The users of this kekkei were endowed members of common blood [Meaning no Kekkei] that were experimented on to be able to utilize different elements. Out of the five surviving members they each hold different elements [One has no elemental affinity due to failed experimentation].
Hyouton [Ice] with a recessive element of water.
Kage [Or shadow (Think Nara but stronger and more potent without the ability of it being copied.)] without a recessive element.
Plant [Mokuton: wood] [with a recessive of Earth and a locked perceptive of water]
Ranton [Storm] with a recessive element of Raiton [Locked perspective of water]
No elemental affinity.

Description:
This experiment has the bases around the three things that make up all life. The spiritual Section, the physical section and last but not least the Mental section. These sections make up a persons existence and this clan is essentially become masters of there own existence and is able to control it to the point of amplifying there abilities. This amplification happens naturally as there experience itself grows and they get higher in rank.

Amplifications

From 'birth' the members of this clan are 'born' with a special birthmark on there neck that links them to an animal. This animal becomes there spiritual guardian and when the user gets to the age of seven a animal that is a replica of the users tattoo will somehow appear by there side. This animal is bonded with the user and they are infused with the users chakra allowing this animal to perform jutsu combinations with the user.
The members of this clan are born with two genetic birth defects. The first one is a increased metabolism to a super powered level. This allows the clan members to eat large amounts of food and make hasty recovery due to there metabolism.
The second defect is that they have a condition that causes there heart to be developed into one that is able to keep a high pulse rate for days on end. This means the members of this clans heartbeat is way above normal meaning they have increased blood-flow throughout there body and heightened reaction times. [This allows them to keep there muscles more soaked with constant blood and oxygen allowing them to work at peak efficiency for longer periods of times essentially prolonging there muscles endurance and keep them from getting tired as fast].
The members of this clan are also endowed with an increased mental comprehension. Meaning they learn and understand subjects and ideals faster. This means that they will have an increased I.Q. From birth that allows them to utilize all of there brain by the age of seven and keep an increased learning gap open for about 20 years instead of the usual 5. This is only for storing an processing information and does not allow them to learn jutsu's easier.
The last amplification that they have is that they have a perfect melding of dark and white meat [Slow and fast twitch muscle fibers]. This allows the user to have a perfect equality between speed/power and endurance. However at the age of seven the final amplification becomes evident. This amplification is essentially that the users slow twitch muscle fibers will double in strength allowing them with some training to double there endurance and there speed that they can keep up with. [This allows them to be one rank of speed faster than anyone in there own rank that doesn't have a Kekkei and by the time there seven to have triple the endurance physically. [Allowing them to last the same amount of time as someone who is two ranks higher than them. Required a training topic of 5000 words or more. Also when i state triple i mean they only get the endurance of someone who is 2 ranks higher than them if they are S-rank they get a c-rank endurance boost along with there normal endurance.]
They start with both specialty's and essentially lose all dominant/recessive deals having both specs equal in power. [See drawbacks for the rest]

Drawbacks:

This clan may seem perfect when it comes to specs but they hold a major flaw. They can only learn two specialties. In essence if they specialize in Kenjutsu and Ninjutsu they are unable to learn any Genjutsu, fuuinjutsu or anything medical. If they do try to learn it they essentially lose all information about one of there specialties and must relearn it or learn the new path. This limits them down to only two types of techniques.They however do start with both they still need to train in both to be any good at them.
Animal is restricted to D-rank jutsu and below unless utilized in a combination with the user. All combo jutsu's are restricted to Jounin + and B-rank or below.
Faster metabolism means the user must ingest food every hour or there body will start to eat away at stored fat and create hungered pains. If they still do not eat after another hour muscle mass could start to become affected and even weakened.
A higher pulse rate means one must breathe faster thus giving a harder and deeper breathe and making the lungs work harder. With the lungs working harder they can be damaged long term and usually after 21 years the lungs become so bad that the person will most likely lose the ability to be a ninja unless operated on severely. However throughout there life the person may go through painful spasms in which they can puke up blood and need medical attention.
Due to increased brain activty one will be subjecated to faster brain decomposition instead of waiting until old age most of the experiments experience brain deterioration by the age of twenty-five. This can bring about loss of memory and even regressing in I.Q.
Endurance is not till S-rank or higher and 5000 words is minimum I am the judge if you get it or not so i'll be expecting atleast 10,000 or More words of high quality to gain the ability.

Jutsu:
Since this clan really was just an experiment it has no Jutsu that are apart of the clan.
