History: The Birth of the Clan was many centuries ago, Etherias was a basic ninja; and yet different from her Peers with Golden Eyes that peered through the very souls of those she looked at. Only one person would ever look at her, and smile, and this is the person she married. Ten years later a young child moved through a field and lacked the eyes of his mother, and Etherias would smile at Etherian with content. Fifty Years following the first descendent of Etherias to have the Golden Eyes with Evil in his heart reigned the Clan, the elder Etherias sealed the young teenager at the cost of her life. One hundred years following the Seal shatters and the body of the male is overtaken by Evil and uses the Golden Eyes. Ignored by others the Clan moved slowly through time and kept its size and contented itself to solitude. As it progressed only five children have retained the Golden Eye’s and each did not know what their abilities were. Never the less the small clan of 200 hidden away from others lived happily and calmly; always making sure no one heard of or saw the Eye of Etherias, making sure to wipe away those outside the clan that did, and now they are far less protective; as the Bloodline of Etherias wears thin among the genetics of generations of breeding, the gene remains conserved and pleasant within the mind in the few who were born with it.
Special Info: All have Blue Eyes, with a special Genome inducing Golden Eyes in the direct descendents of Etherias. All have either White or Blond hair, and are generally built as all-rounder’s with sturdy bodies with high metabolisms.
Requirements: Must be from Kumogakure, must have blue eyes and white or blond hair. (I pick the people for who I want to have the Golden eyes, if you want the golden eyes pm me.

Description: Sixth Sensory Sense to detect things that come within a two meter radius of themselves like waves moving through water they feel a disturbance around themselves and register the general direction it’s coming from. Anyone of the Hitimori can also sense the chakra levels of attacks and people they look directly at. All are good with Ijutsu and Ninjutsu

Eye of Etherias Ability: Can see a persons type of chakra, the purity or their chakra. Enhanced vision when they wish; 50 feet away can look like 5 feet away. Ijutsu capabilities of the Eye of Etherias User is large; capable of spotting specific weakened and damaged spots on the body. Genjutsu abilities increase, and the ability to see through Genjutsu increase

Description: The User shifts focus to look straight at their opponent and when eye contact is made a large sphere of pure earth erupts from the ground and encloses the opponent (this is still real) While trapped in that sphere the opponent experiences their worst possible fear and memories repeatedly for up to five hours in their mind and for five seconds real time. While they are within the sphere their chakra is constantly draining at 5% intervals per post (The sphere only lasts up to three posts-depending on the person, a minimum of one post length though)

Description: An explosion of electrified Chakra erupts from the user and extends to in a ten meter Radius from the user. The more chakra poured into the jutsu, the bigger the area of effect; if the user pours in 90% of their chakra the move becomes a devastating explosion of pure electrical force that is so intense it burns away the victim’s skin and causes them to spasm immensely from electrical shock, as the force also knocks them away. If they pour in 60% the jutsu has a 25 meter radius and is a large explosion of substantial electrical chakra that can cut through skin like shards of glass should the opponent stray to close to the original projection point. Pouring in 50% or less serves no bonus from the original move.

Description: Using a post of hand seals and a post to focus, for a total of two posts, the user can manipulate the chakra’s inside another’s body only to heal them of anything up to shattered bones; anything beyond can not be healed (Stabs through the lower abdominal organs/muscles can also be healed) If the person being healed is unconscious with some heart damage the User can use Raiton to jump start the heart and other organs with electrical shock much like a defibrillator.

Description: The user mixes their own blood into their chakra and forms an orb the size of a basketball, coating it in wind chakra’s they mix their base chakra into the wind and the blood turns a colour relating to the amount of evil in their heart (White=Pure, Black=Pure Evil) And then mixes in Lightning, the orb starts to convulse in size due to the conflicting elements and the user launches the orb; which can travel up to a kilometer before disappearing (If it travels the whole length it uses almost all of the users chakra and renders them near unconscious). At the user’s will they may end their chakra hold on the blood, wind, and lightning and it will erupt in a mix of all three and the dispersed chakra. The result is a Tornado spewing lightning in up to a mile radius of itself; the Tornado itself has winds of 600+ MPH and is blood red in colour from the blood. The Jutsu itself lasts only three posts, and upon its end it collapses to the ground and causes a blood red wave of wind charged with electricity to travel across the land in a three hundred and sixty degree wave that is 50 meters tall and goes up to 150 meters away from its collapse point. At any point this Jutsu uses a base minimum of 50% of their chakra.

Where to begin...

From what I've read you've have the power of the gentle fist/byakugan combined with the elements of lighting, earth and wind. This clan has the ability to sense others chakra, the ability to see weakpoints and the enhancement of genjutsu. Your jutsus enhances your physical attributes with no reprocussions whatsoever.

There is absolutely no consistency with this clan. It's just a combinations of attacks that are not only overpowering to your opponent but also it would kill your character as well. Your S-rank jutsu, the Chi Arashi...that's just a no right there. I shouldn't just single out that jutsu right there but that's the one that truly caught my attention the moment I scan it
