Location: Kirigakure, Kumogakure, and Konohagakure.

History:
The Haidenissui clan originated from the land of water; Kirigakure. There at Kirigakure, many Haideniussui clan members had visitors from Kumogakure, people who used lightning jutsu. Together, many Kumo ninja had taught the Haidenissui clan how to use Lightning. Some of them had gotten married to the Kirigakure members, and spent their lives together trying to fuse both of them together. Being sucessful after many centuries of developing such a skill, they called it HydroElectricity. This is where the Haidenissui clan member would have both skills of Lightning chakra, and Water chakra. They are able to use a water jutsu and add a lightning jutsu within it. Many of the clan members have an unusual first name, which seems like it had been originated from Europe.

Right now in the present times, the Haidenissui clan had spread out among Konoha, Kiri, and Kumo. They continue to utilize both the elements and put them to test everyday to create new jutsu and new ways to use it.

Special Info: This clan is able to utilize both the Lightning and Water elements together to create the HydroElectricity element. Not many normal shinobi can utilize this combination very easly, as the Haidenissui clan have mastered combining them both together to create it.

Description: HydroElectricity is a special element combined with Water and Lightning jutsu, used by the Haidenissui clan. This element was made and mastered by the earlier Haidenissui clan members, which began to use Suiton jutsu, and later, from the help of Kumo ninja, they learned how to use the Lightning element. Using these two elements, they were able to use a Suiton jutsu first, then add lightning to the suiton jutsu, letting a lightning current run throughout it. Although, Alekzaunder is the only known and living Haidenissui so far, and due to his surgical proceedure, he was able to freely manipulate Raiton jutsu, giving an extra plus to his suiton techniques, making his HydroElectric jutsu powerfuller and quicker than the normal Haidenissui members. The weakness was said to be "If you can avoid the water, you can avoid the jutsu compleltely". But, some earth jutsu is able to counter and block the water jutsu part, but the lightning would be able to penetrate the earth.

A couple of things that make this not a viable KKG.

1) This is something anyone with the water and lightning element can do based on your wording. Hell Ived done it myself iwth previous characters. It can not be called a KKG or made into a clan if any old ninja with that combo can do it.

2) To take it to the level at which would be considered a KKG which would be more advanced then the average shinobi could take it is already taken by Kaji Koi Kanto. It is called Ranton, the storm element. and in fact is technically a canon element.

Therefore, this clan is denied.

So you're basically saying I cannot have a clan that specifies in HydroElectricity? Well, Yoshimaru had to have a clan in order to combine Earth and Water to make Wood. So why cant I have a clan that uses both to make another thing, in which this clan specifies in HydroElectricity?

You are not combining the two elements too make an entirely new different element. Earth - Water into wood is a very advanced combination. Your description does not entail a whole new element. It is just water with electricity in it, which as previously stated any other ninja with those elements could do, It would be like A fire user with wind chakra using wind to enhance his fire techniques. Its not a new element, its just using the properties of both seperate elements to create a greater effect. Its not the same thing.

And also, in case you did not read point number 2. To take this combo to the degree at which it would be a new element, which your current description does not adequately describe, is already taken by Kaji, and therefore it would be redundant for you to have a clan that did the exact same thing. Again, denied.
