Rimakan Clan & Tougyo-Jikoku

History: The Rimakan clan orginated from the Marsh Country and that's where they began to make the Marsh Country their own. Years laterthe Marsh Country was invaded by rouge shinobi and missing nin that drove the peaceful Rimakan out and into the Grass Country. After they had to leave their home the leader Jouten, became frustrated with the humans and stated that a war was going to break out between the two of them. Jouten's hatred for human stated when the Rimakan clan was but a small group of seven. No one knows why he hated humans but that hatred stayed until his death years later.

The war started and the Rimakans attacked first by taking their home back in a war against the humans. Osamu played a key role in this because he was the leader of the humans who were defending the Marsh Country. Jouten figured he could end the war by taking the leader and making him into a Rimakan. Once the humans saw that their leader was now a Rimakan they would soon give up. This proved to be true and the humans quickly gave up. A small group of shinobi swore revenge against the Rimakan Clan. That group would go on to live in Konoha and seven hundred years later they were killed by Osamu. The Rimakans became happy with their victory but soon forgot how devious the humans can be.

They sent in hundreds of shinobi to wear down the Rimakans. It worked and after the first wave over one third of the Rimakans were wiped out by this unexpected attacked. The attack continued until all that was left was Osamu and Jouten. Knowing that they were defeated they gave up and in one last desprate attack Jouten used the last of his chakra to stop time and let him and Osamu escape. Jouten would go on to leave Osamu on his own letting him find his way back to him. Jouten would die of mysterious causes nearly eight hundred years later

Special Info: Along with being immortal, the Rimakan clan was born with the ability to manipulate time itself. Such as stopping it, slowing it down, speeding it up. Osamu being made into a Rimakan can do most of these but cannot master them because he was made into a Rimakan instead of being born one. Although this limit how far he can go, he has found new things that no other Rimakan had done before such as speeding his self up to give the illusion that he is running fast or moving at a very high speed. Due to the fact that he can control time, this also gives him the ability to look much younger than he actually is. Although Jouten is rumored to be the leader recent developments points to Osamu's father as being the first person to find the key to immortality and he might have passed it on to Jounten but again this is just a theory.


Requirements: Have to be born onto the clan or made into a member by Osamu. When Osamu makes someone a member he has to change their genitic structure to make them a Rimakan

Each milestone year for the Rimakans unlocks a new ability. They are as followed:

100 year mark-Time Stop

500 year mark-First stage of enlightment

1000 year mark-The ability to speed up time

1500 year mark-Second stage of enlightment

2000 year mark-The ability to slow down time

5000 year mark-The ability to use more than one of these techniques a day. (No more than two)

7000 year mark-Third stage of enlightment

10,000 year mark-The ability to use all of these techniques within one day with the cost of all of your chakra

Description: The Tougyo-Jikoku is the ability to control and manipulate time itself. Now although they can control time they can not age a person. If someone has mastered their ability they can even age items to get older or younger. In order to master time manipulation it takes atleast two thousand years. Osamu is only 1028. With this ability they can stop time, slow it down or even speed it up. Although doing this requires half of their chakra and it can only be done once a day.

Example: If Osamu stops time he can not slow it down or speed it up until the next day. The effects only last for about 3 minutes (1 post). Afterwards the user needs to rest. Using more thab four of these in a week will cause the user to have to rest for atleast a week.

The enlightment stages allow one to become one with their inner self. It requires a certain amout of years to reach each stage. This is to weed out the weak ones. To this day only two people have reached the enlightment stage. Osamu and Jouten. Once stage one has been reached there is no going back. Your hair change to a bright white color, your skin becomes tainted and your eyes now resemble the Yin Yang sign. Stage two you become smarter and you skin darkens even more and your eyes now see beyond the normal good or evil. Stage three is full enlightment and a full understanding of how everything works why things are the way they are etc. It is said that Only Jouten has reached the third stage. Although Osamu has reached stage one his appearenc does not change this is due to the fact that he was made into a Rimakan.

Description: Osamu will use half of his chakra to stop time itself. Osamu will gather chakra and then he will release it into surrounding area causing time to stop. THis last for about three minutes. After that time will begin to flow normally. During that time Osamu can walk around freely. This is used a an escape technique or to simply dodge a fatal move

Description: The user will concentrate all of their chakra into one big area. From there they will release it into the time stream and the chakra will begin to slow it down. It can be slowed to about half or even slower than the current time stream. This technique require atleast two thousand years before it can be done.

Description: The user will do the same as before with Time Stop and Slowing Time. This time their chakra speeds time up the way it slows it down. This technique is dangerous and can kill even a Rimakan if they speed time up to fast. Going to fast results in them not really exsiting so this causeing them to vanish without a trace and they are said to be dead.
