Appearance: Bottom seals
Location of Seal: on his back over the shoulder blades
Positive Effects: Gives Kiba working wings to fly with for transportation
Negative Effects: Requires two posts to form the wings, one to form the bone structures and the second to flesh them out and develop musculature. The wings drain D-rank technique's chakra per post active after the initial formation. The initial formation has a B rank drain attached to it to both form the wings and block the pain of the formation.

Bump the wing seal up to B-rank, add in a D-rank amount of chakra drain per post to utalize the wings and a normal C-rank amount of chakra to utalize the seal itself. Also place in the bonus for the exruciating pain of having the wings form from his own back. Or add in a pain killer at the cost of an extra d-rank amount of chakra. ^.^
