Description: Using this jutsu, the user will bend the light waves around their own or another's body or an object in order to keep it from reflecting or absorbing any light, thus making it become temporarily invisible. Though this could cause them to just appear black, by bending the light around the target of the jutsu, it will fill the void with images from behind them to seal the act and make them effectively invisible. Users just starting off with this jutsu will cause there to be a little bit of warped space shown, causing a bulging effect. This can be noticed by well trained ninja and though still not seen past, give them a clue as to what is really there.

These jutsu are all passive and do not require hand signs unless other wise stated.

Description: Using this jutsu utilizes the more advanced side of the bloodline by weaving chakra into light waves to manipulate the color of already existing things, and also by making objects appear that are not actually there. To make something appear it is not actually there is simply done by controlling the light to reflect off colors by changing the frequency and broadcasting by an unoccupied space. For example to create a shuriken would be to focus on the light waves in ones hand and causing it to reflect grays, silvers, and blacks from that one spot. Then throwing it, they would just quit manipulating the light in one area and focus further and further as the shuriken "progressed" through the air. By doing this they could create the illusion of drawing and throwing a shuriken they did not actually have or simply trying to not waste one. However this is a simple example and as shown by the rank of the technqiue, by applying more chakr and having more skill, different levels of this can be used.

C Rank - At the lowest rank of the technique, the ninja can create illusions up to the size of about an 8 year old boy, proportionally speaking. This is the simplest level of manipulation and costs the least amount of chakra. They can create up to three of these illusions at the maximum size at one time with each use of the jutsu. That is to say, every time they create illusions adding up to this maximum level and number of times, they lose a C rank amount of chakra.

B Rank- At B rank the ability is greatly increased. Now instead of only the size of an illusion of a small boy, the user can create an illusion up to the size of the average sized, full grown male. Whats more, they can cast up to ten illusions of maximum size per use of the jutsu. That is to say, every time they create illusions adding up to this maximum level and number of times, they lose a B rank amount of chakra.

A Rank- At this level of use, the way the jutsu begins to change a little bit. At this level, the user has the ability to create illusions up to the sizes of mountains. At this size of an illusion, they can only create two. However, if using the B rank parameters, they have the ability to create up to 50 of these illusions before they expel the full amount of chakra.

S Rank - This is by far the most powerful and potent level of the jutsu. When using it, the ninja can manipulate the light wherever they see. This means they can create illusions of entire landscapes and completely control the color of the world as far as they can see. If they can see it, they have control over its color. They can also fill any void with any optical illusionary item they wish. Any illusion at the size of the S-B maximum levels become passive and take almost no chakra. At the A rank maximum, it would take a mere B ranks worth. To change the view of the "world around them" would cost an S rank amount of chakra.

*NOTE* The exact chakra drain is not set in stone for each usage of this jutsu and is entirely circumstantial. The "limits" posted here are guidelines to help determine chakra loss.

Description: This jutsu gives the user the ability to change the appearance of distances, positions, and the clarity of objects and people. With distances, depth perception, the user can manipulate the light waves reflecting off of it to appear as though it is farther away then it actually is or closer then it actually is. To manipulate the location of an object, they can cause the light reflecting off an object to bend and reflect from a different location, cloaking the first object and creating an illusion of it else where. Finally with clarity, and probably the simplest of them all, is done by crossing the light waves of an object to make it blurry to all who see it.

C rank- At this level, this can only be done with a few small objects and only one of the above effects at a time.

B rank - At this level, the manipulation power increases and can be done with a larger number of larger objects, and can use up to two of the effects at a time.

A rank - The final and most potent level of this ability is able to use any combination of the three on different objects at the same time of any object around them.

*NOTE* The chakra costs will vary and these are only guidelines to follow to decide roughly how much chakra drain will take effect.

Description: This jutsu requires the use of handseals to be used. When the jutsu is used it will leave a temporary effect for a set amount of time with out further attention needed to it from the caster of the user. When it is used, the chakra will settle in front of the targets eyes, and cross the light waves as they enter through their eyes. This will cause a blurred effect, lowering the eye sight. They will be able to see basic shapes and color, but no detail will be able to made out and reading will be entirely impossible. This effect will last for five of the victims posts after the post in which is used.

Description: When using this jutsu, the user will simply bend light directly into their eyes from places they can not see. This will give them the ability to see much as those with byakugan can to a certain extent, though it is a much less powerful trait. This is a passive trait, requiring no hand seals and a minimal chakra loss.

Description: A Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After forming the needed handseals, Hotoke will expel an ash from his mouth. This large cloud begin to envelope his foe and when Hotokw clicks his teeth, the cloud will ignite in an explosion.

Description: This is a jutsu designed and created by Hotoke. By using this jutsu he will use chakra to force his body to produce more saliva in his mouth that will be mixed with fire chakra. After doing so he will spit a line of it on the ground about three feet long. After which he will form a single hand sign and a single spark will ignite from his finger and land on the trail, igniting it and creating a wall of fire about five feet high. This wall serves no purpose other then to create a source of light.

Description: When using this jutsu, the user will form three hand seals as they kneel to the ground. Following this they will place two fingers on the ground with one hand and flow chakra through the tips and out in the form of a one inch wide and two inches tall trail of fire. This fire can go out and be controlled to go in any direction Hotoke chooses, so long as his fingers remain on the ground and the fire can not go over water or be raised into the air. This is used to try to either manipulate the opponent's position by chasing them or if it catches them, to burn their body. This can be used for up to three posts after activation before it would have to be used again or simply expelling another C rank amount of chakra.

Description: After completeing one handsign, Hotoke will touch his hand to a metal surface or object, and heat it up to extreme temperature causing it to grow bright red. This traditionally will be used to cause pain to an opponent who would unknowingly come into contact with it.

Description:This technique allows the user to hover multiple kunai in the air with his Chakra, and direct them to an opponent. Using this technique, the Ninja can unleash a torrent of kunai much more quickly than if each one was thrown individually

Description:An array of exploding tags are placed around an area that can be detonated with a hand seal and should their opponent attempt to move, the tags explode. Since the target is unable to move an will then be able to attack them with no problem. The tags can be shut off by the controller.

Description: By injecting chakra into the wire, the user is able to manipulate the wires actions much like a puppet and can control it’s movements to an incredible extent. This ability does not require handseals.

Description: The user will perform a single handseal. His hands then will be ready to emit chakra. Holding the 5 weapons, they will be coated with a thin layer of his chakra. The user will then lunch his 5 projectiles simultaneously. Midair, he will shout "Union"/"Ketsugou" as he forms a different seal. The weapons will then cluster, 2 in the center spinning vertically around each other, the rest will then orbit the core weapons in the different direction. Chakra will then glow forming a faint tail of light to the whole cluster. As the projectiles approach the enemy, the user will shout "Division"/"Bunkatsu" as he collects his fingers into a final handseal. The weapons will then react by disassembling and shooting in different directions ahead. All to reduce the opponent's chance of dodge the attack.

Description: This is an extension of wire manipulation. Hotoke uses wire which is said to be stronger than steel. After forming the needed hand seals, Hotoke can manipulate his string into an interlocking dome for protection. This dome can repel most basic Taijutsu attacks. Hotoke can reshape the wire within the dome as needed, changing it from a defensive structure to a binding string with ease. This takes a C rank amount of chakra every 3 posts to maintain.
