And... if your blood hardens it stops the blood flow in the body... so... you're kinda screwed...?

yeah i haven't actually made the jutsu in full depth but there will be a reasoning for it when i create my jutsu page.

Some things:
1. You WILL detail out what your jutsu does here. You will not post it up again in the jutsu section.
2. Blood control through simply channeling chakra into the blood is somewhat plausible without having to have a bloodline for it... but... at the levels you're talking about its unlikely the abilities could just be granted with a simple seal.
3. Seals are generally used for summoning purposes, imprison demons/spirits/objects, or grant more power to the user. It doesn't exactly provide new powers... like controlling blood.
4. There's already a clan here with a bloodline ability to control blood.
5. You do realize when your heart stops a lot of complications arise.... don't you? Blood carries nutrients to your cells, allowing them to function... and your cells make up your bones, muscles, organs, etc. So yeah, you're kinda screwed if your blood prevents blood flow or your heart stops...

sooo what should i do?

i can make a kekki genki that allows me to control blood if using the seal isn't allowed and as for the seal i can just make is so that it seals extra blood within the seal
