Description/Abilities:
Abilities - These holes were placed into Alekzaunder's fingers and hand through a surgical proceedure. It allows him to flow chakra out of the fingers and palm through the holes, and come out as lightning. Although, it does take atleast one to two handsigns for jutsu to be casted with this type of manipulation. It isnt freely manipulated like "Kaika", but it is very close to it. Although, small things like very weak jutsu or unconciously knowing habits are able to be used freely, like when fixing something that requires a jolt of electricity. Alekzaunder wears gloves that have a negatively magnetic charge in them in order for him to not accidently shock people when not using this.

History: Alekzaunder was a young boy, about 15 - 17 whenever his mother and father had signed him up for a type of medical/surgical proceedure. His mother was a medical ninja, and so she helped work on his hands during the surgery. It was a very risky surgery but it was quite successful. Alekzaunder had trained himself and his father had helped him train with his Raiton Manipulation.

Appearance: One small circular, metal ring on each finger tip, which shows the inside of the chakra system if looked closely.
