a 100 meters away, he saw two people, both woman, being attacked by a group of armed men. Through his vision, the afro assassin could see that one of the woman got in front of the other to protect her but it was futile attempt on her part for a blade enter into her abdomen. The assassin took that moment to rush forward with a ferocious speed that would make any shinobi tremble. Upon his arrive, a forceful punch met one of the assilants face, sending him across the path just a few meters up. The other armed assilants went on the offense but the assassin proved too powerful for them and easily defeated them. One of which was bifurcated from the waist and the other beheaded.
The woman, who as left alive, was injured. She was on the ground, fainted, holding onto her upper stomach. Thinking quickly, the afro assassin picked her up and rushed her towards the blacksmith's home. He knew that the next hospital was miles from here and he could easily run towards the nearest place that supplied the nessecary tools for injury.
That very night, the woman had awoke, surprise to see that she was bandaged up. She could barely move properly and without hurting herself. The afro assassin had sat down in a chair outside and heard her awoke. Upon entering the room, both eyes of the woman and the afro assassin met. In that very moment, afro had an emotion he had once forgotten; love. Was it love at first sight. It may as well be because a few months later after the woman got pregnant, she admitted that she loved him the very instant they connected. Within the week, she healed and was ready to go on her way back to her villlage; Kumogakure no sato. Afro did not hesistate to go with her as she did not hesistate to agree upon his proposal to join her. Afro then said his goodbyes to his blacksmith family and travelled with the woman who would be the mother of the new Vongola's Rain Guardian...
Kaisen was born in the first of May. His mother, Kouki, and his father first and only son. Kouki wished for him to be a sheltered little boy, a mothers child but Afro did not allow it and Kouki knew that there was no point in arguing with him. Throughout his childhood, he grew up with his mother mostly. After his father returned to Kumogakure, he began to work for the Varia again, this time in total secret and he would have to disappear from time to time. Kouki tried to make Kaisen into the boy she wanted but Kaisen had too many traits like his father who was at times aloof and wished to be distant. As he gotten older, his mother decided it was time for him to enter into the academy. Even though Afro did not wish him to become a shinobi, Kouki knew better than to take away something that she had and Afro did not argue for he knew not to argue with him
During his time in the academy, starting at the age of seven, he began to display a bit of his intelligence. He showed that he was very profient in taijutsu and was set to be the number one student of his graduation class. But Kaisen did not enjoy his time in the academy. Because of his loneristic personalitiy, the other children would scorn him. Because of his unkempted afro with the green tint he had as well, the children of the academy would also make fun of him as well. It was not a pleasant time and he did not complain to his mother about it. He just let it go, disappearing to the highest peak of the mountain to situate himself and vent a little so that he would not have to show any anger towards his classmates. He hated most of them but some of them were kind to him. He took much of the kind classmates to heart.
His progress was slow, limiting himself to do only above average work so that he would not have to graduate earlier. When it was time to take the genin exam, he did not have any complications whatsoever, it went on great without a hitch. With that, his mother was so proud of him though he did not show it in his facial expression when he got his official headband. This was at the early age of nine but he was about to turn ten just a month afterwords so on his application, it says ten. That bothered him a little bit but it did not matter. He was almost eight when he started the academy so it was fair enough to say he had two years of training.
Of course, he did start out with a team. They did not display any above normal abilities, just one specialized in ninjutsu while the other was a specialist in genjutsu. It would fit the standards perfectly for Kaisen was good at Taijutsu. With that in mind, the team started off on a few missions. One mission in particular that made the Raikage notice him after that. It was a particular mission that was suppose to be a C rank mission but it turned out to be A-ranked. There jounin was handling off against two shinobi from a neighboring country who were long enemies. There was another three shinobi who planned on attacking the young genin team but Kaisen displayed tactical strategies that would deem him title of chuunin or jounin for that matter.
During the time of the missions, Kaisen was blessed to have his father come in from time to time. Sometimes he would stay for days, sometimes weeks but during those times Afro trained his young son in the art of kenjutsu and the specialized skills nessecary to make him a fearsome kenjutsu master. His mother, whom was a shinobi of Kumogakure as well, taught him the art of flight skills or escapology (Parkour or free-running to most). Kaisen ability to regonize the skills his father and mother taught him gave him a good edge for the chunin exam
....through the heaviest of rain, a guardian shall come to protect.... - Spoiler:
A few months had went by, the jounin of Kaisen's team had denied them the few months they could've entered the chuunin exams but decided to hold off on it due to the fact that he wanted to train more with his students, mostly the ninjutsu and genjutsu specialist. With Kaisen, he wanted him to learn more about chakra control. Kaisen, being the fast learner that he is, got the concept of chakra control very easily but he did not have any ninjutsu in his mental arsenal as of yet but chakra control is very useful to him for later purposes
By then there jounin had enough confidence in them to do the chunin exam. Kaisen been ready, almost dead ready to try this exam. They said it was ridiculously hard. To Kaisen, the only comparison was his father's training in kenjutsu and taijutsu and his mother escapology techniques that could literally break him in half. If this was anything like this, he would be a bit estatic. By this time around, Kaisen was opt into carrying a katana for his size. He was good at it, he thought and his father did say that he was adept in the skills of kenjutsu, he would not have a problem. He just hoped he was confident enough to use his blade in a time of need. The time was then that he had enter into the room where he had to take the hardest test concieved possible in a limited amount of time. With this, he did not answer a question, he rested his head back and waited. He had answer the questions already, in his head that was but he did not want to write it down, not just yet.
The proctor did take a look at Kaisen, wondering if he was going to write down anything. When the protoctor said the last three minutes, Kaisen began to write everything down. It took him less than a minute to write everything down and then turn his paper over. There wasn't even a sweat dripping down his forehead, the shinobi who kept a watch on him did not see his eyes move left nor right, just straight at the paper. What in the hell one of the watchers said to themselves. It is not everyday that he saw someone pull a stunt off like that.
Passing the written test was the easiest part. He had no problem with that. His teammates, yeah, they were smart but were easily taken up by test stress. The next three would prove his stance in the shinobi world. The forest in which he would have to enter. When they entered, Kaisen experience something that he could've prevented but failed to do so. His partner, his teammate lost his sight that day due to a shinobi ability to use acid. Kaisen could've prevented it but he was so intune on his objective to kill that shinobi to get the scroll. He achieved his goal but was it worth it. In Kaisen's eyes, it wasn't. He could've saved his friend and gotten the scroll later. This was a valuable importance to him now, he no longer wish to obtain a objective without caring about those who were close to him. He kept that promise with him for the rest of the chunin exam.
His individual battle and his battle in the finals did well for him. What showed what great skills he had in taijutsu and kenjutsu was during the first rounds of the individual battle. It was there that he went up against a nineteen year old genin who specialized in doton ninjutsu. The man's sized was almost triple in Kaisen's weight and he had a defense that was by far one of the greater ones among the shinobi from earth country. However, this did not stop his thinking as the fight did not last long. He only proved that he had the intelligences both body and mind to defeat the large man who he was up against.
During this battle, there was someone there that kept an eye on him. That same someone was the one of the members of the Vongola. Ribon or Reborn who appeared to be a child but that was all the powers of the pacifers. It was after the chunin exams were over that Reborn formerly introduced himself to Kaisen and Afro. For a long time, Afro had not taken notice of the small man who was the trainer of the 11th vongola at the time. Impressed by his skills in battle, it was Reborn to take upon the apprenticeship to start him on becoming a guardian. Kaisen did not hesistate, he was not one to hesistate on important and so began the long training to becoming the rain guardian.
Being the trainee to become the guardian, Kaisen had to be properly introduced to the 11th Vongola Leader, Leon. Leon did display much cowardice in his eyes and was very tempermental but Reborn showed to Leon that Kaisen had the calm attribute that would make the Vongola leader powerful in the very end. Kaisen does have long respect for Reborn and has said that he would protect him even if his life was one the line. This was the beginning of a rocky but very solid friendship
The rain cloud only increased in size, letting down more rain;never-ending in the storm of life - Spoiler:
In the time of his ascenion to Chuunin, the past Raikage gave him assignments of handling the outside defense of Kumogakure no sato. Sent to the mountains for long periods of time, Kaisen was use as the first line of defense. It appears strange for anyone to look at the matter of a young fourteen year old as the first line of defense for Kumogakure. Why not a battlion at least, or two powerful shinobi? This would be put into question but the elders of the Kumogakure know the lineage Kaisen has. In his blood is something that mankind has tried to obtain for the past millenia and it was in their village, a young man whose power yet unfolded.
Out of fear, they would only try to dismember Kaisen from the village. It was either he became someone of a black op, used as a weapon or to disassociate the child into an almost unethical type of isolation process for the young man, hopefully not having the urge to return back to the council and question the reasoning behind such mission. But it was within those two years that they heard no complaint from the young Kaisen, he went away quietly only to stay silent.
Yes, Kaisen understood the reasonings behind it and did not wish to question the matter; not yet, he had no purpose to question it as of yet. Instead, he would do what he was taught to do and that was to surivive. Within those two years, began to harness the skill within himself, devoloping attributes that was borderline shinobi and borderline assassin. Within his blood lies the path of a samurai whom has been forgotten within time and was now being utalize as Kaisen trained himself to be quicker, stronger, agile...
Yet he suffered the intense loneliness at times. A loneliness that was almost human. It would creep at Kaisen constantly, poking at his shoulder saying the words that most humans despise: "You are alone" it said in a whisper. It was right, Kaisen was deeply alone. His father had disappeared after he became a chuunin, years before his mother had died of a terrible sickness. As he grew up, he was an outcast, his own peers laughing, backbiting and Kaisen did not fight back nor try to grab attention as most children would've done. No, he accepted it and only moved. He was once a child, once happy and all smiles. He understood that at one time, he could say that he was at the nirvana of happiness but that is no longer. This nirvana was only replace with a soft whisper of a person name loneliness.
Two years have past and he became much colder to society, to people and to himself. He still utalize and began to devolop his skills as a skill tactian, an assasin nonetheless. During those two years, he was given task of assembling complicated missions, stragetically placing shinobi in order for Kumo to gain more power. This envolop much of his time. It was chess to Kaisen, just the pieces were real. The pawns would be used as sacrifices; the knights, rooks and bishops as powerful as they are were in his hands and as he grew in power, he grew more intelligent.
The new Raikage, Kaji Koi Kanto, saw the power and surprising potential in this boy. Only a teenager at the ripe age of sixteen and yet here he was, standing amongst jounin of experience years. Kaji looked upon the files of this young man. A vongola, he was and a powerful one at that. He could use him, perhaps find some use instead of putting him in a exile position and guard this place. Perhaps he should experiement whether or not his skills were at par of most jounin. The test came when Kaisen was assign a mission that would test the full extent of his mind. His mission was to assasinate the Lightning Daimyo. The Raikage would be impressed by this completion of the mission.
With the completeion and the ascention of Kaisen going to Jounin, the Raikage would use him his skills for many other uses and perhaps go beyond the potential he wields because Kaji knew that Kaisen understood his method of thinking and understood his reasonings for sending him, not because of him begin a Vongola and easily disposable but to see show Kaisen that he was no longer a puppet but rather a weapon... RP Sample: - Spoiler:
Cold. oh so cold and Kaisen knew that the one thing about it being cold in the mountains is that getting use to the coldness is a way of life. Without the cold in life, the hot times in life are more enjoyable and it can never be taken for granted. Kaisen knew that if the cold did not break it, it will surely then create something better out of his persona. Staying up here for fifteen minutes in the dead of winter was a act of endurance. Maybe he was kidding himself into saying it was a act of endurance, maybe he was just down right trying to pull a samurai he never was. But he always asked in these situations: what would his father do?
Those were footsteps Kaisen said but not outloud. Sitting down in the two inches of snow, he heard the crunching of the snow. Crunch, shuffle, crunch, shuffle. What was this, a dance move that he was listening to. Kaisen did not move, he only listen. He had to focus, he had to. This was the way of the samurai. This was the only way of the samurai. Calm the mind, focus on what is out on hand. There was wind, the wind of the mountain speaking at him with hatred, yelling at him to get down from the mountain, threatening him with more snow and more cold wind from the sky. Ignore that Kaisen thought. That wasn't important to you. What's important was the...
The footsteps. It stopped. Did this person jump? No, he didn't jump. He would've heard that. Even if he was silent, the wind tells all and the snow is a talkative one. He opens his eyes. The snow was blowing past him, giving him a bit of visibility. This isn't good, this isn't good at all. He was at a disadvantage. Even with his clearing of his mind, the visibility of the snow did not make it easy for him to sense. But because he didn't hear any other shuffling or crunching of snow, neither did the other person. The person stopped because he couldn't see. If he could see then he would be on the move. He was waiting. That's what he was doing, waiting for the snow to calm down a bit before he made a move.
Kaisen could play the waiting game. That's his favorite game of all time. The matter of will. They both had to fight the elements and the visiblity factor. Kaisen had a hold of his handle as he stood up from the ground. His feet made a crunch, he heard faster crunching sound. Damn, he was waiting for Kaisen to make a move. Kaisen could see a dark figure, six feet or so tall rushing at him. He was trying to get him the element of surprise. Clever bastard. But one thing that the opponent did not see is the battojutsu stance Kaisen got in. Kaisen moved slightly to the left, swiftly taking out his blade out of sheath and the slash that made contact with the person who attacked him. He heard the connection of flesh with his sharp blade, the hot blood spilled on his face and his headband.
The body fell to the ground. Kaisen took his blade and slashed it across his mid-section to his thigh to release some of the excess blood that was on it. He sheaths the blade and then moves forward. An interesting day. Did he know who that person was? No. Did he care even a slight fact that maybe it was an ally. An ally would know to never sneak up on Kaisen like that. That was how he was taught, that was how he was raised. His father raised him better. The snow was finally settling. The mountain must be a cruel one for he must like the blood of a person spilt on it's ground, soiling the snow making a crimson icy mixture. Kaisen turned around, he saw that it was a person...he was light skinned, as pale as the snow itself. Blackest hair he had ever seen in his life and yet the face of that dead man had much sorrow in it. he didn't get the insignia of where he came from, but from what he could tell he wasn't from Kumogakure

| "Now, you become more than a sword" - Spoiler:
Kumogakure began to build itself after the former Raikage left his mark. Kaji, the Raikage at the time, began his work slowly. Within the few months, he began to grow a metorpolis, a village of power. It is said that Kumogakure now is the super power of the shinobi world. At one time, Konoha was the strongest then it tunred to Kirigakure and now it lies in the hands of lightning. How funny it was. How funny it was that Kaisen, now only sixteen, his youth long gone since his mothers death, now remained in the tiny apartment given to him by his father. There was no point at it now, he was now a young and powerful assassin, an intellectual, a philosopher, a 'god among men' perhaps?
For the next month or so he began to do the dirty work of his manager, killing those that tried to go against him and threatening those would try to go against him. He was tyrant one might say and they looked at Kaisen with that hatred he long to forget. Those eyes that stared at him behind his back for those people feared Kaisen; scared to never look into his eyes, lest you find a blade through your abdomen or your chest, or even something quicker and less painful. No, he would not kill them, he had no reason to killl them. They were unaware of how deep Kaisen was to the Raikage. He understood, he understood all this time that he would have to be the enforcer for now, killing, threatning, killing, destroying, killing...killing....killing...
He believed long time ago, if he never had his fathers training, if his mother never died, if they didn't live in the shithole that he stays at now, he would forever had decided not work for the Raikage. It was there that he would be ignornant. He would've had never gotten far really. His intelligence, maybe but that only gets people to positions where he would have to sit down and plan. At least by then, he would not be this way. Not so cold to the world, have all the worries in the world like having a social life, maybe find a nine to five job, do a few missions here or there, maybe even find himself a nice girl. She would pretty, attractive...no she would be beautiful to him. They grow up, get married, have kids, train them to be a shinobi and wait out the rest of his life through the mindless cycle. Thinking that now, he would rather enjoyed that life but would it make him happy? Would he be satisfied with that tedious of a life? He did not know the answer. The smartest man in lightning and perhaps one of the smartest in the world had no answer this what seem to be a rather simplistic question.
With the killings going in and out, Kaisen began to see a pattern with the Raikage. He saw that even within those eyes he saw what appeared to be a tormented and sad man. He could almost feel that pain he was suffering. It wasn't a mental pain or rather a pain in which it could be healed in time, it was a pain that did not hurt but rather punctured through and it was a splinter that he could not pull out. He was feeling bounded to this. Working endlessly, manipulating people, being the puppeteer while others were the puppet. Yet, it did not satisfy him. It rather binded him even more. He remembered when he first heard about this new Raikage. He heard that he was not just a cruel man but a man who shows very little regard to life. Perhaps that's how they saw him but Kaisen saw that he was rather a man who just wanted to roam freely. He wanted to do things his way with no strings attached behind him; he did not want a single burden behind his back and he believed that Kumogakure was just that.
How long will it take before he became the puppeteer? How long would it take before Kaji was going to get bored of this job, how long would it take before the boredom would drive him into madness? He didn't think Kaji could obtain such madness but apparently this was nothing more than a illusion put up as a front by him and Kaisen fell for it deeply until now. He came to the office only two days after meeting his team. He was dressed in the attire that Kaji had given him two days prior. For a moment, maybe one two or three seconds, but in that moment he saw that Kaji's eyes laughed heavily as if someone was inside of him laughing. Not laughing at the constume per se but rather the thought of how this persona said it.
Those eyes disappeared and then Kaji said it; the words came flowing out of his mouth with no reluctance and no pain in it whatsoever. He said the words that would make Kaisen one of the most powerful men in the shinobi world. No longer will he be playing with the small dogs or the big dogs, no, he was now going up against demons and monsters, creatures that only existed in fairy tales and mythologies. Kaji didn't necessarily smile at this, nor did his eyes. He appeared slighly disappointed, a face when a father see's that his son had got a young women pregnant. The face in which Kaisen had never seen on a person like Kaji before.
What was the reaction of Kurayami Kaisen? Surprise? Doubt? Enthrallment? None of those words could describe his current position. He was neither excited nor depressed but he was rather...calm. The same calm before a powerful storm. He was no longer a sword but now a blade that could cut other blades as Kaji said it. It was romantic in a sense. Kaisen bowed and said what he knew all along. His thoughts were already read but Kaji wanted to hear his voice saying it; he wanted him to say that he was planning on taking the enemy head on, going to the mouth of the dragon with a trickster who wishes to reclaim the stories. Kaji thought that this was also something of a romantic gesture, it was like two heroes coming out of nowhere to save the world, whether for the better or worse. Kaisen nodded his head and said to Kaji "You will return. I dont need to read minds to figure that out. I will wait for your return if you choose to return. At the moment, I can only say that you do not wish to leave yet you must. I have no problem with" he moves his hand through his hair and nods.
Now, being one of the youngest Raikages, he will now lead the people, his people, into whatever hell throws at him. A eutopia? No, A dystopia, probably not. It was only a matter of time before he would decide what to do with decisions. Now in the seat of power, he could be a kind Raikage or a tyrant. Many may be slightly relieved that Kaji had left Kumo, others may feel as threaten. Kaisen did not care for those thoughts, he now has a decision to make....
