Description: This jutsu channels a large amount of lightning-chakra to the user's hand. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal to humans. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces.

Weakness: Though not necessarily debilitating, is the fact that the large amount of chakra can also injure the user's hand if they put too much force into the attack. Without possessing the Sharingan, should this jutsu be avoided, Kiyoshi will be fairly open for a counterattack.

Description: A variation on a regular Chidori developed by Sasuke Uchiha during his two-and-a-half year training with Orochimaru, this jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electrically charged chakra from his body, instead of concentrating it in his hand. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead only paralyzing its victims. By sending the current into the ground Sasuke can stun opponents from a distance. Kiyoshi can also channel the electricity through metallic weapons like his sword, increasing their cutting power, as well as making body parts numb by cutting them.

Weakness: Though not necessarily debilitating, is the fact that the large amount of chakra can also injure the user's hand if they put too much force into the attack.

Description: Kiyoshi reshapes the Chidori in his hand into the form of countless senbon. It has more specialized speed than the normal Chidori and can cause damage throughout multiple places on the body. Chidori Senbon can become even more effective by using it together with the Sharingan, allowing one to precisely shoot for the enemy's vital points.

Weakness: Though not necessarily debilitating, is the fact that the large amount of chakra can also injure the user's hand if they put too much force into the attack. Also, each senbon is not as strong as the original Chidori.

Name: Chidori Eisō - (One Thousand Birds Sharp Spear)

Description: Kiyoshi increases the range of his Chidori by using form manipulation to extend it into a blade up to 10 meters in length. This blade is capable of splitting into multiple additional blades upon contact with an enemy, drastically increasing the number of wounds it can inflict. Like other Chidori-related techniques, this jutsu will numb any target it hits.

Weakness: However, each of these additional blades is proportionally weaker than a single focused Chidori.

Description: Kiyoshi uses his Tenson Kijin to channel an extremely powerful Chidori capable of shocking anything in its path. It appears to have an even greater range than Chidori Current, making it more effective in battle. It can be noted that this technique is more of a use on water, because the electric chakra produced is carried on the entire surface making it more difficult for the enemy to avoid it.

Weakness: Uses more chakra.

Name: Chidori Raku - (One Thousand Birds Bolt)

Description: Kiyoshi performs a Chidori in the air (not in mid-air). He moves extremely fast in a zig-zag pattern, such that he leaves afterimages. He attacks the opponent with only one strike.

Weakness: While moving at extreme speed, it makes it difficult to change directions so quickly, thus it uses more chakra. Also, without possessing the Sharingan, should this jutsu be avoided, Kiyoshi will be fairly open for a counterattack.

Name: Chidori Mizenkei - (One Thousand Birds Imperfect Form)

Description: Kiyoshi will create a Chidori within the palm of his hand as he raises his elbow to be level with his shoulder, as if to allow a bird to land on it. As he does this, the Chidori will form into a large hawk of lightning that encases his arm. Using great speed, Kiyoshi will charge at the enemy while the large bird spreads it's wings. With the hawks massive beak encasing his hand, it is stronger than the normal Chidori. Also, while running, the bird will spread it's large wings, each acting as a blade on it's own. At any given time, Kiyoshi is able to launch the hawk and control it at will. This is the Chidori's nearly complete form that only a few have ever mastered.
Weakness: Able to cause medium damage to the user's hands, this Chidori is very risky.

Name: Chidori Zetsumei - (One Thousand Birds Of Death)

Description: This jutsu is a mix between a failed attempt at the perfect form of Chidori and Sensatsu Suisho that Kiyoshi has developed. Kiyoshi will create a Chidori within the palm of his clenched fist. As he opens his hand, the Chidiri will burst and scatter into "One Thousand Birds" of lightning. The birds will them procceed to surround the inteded target from all sides and suddenly transform into a thousand needles of lightning. Kiyoshi then directs them to a specific target at high speed.

Weakness: Unlike the perfect form of Chidori, these birds cannot be manipulated at will, they will just proceed to surround whoever Kiyoshi chooses. Due to it depleting 49% of his chakra reserve, Kiyoshi can only use this jutsu twice and will be rendered nearly useless afterwards.

Description: The user will first start by forming Chidori in his hand and manipulating it to encase his entire arm. The user charges at his opponent, striking them with a Lariat move. This strike is powerful enough to blow away the target's entire chest. The attack is straightforward, though, and can be easily seen through with the Sharingan. Kiyoshi usually does this technique with his right arm for the best effect. The technique will also send Lightning surges through the victim's body, paralyzing them for two posts. It can be noted that the Chidori may take the form of a giant hawk for extra power in which the beak will piere the chest wide open.

Description:Once the user focuses their chakra, they will then hover they’re hand about an inch away from the body part that they’re focusing on and the internal function will be visible. As the user trains the jutsu in a higher degree, the visible area becomes deeper. For example: At a D rank level, anything underneath garments is visible. At a C rank level, the user can only see the muscles to find any tears and such. At a B rank level, the blood vessels and chakra energy are visible, at an A rank level, the bones become visible, at an S rank level, the user can see the actual chakra network of the patient as well as every inch of their internal body.

Weakness: Has almost no value in battle due to the concentration and range required.

Description: Using this jutsu, a person can temporarily reanimate a corpse, creating the illusion of a living being. This is achieved by causing the heart to beat once more, allowing the user to control the corpse. The reanimated corpse can serve as either a short-time ally or an effective decoy. These corpses can be stored in summoning scrolls for carrying purposes.

Description: The Mystical Palm Technique is a multipurpose technique that can heal wounds and perform surgery. To heal with the ability, users collect chakra to their hand to speed up cell regeneration wherever it is applied. For the latter, the user focuses their chakra into a blade to make cuts where necessary, though because the blade is made of chakra the flesh is never cut. When utilized in combat it allows the user to sever their opponent's muscle fibers or their chakra circulatory system at the point of contact.

Weakness: This aspect of the ability can be used in combat, though it requires great precision to be effective.

Description: This medical technique forms one's chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the Chakra Scalpel can actually make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection.



Weakness: The Chakra Scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the Chakra Scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile.
