Sangure had almost given up on his quest for the Tool of Power, but he continued, because according to the legend, it said that the beast slept higher... or something like that. So, Sangure was going up into the canyons of Suna, because he figured their was a lot of wind there, which is what referred in the legend, so he decided to see if there could possibly be a shrine up near the top of the canyons. When he finally reached the top after a lot of running and climbing, he looked around. He saw only a simgle solitary building up there, so he thought it was worth a shot.
He kept jumping from rock to rock, from cliff face to cliff face, and all the other little rocks that kept slipping out of their resting place, almost causing Sangure to fall. When he finally reached the door of it, it was covered in sand. He had to try to actually push the door open, and when he went inside, it was hardly impressive. It was basically just a little shack, but at least it did have a bunch of stuff in it. He looked around, and found a modest looking tea kettle, but it did look something like the picture, so he grabbed it and replaced it with the other false teakettle he got from the other part of suna. He hoped that this was the one.
