Description: The user places two drops of blood right next to each other. This is imperative because, essentially, two seals are being casted at the same time. One that nulls the usage of chakras to the affected area and another that disables electrical impulses from being received by muscle tissue in the affected area. If one drop is missing one seal is placed on the victim and the other is placed on the user. Which one is random and the victim receives the seal as though it was casted properly and the user gets a full body affect. For example, if the victim gets the null seal, the affected area’s chakras is nullified and thus merely weakened, whereas the caster loses complete motor control over their entire body.

What I Understand:
-Two seals are made from your own blood at the same time.
-1 Seal prevents the chakra flow of an area.
-1 Seal numbs an area.

What I Don't Understand:
If one drop is missing one seal is placed on the victim and the other is placed on the user.
:/ Please clarify this part for me. No matter how times I read it I keep getting confused.

What Needs Clarification:
Which one is random and the victim receives the seal as though it was casted properly and the user gets a full body affect.
Why is it random? Or rather... What determines who gets what seal?

My Interpretation:
For example, if the victim gets the null seal, the affected area’s chakras is nullified and thus merely weakened, whereas the caster loses complete motor control over their entire body.

If the enemy gets the Chakra Flow seal it works like described above: it stops the chakra flow in that area. If the enemy gets the Numb seal that area is numbed for awhile.

If you get the Chakra Flow seal you can't utilize chakra. If you get the Numb seal your whole body goes numb.

Note: When I say 'numb' I mean that you are just unable to feel the effects of an attack as that is generally what numbing is. You can still move and what not, but if you get stabbed your body doesn't register the pain as the electrical impulses don't send/recieve anything. If its paraylsis, (where you can't move at all) please state so. There is a difference between the two.

And lastly:
How long do these effects last? [Post count please.]
