Name of Weapon or Item: Custom Shinobi Jacket

Location: It's normally on Fizz's torso. Occasionally, Fizz ties it around his waist, but only when the weather is too hot to wear it otherwise.

Description/Abilities: While Fizz's jacket is very functional due to its waterproof nature and many pockets for scrolls and other shinobi paraphernalia, its biggest asset is the seal located in the back lining. The seal, known as the "Great Waterfall Seal", can be used with a special Takigakure fuuinjutsu in order to contain a large quantity of water; the exact properties of the water are kept as they were when they were sealed, including temperature and velocity. In the past, members of Hidden Waterfall were able to seal portions of the Great Waterfall itself in a scroll or piece of clothing, which could be called upon for use in battle, among other situations. Now, Fizz could very well hold the last remaining item branded with the seal.

History: Fizz has had this jacket since his days as a Genin, with hardly any alterations. It was custom made for him by a shinobi outfitter in Takigakure. The jacket's gone through plenty of missions with Fizz, and somehow managed to survive even the most heated of battles. It wasn't until Fizz was well into the Genin rank before the Great Waterfall Seal was added to the jacket, and the jutsu used to activate it added to his repertoire. Since he first started wearing it, the black and white jacket has become as iconic to Fizz as the orange jacket was to Naruto.

Appearance: A zip-up short-sleeved white coat with his traditional black bubbly/wavy pattern on the bottom half (think the bottom half of Azumarill, the PokÈmon, but black). The collar is a bit taller than normal, enough to fit the metal plate of the traditional Waterfall Headband on the front. The Waterfall plate splits down the middle while the jacket is open; while closed, the plates click together like a seatbelt buckle. The outside of the coat has two all-purpose pockets located towards the bottom on the sides. The inside of the coat has pockets designed for compact scrolls, and the lining in the back has a seal placed upon it for use with a Hidden Waterfall secret technique. The jacket is also waterproofed, making it ideal to withstand the many Water Jutsu Fizz employs on a daily basis.[Quoted almost directly from my Character Bio]

Location: When it's not around Fizz's neck, it's either in his pocket or lying somewhere around his apartment in Konoha.

Description/Abilities: The vial contains a bluish liquid inside. Fizz presumes it to be colored water, but he hasn't wanted to ruin the pendant to find out. It's said to bring good luck to those that wear it. Fizz holds it dear to him, as it's the only relic from the Waterfall Village he has left.

History: Fizz was given this pendant by his parents; it was passed down to his father from his parents, and so on for several generations. Several pendants have been passed down in this manner; it is assumed they all originated from the Waterfall Daimyo, shortly after the formation of Takigakure. A legend claims that just as the village formed around the great Hero's Tree, so did the necklaces that would promise prosperity to all the clans that formed Hidden Waterfall.

Appearance: The pendant is a little glass vial about an inch and a half long. The vial is filled to the brim with a crystal-blue liquid. Adorning either side are metal representations of the two lines making up the symbol of Hidden Waterfall; the pendant as a whole portrays an a downward-facing arrow filled with water.
