Objective Protect the farmlands from the massive swarm of destructive fire ants.
Primary: Protect at least half of the fields, and the Granary, Pig Pen, and Chicken Coup from ant invasion. Protect as many villagers as possible. All of the primary objectives occupy the same general portion of land.
Secondary: Do not allow any harm to come to the villagers. Do not allow any Cattle to die. The secondary objectives are on the vulnerable outskirts of the small village.
Description: A farmer from the village of Tsurunawa has recently come in pleading for help from the ninjas of Konoha. He claims that an endless swarm of ants has come down from the mountains near their farms and is overrunning their farms little by little. Nothing has been able to stop this endless ant swarm, so they have come to the village for help, before it is too late. Destroying the swarm would take a huge amount of effort due to its numbers, but being *dumb little bugs, they can be out smarted.
SettingThe Tsurunawa Village lies in a fertile valley in the floodplains of a minor river. The river is deep and has a good current, and serves as the only water source for the farmers. The farms and village occupy a clearing about 150 meters in diameter, with most of the buildings located at the center. The shinobi assigned to this mission only have about 4 days before the great swarm of ants reaches the village, and begins to overrun it.

Target: The Konoha Fire Ant
The Konoha Fire Ant is a highly territorial, aggressive, and opportunistic predator known to inhabit the rough foothills near the base of jungle covered mountains. They range in size from half an inch for the smaller workers, up to 1.5 inches for the larger soldiers. The ants travel in great migratory colonies that can each have over 1 million ants in each, and there are few forces in nature known to stop these bugs. As an odd quirk it is known that these ants are highly resistant to fire, and produce mildly sedative venom in their sting. Over exposure to the ant’s venom could result in unconsciousness, and eventually being eaten by a whole bunch of ants. So watch out! These ants are known to strip leaves from plants to create nest like encampments as they travel, and will leave no animal caught in its wide path alive.
