History:The Habuyari clan started out as a family of farmers who grew a multitude of food for the villagers in Kumogakure. They had provided about 25 percent of all produce that was found during the first generation. Pon Habuyari was the father of the family of 7, who had helped to raise and tend to all the crops. One little thing had made him unique to all other farmers; Pon Habuyari was blind.

The Habuyari clan had prospered until 5 generations out, a terrible drought had starved all the crops to death. The entire village was going to starve, and so the 5th generation of the clan had prayed to the great ancestor Pon. They cried out their pleas, promising great sacrifices if he had answered they're prayers. One prayer, made by the oldest member of the 5th generation, stated they would sacrifice an eye in his honor, if he would watch over the crops forever. And at that statement, a great rain had poured over the crops. Life had returned and enough food was grown, there was a surplus. From then on, all members of the Habuyari clan had to sacrifice one eye for their master.

Around the 7th generation, the Habuyari clan developed a way to be able to see without the use of their eyes. Similar to how Pon had seen, they learned to release their chakra in a sonar type movement, in which where things were, their chakra was not. Only the Habuyari clan has mastered this technique, and so it became the Kekkei Genkai

The clan is now in the 12th generation of Habuyari members.
Special Info: All Habuyari members are blind, but their Kekkei Genkai helps them to 'see'. Once a Habuyari member sacrifices their eye, the remaining one turns a bright shade in which has never been seen before (ex. Watari Habuyari has a bright purple in his remaining eye)

Requirements: One must be born into the Habuyari clan, or be married into the family. If they are married into the family, they must immediately go through the traditional eye plucking. The only time in which it is reputable to leave is before the eye(s) are sacrificed. This often means that children who run away from the Habuyari clan before their eyes are taken are banished from the clan. Once the member has sacrificed, then they will remain a Habuyari forever.

Description: Meimei Takuitsuteki is an alternative method of being able to see without the use of eyesight. The Habuyari clan will be able to release their own chakra into an area and use a sonar type method in which they can sense where objects are and are not. This is useful in which they can see through clones and illusions, but also hold the chakra in backup for other jutsu and disguise themselves from trackers, sensors, and certain fuuinjutsu. Most of the time, this Kekkei Genkai is passive, and chakra will be constantly cycled in and out of the body so the user will be able to see, but in battle, it can remain stagnant in preparation for attack.

Name of Jutsu: Houmen no Jutsu - Release Jutsu

Description: During this jutsu, the user of the technique will release half of his chakra into an invisible haze into the surrounding area in wait for another jutsu. By releasing chakra, not only will jutsu be ready to strike afterward, but also will hide the user from certain fuuinjutsu and sensors, and will allow Habuyari members to get a clear depiction of the surrounding battlefield according to the locations in which the chakra does not reside. This versatile move can be risky, as it drains a large amount of chakra from the user right away. The chakra can only be recycled back into the body with a single post after the jutsu is performed, in which the user can not move and must maintain a rat handseal.

Description: This technique is used often after Houmen no jutsu. When the chakra is surrounding the battlefield, the user will be able to make a few handseals and ignite it. This will burn up the chakra as a fuel source and turn into a cloud of flames. This technique, if successful, will create 2nd degree burns on any afflicted and cause blistering to take place, damaging the afflicted as they move. Unfortunately, this technique will affect the entire battlefield, so in order to prevent harm, the user must escape for a short period of time. This jutsu will completely burn up the 50% chakra that the user had released in Houmen no Jutsu.

Description: After using Houmen no Jutsu, the user of this technique will be able to slip chakra into the enemy as they breath in and out. Once enough of the chakra previously released is in their system (about 25 percent of total), the user will be able to cast a genjutsu on the enemy in which their mind feels extremely heavy and lethargic, as if just waking from a deep sleep or taking an extremely draining test. Their body, though, will be able to move just fine. This mixture of tired and awake will disable most coordination in their body and they won't be able to move as well as one would normally. Their slowed down minds won't be able to keep up with their normal bodies, and it will result in slowed motor functions and reaction time.

Either the clans done, and if i check it now you can't make these jutsu's so its still a WIP until you state so now and these jutsu's are either filled out or have gone poof.
