He doesn't however, mind minor eye contact or small conversation. He's a humble guy who doesn't ask for alot. He's a real big thinker though, always drifting off into space. He doesn't first appear as a pushover, but can be mistaken for one. Sothe does stand up for himself when necessary. On a deeper note, Sothe is actually very kind. Sometimes even overly kind, giving things to people he can't afford to lose. An example would be giving his lunch money to a homeless man when he didn't even eat breakfest. He has trouble understanding comedy at times, not laughing when the time is right. Goals: Find out what happened to his Father. Alignment:Not perfect, but mostly good. A stranger asks, "What about his dad? Where is he now?" Uncle takes a deep sigh, "Gone...Long gone..." "Well what happened to him?", asks the stranger. "He...died, on a mission." Uncle trembled strangely. "How?" "I can't tell you that...Cause I myself don't know.", griefly spoke uncle. "And ever since then, the kid's been a quiet one. Real quiet, yea." The stranger says, "Must've been hard for him." "His dad was the best father I knew, a great guy in general. The kid's still a good kid though...a good kid, yea." ~ a conversation about Sothe's parentsLosing his father at the age of 5, Sothe Dokuga, child on the Dokuga clan, didn't live well for a couple years. His father and mother were both high ranked members of the clan and their death's took violent shakes at the clan ladder. Sothe lived with his Uncle, who interestingly enough, was called Uncle by everyone in the village. Uncle was quite the opposite of sothe's father, more serious and always busy with training. This stoic-like behavior rubbed off quite a bit on Sothe, making himself physically strong when training with Uncle. It also however, made himself quite Stoic. Uncle specialized in Taijutsu and weaponry. Out of the two, Uncle decided that Taijutsu would be far more useful and easier to learn, thus he would teach him that first. At the age of 7, Sothe was a fairly physical fit and coordinated child. Thus when he entered the Ninja school, he excelled in the Taijutsu classes. He sometimes however, struggled with the Ninjutsu and especially the Genjutsu classes. Often times he would go home and uncle would try to teach him the Genjutsu and Ninjutsu arts, but Sothe being the young child he was, enjoyed wreaking havoc with the art he was already good at, Taijutsu. Compared to the other children, Sothe wasn't very social. He was kind, but quiet and had a small sense of diplomacy even at the young age. Somehow, Sothe could tell right from wrong very easily. His teacher's commented on seeing that before they could break up the fights at school, Sothe had already dealt with the problem through speaking to the other children. Sothe graduated from the school at age 12 and is now awaiting a conferance with his new teacher. RP Sample: - Spoiler:
7 PM, July 17th
*The sound of Wooden boards breaking and a martial art's Kiya following it*
"Good Sothe, your strength is improving. Do not forget your technique though!"
"Yes Uncle!"
Uncle throws a wooden board at Sothe and Sothe breaks it with a right handed punch. He tosses another, much father away and Sothe has to leap and kick it to break it before it hits the ground. He makes contact, but slightly off the center of the board making the pieces fly away and breaking a window. The shattering glass makes Uncle wince and sigh. "I believe that's enough training for today." He looks over to see Sothe on one knee, facedown and panting madly. "Yes Uncle." He replies tiredly. Uncle walks over and raises his leg, then swooping it down to axe kick Sothe in the neck. Sothe quickly spins his body to kick Uncle's other leg out. Uncle falls to the floor on his back and then disperses into white smoke. Uncle's voice comes from the otherside of the room, "Good, your learning well to never let your guard down." Sothe rises to his feet slowly, "Thank you Uncle." He starts to breath deeply and heads to his room.
He flicks on a light and now is in his bathroom. He cracks his neck and then takes off his shirt. Afterwards he turns on the faucet to the shower and begins to undress and do his buisness.
Approximatly ten minutes later, he walks out of the bathroom in pajamas and walks to the kitchen. Flicking lights on and off when necessary, he ends up eventually to his fridge looking for a snack. "Milk, Juice, cheeses, soda...er...aha!" He grabes a sandwich he made earlier, but never ate, and unwraps the plastic covering. He walks toward a table and grabs a remote, sitting and then turning on the TV. "Oh sweet, deadliest warrior is on." he says quietly to himself. Uncle walks in and says, " Oh sweet, deadliest warrior is on." and Sothe replies, "This one is good. It's about what would happen if Sasori and Deidara ever fought." Uncle sits down on a couch and stretches out. He eventually passes out on the couch and Sothe turn's off the tv at around 8.
He heads to his room and lays on his bed. His body starts to completely relax before he realizes that he still has the lights on. "Damn...it" He says tiredly to himself. He grabs his tissue box and throws it at the light switch, turning it off. Soon after he falls asleep.
*Thud*
His eyes open quickly as he sees a Kunai stuck in the backboard of his bed right over his head. He grabs the Kunai and sits up and see's a note attached to the Kunai. It reads...
"Time for training"
He groans and puts on his gear. He walks to the kitchen and over to the fruit bowl. Still sleepy he puts his hand in the bowl and strangly his hand touches the bottom. He looks down and all the fruit has disappeared. He then looks up and sees that there is no longer any food in the Kitchen. A note on the fridge reads...
"No food for now, Go outside to earn some"
"Damn it Uncle..." He says softly to himself. He walks outside and theres an army of poison based clone's of Uncle. Sothe says, "So what? Do I just defeat all of you guys?" The clones don't speak a word, simply staring at Sothe. "Hmph" Sothe reaches into his bag and tosses a handful of shuriken at the army. Pieces of the army disperse into purple smoke which Sothe immediately recognizes as special poison gas from the Dokuga clan. He puts on his facemask and begins to pull out more shuriken. Some of the army disappears and one Uncle appears next to Sothe with a roundhouse at the face. Sothe backflips and attempts to throw shuriken at the clone when other clones grab his arms and throw him down to the floor. Soon more clones hold him down and rip off his face masks. The remaining clones jump up and disperse and the purple smoke somehow swarms around and into Sothe's face. He begins to choke and suffer burns inside his throat.
He takes a deep breath and then awakens from the torturous Genjutsu. "You let your guard down when you walked outside Sothe. I was able to toss and invisible gas genjutsu bomb at you." says uncle standing over Sothe. He finds himself on the floor and sweating madly. "We gotta fix your weakness to Genjutsu kid!" he says as he lends his hand to Sothe to help pull him up.
