Amegakure to Konohagakure

Riku and Leon and now the new student that would be another pester to Riku, Nonko, had set a course down the path towards Konohagakure. It would definitely be a return trip to Riku but he'll be able to experience a bit of new things for himself. The item that Leon so happen to acquired was being carried over his shoulder by the same plastic bag. He asked Leon to carry it, knowing that he'll be the least likely for those aware of the riddle and the item necessary to capture the Ichibi.

It would be a new experience for Leon and Nonko, this would be there first time in one of the main villages. What was instore for these two was essentially the new looks of people, the ramen and tea shops Konoha is famous for, the mountains of kages that showed past hokages and two legendary ones of great history. A list would continue for them and it would take more than one trip for the two to get the full experience and due to the youth they had set currently, it would a unlikely thing for them to enjoy the qualities of such architecture.

The clouds were still at an overcast, heavy filled with water that Riku wish it would fall. But it wouldn't, not now that is. It was heading towards the direction of Amegakure, where it was completely dark over there, almost appearing to be nightfall with the black and grey clouds that only poured down depression. They were in lighter weather this time, eventually they'll see that the sun will break through and they'll see that shine giving warmth on there paths

Riku mind was a bit elsewhere at the moment however. Though the times of adventure was fullfilling the desires he had and still has to this day, that feeling of someone watching him was pressing on him. He was the only one that was aware and he knew it was meant for him to sense. Like breathing in a thick cloud of smoke, the closer they got to Konohagakure, the more of this pressure it seem to fill in Riku's conscious. He was debating whether to stop himself from continuing but he argued that it would not do anything for him to discontinue, the journey he sprung into was determine for him awhile back and of course, his first bijuu was there, at least he hoped.

Leon would be rather annoyed by the slowness of Riku's walking. He would already be intuitive enough to realize that Riku was deep in thought. It was thanks to Riku that he had awaked the first power that essentially useless for him now but would be his best ally down the line of his mafiahood and assassinhood. Leon would most likely complain but he'll begin to understand that there was something bothering Riku. Regardless of the smile Riku displays, the falsetto of it would not pass Leon's hyper tuition now. There was something bothering Riku and it would have to deal with what happen in Kumogakure.

Within Riku's conscious, the conversation of two spirits were well on there way with Riku. The two blades, now with names that they given, Kuchiku and Soushi, were softly conversing with Riku. He nodded in his head which of course made him nod slightly in the real world. His conscious then silence the conversation and set ahold what looked like a small rest stop. Riku saw two vending machines, a food one and next to it was a assortment of drinks. He puts in two coins and drop came one drink, it was an energy drink. Riku was against them but he found entertainment through others who are sensitive to them. He threw it over to Leon. He did the same thing and another energy drink came down. He passed that one to Nonko.

"It'll be another few hours before we reach there. We'll be meeting Kaji halfway to Konoha" Riku leans himself against one of the machines "So fluid yourself up. We'll be doing a bit of conditioning and running. We'll be going my pace and we will take few breaks. Got it?" he smiled at this and waited for their reply.

Riku looks towards the Northeast. He saw that the terrain was definitely going to change. He reconized the area of course but again, he'll have to make this few hours last. He wanted to train these kids to the limit. He wasn't going to kill there legs necessarily. If they were going his true pace, he would have definitely left an afterimage in his wake. It'll be enough to push these two the limit they had and that's how he wanted to begin things; something that would essentially easy and be redudant

Clouds covered the sun over the group walking towards Konohagakure. Nonko looked back at Amegakure as it disappeared around a bend. It seemed like it had been forever since he had first arrived at the village and met up with this man. In reality it had only been a few days. A yawn escaped the young boy's lips as he kicked rocks out of his way and stared down at the ground. Everything had changed for him in one day it seemed. He was now travelling with a man he knew nothing about and some boy he hadn't even talked to much. Things were looking up for the boy in his opinion. He was no longer trapped or held down by the village and he was able to travel around without fear of getting in trouble.

Looking around, Nonko let his eyes travel over the fields around them. He loved nature and how everything seemed to co-exist in a perfect cycle. Birds and other creatures peered down from trees and from the grass as the group walked by their homes. Nonko caught sight of a few of them but he wasn't really trying to catch sight of them. The boy was just scanning his surroundings in case they were ambushed by other ninja or by bandits. He had been taught to always watch his surroundings so that was what he was doing. No ninja would surprise the group while he was watching their backs. He would make sure of that. The boy had to keep on watch to keep himself occupied or boredom would take over.

The group stopped suddenly at a vending machine. Nonko wasn't all that thirsty but he accepted the drink anyways and listened to Riku's words. It seemed they were meeting a man named Kaji halfway there. The boy didn't have a clue who this new man. I'll find out soon enough. Within seconds the drink was empty so Nonko crushed the can and slid it into his puch. It wasn't right to litter and contaminate the world around them. Looking up at Riku after he did this, a grin spread across his face at the prospect of running. He was pretty fit due to being a Taijutsu user. It would be no problem running for an hour until they met up with this Kaji. Nonko rubbed his hands together and got ready for the long run he knew was ahead.

Leon wiped the sweat from his brow as he ran around yet another tree. They had been running for a good hour at least and despite Leon’s conditioning from running away from those who managed to realize they had been pick pocketed in Kumo, he was dying. If he didn’t know any better, Leon would say that this entire run had been uphill. He was also pretty sure that the boy Riku had decided to bring with them was in the same boat as he was, but most likely a good distance ahead of Leon. He was after all, trained as a ninja, and Leon wasn’t, not by a long shot.

Taking a break against one of the larger trees, Leon panted and wiped sweat from his face. He wanted to be a ninja, and he remembered hearing something about not giving up, but he would be damned if he ran till he passed out from suffocation. Doubling over and resting his elbows on his thighs, Leon slowly attempted to take a few deep breaths. This obviously ended up with him coughing, and becoming slightly more winded.

That was really annoying, Leon decided as he straightened up and rubbed the cramps away from his abdominable muscles. There was no doubt about it, when Leon finaly reached Konoha he would probably pass out for a few days. Or at least be bed ridden. It was hard to move now, but come the morning Leon would be able to feel every muscle in his body aching. The mere thought of a bath almost dropped Leon flat on the ground as his body ached.

Sighing, he picked himself back up and started running in the general direction that Riku had pointed out. The overcast sky hinted at rain yet to fall, making this run seem longer than it should. There was a slight humidity, so Leon felt like he was running through a swamp, sweat dripping off his entire body. This quick metabolism didnt make matters any better, he was dealing with a growling stomach the entire way also. although it probably was better to run on an empty stomah compared to a full one Leon supposed.

Sighing, leon thought he caught a flash of color against the foliage of the forst and headed towards that spot. Hopefully the time was up and they were taking a break for the moment. the only way the new kid couldnt be tired as well was if he was one of Riku's bunch. For as long as Leon had been around Riku, there was no instant Leon had seen him tire.
