Description:
The contract was first generated by Clous' grand father, and was passed down along with the sword to his father. And forcefuly thrusted into Clous' hand during a time of crisis. As stated Clous did not sign the contract until after becoming a chunin. This allows him to weild and summon Tatsuma.
Tatsuma is the Guardian of the Sinota Clan that resides within the sword named after the beast itself. This explains why the clan leader must sign a chakra infused blood contract before even being able to un sheath the blade. After which the weilder is placed through a trial of sorts. A right of passage, which if faild will result in the loss of soul (Coma really, loss of soul is just a figure of speech). Clous keeps this scroll locked away, or on his person at all times. Clous himself only succeded after becoming a Chunin. And rarely ever uses Tatsuma as a full summon because of its taxing chakra consuption. He would only summon this creature as a last resort. Further training is needed for him to handle Tatsuma affectively and thus unlock the guardians and his own reserved power.
The scroll is needed to wield Tatsuma as a weapon, as well as summoning the beast to fight along side the summoner. Every wielder of the blade must sign a contract in a mix of blood and the Clans Hyoutenka infused chakra, after which the weilder is placed through a trial of sorts. Description: Hyoutenka Teppoudama is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming collecting and mustering enough water and, Tatsuma manifests a sizable amount of water in its mouth which he can then launch using chakra at his opponent as a large spherical projectile.
Weakness: This jutsu doesn't only works with Koori, if Tatsuma isn't tapped into his KKG sacrifice then this jutsu is no diffirent than the regular Teppoudama.
