Of all the seals that decorated Lady Coal's delicate skin, there was one that was something to be noted. In her youth it had been a seal she used much more frequently, though her talents with it had grown rusty of late. To restore her own familiarity with her own seal, she does what she has done from the beginning of her memory. It was mid day in the vast library of Konoha, and business was happening all around her. While the public demanded its own fair share of knowledge, books, magazines, and various other media, there were much more dangerous things that passed through the corridors each day. It was like this every day, but Coal had long since grown used to her post directing the vast majority of upper management that controlled the Librarie’s daily affairs.

Coal's office was quite impressive, though only fitting to her title. She had two walls of her spacious chamber lined with shelves that continued untold hundreds of books and scrolls, as well as two desks. One was for reading, it's seat soft and comfortable, the desk lit by candles and the seat lined with soft pillows. She spent most of her time there, sorting through genres, searching for lore deemed forbidden and removing it promptly from the general population of books. It was something of censorship, but you gotta do, what you gotta do. In any case, Coal was far removed from her reading desk, and was sitting atop the work bench at her scribes stand. A long velium scroll was laid over the stone table, and Coal was preparing to pen out her knowledge of the seal. A physical copy of such information was invaluable, and monks such as herself had often made it a past time to copy such information.

After a moment to clear her mind Coal picks up her pen and dips it into her ink pot. She begins to write with a slow and steady hand, her penmanship quite flawless:
Quote :

The God Speed Seal:
Overview: This seal acts as a general template that amplifies controls and directly releases the chakra charged into it in predefined pattern. The exacting placement and wording of this seal is absolutely crucial as even the slightest of mistakes can develop a seal whose functions could prove physically devastating, if not fatal, outcomes upon activation. Because of this the strictest care must be taken for any who wish to scribe out this seal. Its power is limited because of the static design of this seal; however this does add a good amount of reliability and consistency in the outcome of activation. In basic function this seal greatly amplifies the user’s natural speed, allowing them instants of unthinkable speed.

In greater detail the activation of the seal physically forces the user of this seal to move in a predestined path, at extremely accelerated speeds. Initial experimentation in this seal produced a few injuries, and tales have persisted that this seal has been close too, if not completely, fatal on at least one occasion. True or not, this Seal should be considered highly dangerous to the wearer, and marked as forbidden for the general population of the world. It should also be noted that though the full text of the seal is quite large, the compression rate of the text actually causes this to manifest as a rather small seal.

Script:

Script Highlights: When writing out the full script for this seal you will notice several highlighted regions of the wording. These regions are the most important and break down the necessary function, as well as the trajectory and general distance involved in the movement. I can not stress how important it is to copy these sections exactly, as these final diagrams are based on painstaking calculations, and the slightest modifications could drive the person wearing this seal straight into the ground every time they activate it.

You will also note that the second highlighted section is a basic chakra dispersal array, aligned with a simple chakra shaping grid. The highlighted regions of this section are also based on painstaking mathematical calculations, and should not be altered. These sections control both the over all speed of the effect, as well as the regions of the body it is sent too. As most of you are aware, subtle alterations in the text can lead to drastic changes in the outcome of the seal. These regions must not be altered, for the safety of the person wearing this seal.

Seal Activation: This seal is activated through basic chakra focusing techniques, and requires about as much chakra as lesser elemental jutsu. This seal is easy to activate so long as the wearer is willing to fully accept the movement of the seal. It must be fully understood that movement is not at the choice of the wearer once activated, and you will move forward, very very quickly. With practice the range can be altered, though the change in chakra is minimal, and requires expert control. Activation of this seal is an instant chakra infusion, and once the chakra is released the seal returns to dormancy and the chakra is gone.

Once completed Coal finally sets her pen down. She smiles quite a bit, glad to have refreshed herself on the use of one of her older seals. She’d have to use it more often just to keep herself up to snuff on its functionality. She sits still for just a moment, reading over the last few bits as the ink fully dries, then rolls up the length of off white scroll. She seals it off with one of her own paper seals, and carries it over to her bookshelf. It joins the ranks with several hundred others, though it’s the only one that is sealed with a locked and quite strong forbidden seal.
