Trash Pick-up

Snow difts down from the skies down to the ground. The dancing snow falls like feathers through the air onto the ground below, but something is strange on the ground: there is a lot of garbage conjesting the village streets of Konohagakure no Sato. Something needs to be done to stop this pile up before the whole village is taken over by the ever increasing amount of garbage. But who will step-up and do this task? Who else but a genin.

Yoshimaru was recuited by the Hokage to help solve this delema because he was the lowest rank one could be and all of the higher ups were perhaps not best used for this task. It wasn't as if it matter to Yoshimaru that he was the only one to do this, but he was hoping to get it done as soon as possible. He didn't like seeing the Konohagakure no Sato streets like this. He always tried to take pride in anything that he had, and he would most certainly try to take pride in his village and help clean it up.

He continued down the streets, and he started off as quickly as possible, and at his rank that wasn't fast at all. However, what he lacked in speed, he made up for with endurance and diligence. He made sure that he would seperate the different things into different bags. He put papers with papers, plastics with plastics, etc. He was trying to do a good job, too. However, it was rather cold outside, and this was like a determination not to get too cold. So, he kept himself warm while running around in an organized fasion in order to seem as if he was going faster than was actually needed. A few times he fell because of his inexperience and slickness of the snow, but that didn't damper his spirits because he was still ready to go.

Yoshimaru was still running ground in the snow, and as mentioned before, he slipped up occationally, but he was starting to get used to the slips and falls, and was able to stop himself from falling many times over because of his beginning experience. He made sure to not fall on the bags he was carrying around because then they would most likely explode all over the place and make a mess not only on him but also on the ground, which he would end up having to clean if such a thing happened. He actually started to get into the groove of the usual slide and predict it happpening. He then used it for his advantage to conserve some of his energy. The first few time he used it, he failed miserablly, but now it was an asset.

It was still snowing outside in the open, and it sure was cold. The wind would blow down on any poor ninja that was outside, including Yoshimaru. Although he was moving around, the bitter wind bit him on the skin, yet he still kept going. He seemed to take this mission seriously as if the villages future rested within his own hands, and in reality he knew different, but he was actually determined to get his streets cleaned up. Soon he had gone down several streets, erasing the debris that was collecting on the ground. He had made a lot of progress, but he still had a lot of more to go.

In the process of doing all of this, he would set tasks that needed to be done first in order for maximum efficeincy. He found out what to do after trying out several different plans of action on a different street. He was learning to do advanced calculus in his head, just like humans use calculus all the time without knowing it, and figuring what needed to be done and when. Finally, he settled on a plan of action. He would utilize his jutsu in order to get this done as quickly as possible.

Yoshimaru started at the mouth of the street he was running toward. He then did a hand sign and turned around. A massive amount of blood, nearly 400 gallons of it exploded out of his mouth. When everything was said and done, he started to cough a little. Blood may be a liquid, but when this blood came out it was in a large pool, and it stayed closely together. He then started to run forward at a fast pace. Noticing a large ice sheet that went to the end of the street, Yoshimaru ran onto it, and he began to slide down the street with little effort at all.

As he was sliding entirely down the street, the blood followed him in a wave like fasion that melted the snow under it and stripped the debris from the street. It was a miraculous sight to behold. Also the smell of iron permeated throughout the air because of the blood. His clan's blood had always been extremely rich in iron; therefore, so was his blood. He cold wind wasn't able to cool down the blood because it was inbued with Yoshimaru's chakra. He streets were getting clean in nearly a 1/100 of the time that they were getting cleaned.

On the other side of Konohagakure no Sato, Yoshimaru knew about the trash collection crue. Previously, he ran over there and informed them that he would do one side of Konoha and he would do the rest. They were baffled at this sentament, but it seemed as if Yoshimaru would be able to handle half of the village at this rate. Yoshimaru smiled at his idea because he was proud that he had formulated such a great plan. It would be chakra costly, but it would mostly definately get done, at least his part.

He moved street to street using this plan to clean them up as well. He had well over half of the streets he needed to have done, but a problem happened: there was too much garbage for Yoshimaru to handle in his blood without it messing with the speed of his clean up. He saw some huge trash bins and he knew what to do. He then decided to stop for a moment and seperate out the garbage by using physics. The lighter plastics would fall from the blood first, then the blood would move and the new pile of things would fall out of it, and etc.

He seperated the recyclables from the debris/trash. He then put them in their according bins with the use of his blood. He then continued on in his journey to complete his task before the trash team finished their task. He knew that it was going to happen extremely soon; therefore, he picked up where he left off at, using his blood to clear the debris and trash from the road.

Nearly 1/2 of an hour later, Yoshimaru had finished his job. After exerting so much chakra, the village streets on his side of Konohagakure were done. He was perfectly happy to do so, too. At the end of the street he was on was the trash team that he met up with previous to him beginning his mission. He smiled and waved at them, and they gauwked at him from a far. His face was a little pale from the chakra he used cleaning up the street, and he was obviously tired, but he had managed to do it. The garbage and debris had been sorted out the way he had done it half way through his task.

The blood itself have been crystalized into a smaller light weight carrying form. It would be hard to get rid of the blood here, considering he was in the middle of the village, and 400 gallons of blood wouldn't go unnoticed. The block of it was still extraordanarily heavy for the young genin because of a large amount of lack of strength, but it too much for him to carry with him. The snow and ice of his streets had even been melted away by his blood. No debris or garbage was left on the sides of the roads, and neither was any of his own blood.

Yoshimaru walked up to the crew, and he started to speak to them. "I am done with my half, and it seems you are done with your half. I just thought of a creative way of helping me do my task extremely fast while I was cleaning up. Just think, it only took one hour for both of us, meaning the crew and I, to clean up this whole place. I did, however, take some slips from the ice when I first started." He simply smiled at them waiting for a responce.

The crew all said at once, "Wow, at first I didn't believe that you could do it all by yourself, but it seems you were able to. I must give you a job well done." With that, they moved off into the distance away from Yoshimaru.

With his own task done, Yoshimaru walked off toward his living establishment. He was satisfied with his work that he had done today. He loved everything that he had accomplished. This was the first mission he had done by himself without any other ninja to help him. It was time for him to go off, and relax outside of this cold weather.
