The Hokage's office and the Mission Distribution Center are all located within this building, as well as several libraries carrying much important information. This building is located in the center of the village.

Nasamea | |  Kusatsu Onsen is known as one of Japan's best onsen hot springs with abundant, high quality hot springs water which is highly acidic. The main feature of Kusatsu Onsen is one of the sources of hot springs water located in the heart of the town, Yubatake, where 4,000 liters of hot springs water is springing out per minute. The hot water cools down while flowing through the wooden gutters. There are a number of small and large public onsen facilities for day use found in Kusatsu Onsen

The famous showing of this is when Kakashi, Sasuke, Sakura, and Naruto went through bell test to first pass through the team process and become a member of Kakashi's team.

Nasamea | |  The headquarters of the ANBU Black Ops. A building located in a hidden section of Konoha underneath the Hokage's monument. This place is one of the most updated facilities in Konoha when it comes to technology. It is heavily guarded with a variety of traps and man power to ensure the safety of the complex and it's members so that no information shall leak out. It is connected to the Konohagakure tunnel system to allow the ANBU to reach any point of Konoha in case of an emergency.
