Description: This is an extension of wire manipulation. Hotoke uses wire which is said to be stronger than steel. After forming the needed hand seals, Hotoke can manipulate his string into an interlocking dome for protection. This dome can repel most basic Taijutsu attacks. Hotoke can reshape the wire within the dome as needed, changing it from a defensive structure to a binding string with ease. It does have spceds between the wire and can be seen through with relative ease. Theses spaces are only about half an inch wide but are fiairly numerous. This takes a C rank amount of chakra every 3 posts to maintain.
