Also, the jutsu has failings because it fails to list details such as how you free yourself, or a durration. *shrugs* Guess it's okay, but everything is fixed like you asked.

Description: Oukashou is a Taijutsu technique used by Haruno Sakura. Using the skills passed down by her teacher Tsunade, Sakura is able to utilize powerful strikes. Sakura will first build up a high amount of chakra to her fist and then release it in an instant.

Im not sure (You can check with another staff member if you'd like) but I think those would require Taijutsu as a specialty and strength special characteristic (Both of which are not on your character application) for these jutsu

It's a medical technique everywhere else, since it's easy enough to reason that Sakura is clearly not a taijutsu expert. I could see that for Tsunade, but these are commonly accepted as medical techniques, not taijutsu techniques. Tragically, Leafninja doesn't have a medical section, so it doesn't split things up like that.

If it were only taijutsu, and not medical, then every taijutsu user from the Leaf would no doubt be using it. The reason only Sakura and Tsunade use it, is cause they're the medics.

Actually, Hyuuga can use them also because of the chakra control needed to utilize the techniques. Its not Medic exclusive, just requires med0nin or Hyuuga like chakra control.

As a note, since these are both C-Rank (and I could be wrong here) and Coal is A-Rank, these Taijutsu techniques can be used because of our limited non specialty technique rule.

Ok, all you'd need then is to change the rank of Tsunade's jutsu to A rank and Sakura's to B rank and you're good.

Why do I need to change them, they're canon techniques, and canon techniques are auto-approved as is, I thought?

Forget my previous comment, I agree that canon or not, B rank is more acceptable. I also don't need two of them, so I removed Tsunade's. I'm no taijutsu expert, and because it described "Kicks and strikes" I feel it is more taijutsu than medical. As such, I removed Tsunada's and only kept Sakura's. More than enough on its own, anyway.
