Come forth my Student! [Day 1] Empty
PostSubject: Come forth my Student! [Day 1]   Come forth my Student! [Day 1] I_icon_minitimeSat Jun 12, 2010 9:24 pm

With each passing day seemed to come a new event in Sanzen's life that things a bit more different. She was used to waking up and doing her daily routines before heading out for patrol or some other task. Every once in a while she would train her jutsu and body so she wouldn't fall behind, but this was actually growing boring by the day. Then, something arrived at her doorstep in the form of an Uchiha boy. One of the very few that were left. Was this a blessing or would the Uchiha curse spread to her? It was to soon for her to be thinking of such things but even the tough Bankotsu was growing a bit more wary and quiet lately. It was rather strange. Kutsuu, the silent and mysterious spirit, began to move about more as if restless and the others simply remained the same. Nagori kept reading books he may have read plenty of times already. Kyouki kept trying to entertain the hyperactive Shisshou. Kairo worked on his training with his katana and kept watching over Sanzen. Then there was Tsukimi who, as always, personally didn't give a crap about anyone or anything. He was the lazy one that lounged about all the time; obviously always bored and never satisfied.

While the wind seemed to breath lightly on her surroundings, the young adult continued towards the training grounds. It was there that she would meet her student once more and not only see how much he has recovered but extend his training. Rather than going to him herself, he would find a letter delivered to him by a Shiba Inu. This dog was Takao, her main summoning spirit whom did most of her delivering and could otherwise be called her messenger. Sanzen wished to see her student so she may learn more about him as well.

With each ginger step she took she finally reached their place of training. It was a simple place that would be perfect for fire jutsu, a place where Sanzen normally came to use or get away from civilization. The forest opened it's mouth as it made a circle around a large patch of grass. Within the center of this opening lied a pond to the right of her and unbelievably, a shack to her left. Many times she would stay there and sleep for the reasons already stated or just because she wished to. It took a well to purchase but was actually owned by her besides her small apartment in Konoha. The pond was filled with koi despite the fact it was used for fire jutsu and everything actually looked peaceful. This would be where they would train.

Sanzen took a seat and waited.

Note to Shihouin / Delivered by Takao:

Come forth my Student! [Day 1] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Come forth my Student! [Day 1]   Come forth my Student! [Day 1] I_icon_minitimeSat Jun 12, 2010 10:00 pm

Quote :
I request your presence in a place near the training grounds. Follow Takao back if you with to learn more and memorize this path. He will guide you to the training spot you will become very familiar with the more we see one another. I will be waiting on a large rock near a pond, you can't miss it. Come asap or don't come at all.

A note? Sanzen seemed to be more of a student than his real Jounin in charge was. Shihouin ripped the note off of his pale white door and went inside of his small apartment. He'd still been his regulation hospital clothes and cheap sandals. Since they were expendable, the hospital let him go with them since there was no need to keep them anyways. He opened his apartment door to the regular smell and feel of old ramen cups and cold air. Among the backside of the apartment , across from where the door was, was his inventory of ninja tools. He could get a change of clothes and restock on his tools before heading out. Kicking his door closed with his back foot, Shihouin picked up his pace.

"So I heard you had a training accident." What? As quickly as his eyes would let him, Shihouin glanced over to his right towards his window from where the sound came. Who was there? Who'd been speaking? Obviously, the morphine or drugs they'd given him must have still been taking course through his body. There was no one there at all, and the oddly familiar voice couldn't exist... Surely it couldn't. Shihouin shrugged it off.

A cold metal feeling pressed up against the back of his neck. Despite it's cold tingle, the feeling of the edge of a blade pressed up against his jugular. His life was now at the beckon of someone's whim, teetering in the balance of life and death. Out of fear his two tomoe Sharingan opened up as he paused in his tracks. "Your parents... I didn't know they had a little child. They were good at keeping it a secret. Luckily for you, I'm here and I'll be taking you in boy." Taking him in? Who? He was an orphan, no relatives. The only one that could possibly be alive was.

"Uncle Aizawa's gonna take you in to custody." Shihouin's uncle, Aizawa had been let out of prison. Shihouin quickly turned around to face him, but was left with a blank image. The linger of chakra caught his eyes gaze as it slowly faded away. It was obvious that someone had captured him in genjutsu, just who was a big problem and an even bigger mystery.

------

He hadn't been late and neither had he been early, but rather right on time. He silently appeared behind his new master, this time with a new respect and a better attitude. He wore the regular get up of an Uchiha and added some color into this time. The blue shirt with the Uchiha crest and the leg wraps and arm wraps looked good on him. With his Konoha headband perfectly situated on his head, he stood in front of his new teacher.

She would find that his attitude was totally different from last time. It'd been because of the experience of near death last time and the experience he just had. They were both mentally stressful and trying, and a threat on his life. Neither could he bargain with fate or with his uncle, so getting stronger was the only option. He would simply defeat his obstables. He bowed his head and held his hands together in respect. "Sanzen-shishou. I am ready to be trained." He would keep that way until he was told to move.

Come forth my Student! [Day 1] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Come forth my Student! [Day 1]   Come forth my Student! [Day 1] I_icon_minitimeSat Jun 12, 2010 10:50 pm

The wind continued to whisper through the trees as the land grew silent yet again. There were rumors about spirits whom haunted this place in the past and thus nobody every truly wished to go there. A legend said that the shack was once owned by a demon who took the form of a man. This man apparently would lead woman back for pleasure before proceeding to tear open their stomachs and eat out their organs. Blood stains were found all over the place when the ANBU investigated and the supposed 'demon' was never found. Ironically, as Sanzen began to live there the rumors started to arise once more. This did not phase Sanzen though. She actually laughed at the rumors considering the fact she would never do such a thing to anyone. Plus, the contractors even knew that Sanzen specifically bought the house and wasn't a demon. People just loved to gossip though.

As a snap was heard in the forest the sound seemed to echo in Sanzen's mind. There she sat on the cool gray formation, her legs crossed and hands resting on them. She appeared to be in a meditative like posture as she seemed relaxed; her eyes closed. She heard the slightest footsteps due to her focus and the fact she had heightened senses. Another thing was that she picked up the chakra signature of both her companion and the familiar essence of her new found student.

The footsteps drew closer and closer until finally they stopped before her. Sanzen's eyes slowly began to open as she gazed at Shihouin's form; her iris's both pitch black in color. He was covered in bandages however he seemed to be wearing normal clothes again.

'Locomotion, check. The fact he showed up, good. Time..'

Her eyes floated to her companion whom seemed to already be eyeing her intensely. She tapped her wrist as if to request the time before the Shiba nodded. Turning her attention to the sun, she noticed it barely moved, a good sign.

'Check...'

Although at least a minute had passed since Shihouin spoke, Sanzen finally moved from her relaxed position. She was actually wondering how patient he was; how long he was willing to stay in that bowed position until he grew tired. Maybe the eerie silence of the forest would get to him?

"Stay" she ordered as she stepped down from one rock to another. Takao bowed before he dispersed into a poof of smoke beside Shihouin; leaving just them two. With ginger steps, Sanzen circled the bowed boy as she examined his arms and watched for any signs of shaking; weakness. She may have only been a Chunin, but she still felt she had the capabilities to teach him. His personality was becoming more intriguing as well; causing her curiosity to spark to life. She stopped before him, her eyes turning back to their casual red.

"You may stand straight," she said before emitting a sigh. Her hands were placed behind her back as she began to rise out of her relaxed state, a spiritual aura flowing off of her like a wave.

"How are you feeling? Are your arms and legs healed?"

With that, his training had begun.

Come forth my Student! [Day 1] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Come forth my Student! [Day 1]   Come forth my Student! [Day 1] I_icon_minitimeSat Jun 12, 2010 11:01 pm

No matter how long she wanted him to wait, he would wait until he was spoken to and do what he was ordered to do. For anyone that knew Shihouin previously, they would know that this had been a huge shift in attitude changes for him. It would literally be the difference between night and day. Getting blown up in a firey mess after talking trash was something that affected his mind and his outlook on life. No longer would he be the boy was willing to die for anything. Now he'd become the child that would put his strength first and his village foremost. The epitome of a Konoha shinobi.

After he was allowed to stand straight, Shihouin rose his back up and looked at her as she spoke. His body relaxed into a more loose manner, but he had not forgotten the respect he needed to keep while talking to her. He answered her question as well, without taking up a bunch of time. "A team of new medical ninja were able to heal me with a special technique they developed. I'm 100% fine and am ready when you are Sanzen-shishou." He kept his eyes trained on her waiting for her command.

Shihouin wanted to start training, but he didn't let his blood boil. He had to finish the Fire Pillar technique, try out his new taijutsu technique and genjutsu technique and possibly learn whatever she wanted him to learn. Even though as a D Rank shinobi he was limited by the number of jutsu she was allowed to teach him, he felt if he could learn the proper basic higher leveled techniques he would be able to teach himself and break his rank and become stronger. He had to learn more, quickly.

Come forth my Student! [Day 1] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Come forth my Student! [Day 1]   Come forth my Student! [Day 1] I_icon_minitimeSat Jun 12, 2010 11:32 pm

"Good" she said, commenting on his response to her questions. He truly did seem ready, at least from what she could see, and even if his body had not fully healed he still seemed capable of fighting. Besides, in a way, she sort of hoped he was still in some pain. It would be that pain that would push him on. She would make sure to teach him that unless he wished to feel pain, he must learn to dodge. He needed a speed boost then. He needed to become stronger, faster, have more endurance, but more importantly become wiser. A vision came to her of what he may be capable of and in her heart she hoped that the 'Uchiha curse' wouldn't lead him away from his goals. The Uchiha always seemed to fall away when you least expected them to; would he be different? This made her contemplate teaching him but she wasn't about to not give him a chance either. Would she be creating a possible monster, a savior, or both?

"Okay, now I know that you just got out of the hospital and the doctor told you to probably rest.... but have you trained any? If so, I would like you to show me the three jutsu we went over. If you have any questions, again, ask."

With the lift of her leg, she kicked off with the other before pushing herself back. She then leaped backwards and back onto a part of the rock. She wished to give Shihouin room when using his fire in case he just so happened to have the revengeful spirit some Uchiha were noted to carry. She didn't think he would attack her but she also was one to believe in the quote, expect the unexpected. Now she continued to wait, her eyes studying his every twitch and expression.

Come forth my Student! [Day 1] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Come forth my Student! [Day 1]   Come forth my Student! [Day 1] I_icon_minitimeSat Jun 12, 2010 11:50 pm

The sting of possible punishment ran down his neck as the tingle of the blade from before danced across his mind. He didn't have time to learn the other technique due to the note he'd gotten right after training. The last one he was missing was the Flame Pillar technique, but he had the other two finished and perfected. Either way, he would just have to own up to it now and tell her. His excuse was somewhat perfect, but if she didn't want to take it then he would just have to learn to live with whatever punishment he was given. "Forgive me Sanzen-shishou but I didn't get a change to learn the Flame Pillar technique. After learning the Mist Waltz technique, I took a small break at home and I found your note. I figured it would be best to come here. But I'm halfway there. I'll try it now."

After telling her his excuse, he continued on with the techniques that she wanted to show him. After thinking about it, if he just put some effort into the techniques he wouldn't have to worry about not learning it. He could just do it here and take his time. His mind began to reel backwards, to the day she'd taught him the hand signs to the technique. He began to mentally recall every single one of them, performing them as quickly as he could. He had to remember that there was more than just kneading chakra for this technique. There was the aspect of control to release it in the five meter radius at any point.

He picked a small rock not too far from him. He woudl attempt to demonstrate all three techniques in succession, using the rock as an example. After he completed his hand signs, he quickly grabbed a kunai from his hand a stopped his foot down. The chakra ran into the ground and directly up under the rock, shooting it high into the air. From then on, he went original. He threw the rock at the kunai and continued to perform more hand signs the moment the tool left his hand. The kunai had been thrown at a slight curve, to cause the small rock to go higher in the air, which would give him more time. Underneath the spot the kunai would land, a deep gray mist began to linger over the field. As the rock reached it's highest point it fell down while Shihouin formed his last hand signs, breathing a massive fireball onto the mist. The mist exploded along with the Goukakyuu on contact, blasting the rock into a fine powder. Shihouin turned to Sanzen and spoke.

"Anything else Shishou?"

Come forth my Student! [Day 1] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Come forth my Student! [Day 1]   Come forth my Student! [Day 1] I_icon_minitimeSun Jun 13, 2010 12:24 am

Once more he called her shishou, or master, while giving her high respect. He was calm and no doubt different but at the same time she liked this fact. Although wasn't to crazy about being called master it did empower her a tad but the main thing was how he performed his jutsu. It appeared that he was trying to impress her with his little spectacle and in a way he did. He performed the jutsu in a good combination unlike the other genin she had seen who simply do it one step at a time. This was good.

She shook her head to signify that he was done as her arms remained crossed. To their luck the fire did not burn the grass and start a fire which meant the koi could keep their pond; at least for now. As she took a step forward she simply fell from the three foot high shelf of rock and landed with ease below. Shihouin stood before her once more as her eyes examined him. What would she do first?

So far, he seemed to not be as jumpy as usual which meant she could finally start to speed this up a bit. It appeared that he did not only gain respect but patience as well which was exactly what she looked for. She didn't exactly enjoy the fact he gave her an excuse but she would let it slide this one time. Besides, he was about to be put to work anyway. At times she tended to have her slack moments but now, this had changed for her as well. They would both learn not to slack off. A simple nod and thoughtful expression soon revealed she now had an idea.

"You seem to have decent chakra control since you were able to use the flame pillar. Keep working on it, focus is crucial even though it seems like a simple move and you never know when you'll need it. Now then..."

Her hand soon reached for a kunai within her pocket as she gripped it loosly in her hand. It would be used soon enough. She then walked over towards the pond as she beckoned him to follow. He was most likely going to despise her for this but she felt it was necessary as well. After this was over and done, she would start to move on to 'better things'. Bending down, she stuck her fingers into the still pond before standing back up and facing him. She flicked the cool water from her fingers before drying them on her black shirt.

"Walk out onto the water without falling in," she said before crossing over to him. She tapped the kunai with her free hand as her red hues gazed at him with a very serious expression, "hold still." With that said, she made a cut through his bandages and into his right arm before stepping away and directing him towards the water. At that moment there was the good chance he may have thought she was insane. Especially since the kunai was heated up with katon chakra and thus most likely caused the inflicted wound to burn like a bitch. This, however, was also part of the training.

"In order to avoid the wound possibly getting infected, I advise you to get this right the first or second time."

She stood back with her arms crossed as she waited. The blood would ooze from his burning arm which would cause the nerves to react to the pain as his arm tried to heal itself. Sanzen simply stood and watched in wait.

Come forth my Student! [Day 1] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Come forth my Student! [Day 1]   Come forth my Student! [Day 1] I_icon_minitimeSun Jun 13, 2010 12:38 am

Shihouin figured that they would be doing more than just basic chakra training and he'd figured right. As he followed her out onto the water, he knew that she would be up to something more than just the simple water walking techniques. Shihouin was capable of doing that in his sleep. If she was going to teach him something, she was going to have to augment it someway that would make it difficult for him to perform the water walking technique. What could she be possibly thinking that could make something as simple as the water walking technique difficult?

Obviously he underestimated her as she sliced a hot kunai in his arm. Shihouin could feel the pain of heat burning him and cried out in a sharp yelp of pain as his arm began to bleed. He looked at the wound and then began to listen to her. This was apart of the training. It hurt bad, but he would have to do it. Shihouin didn't take time to focus on molding his chakra, even with a burning arm, this was too easy for him.

Pain. He walked out onto the water with no trouble and only slightly trembled his arm. Chakra required one to bring their mental energies and physical energies together to create chakra. Pain was those two things if you viewed them in a different light. Not only did it physically hurt, but mentally the sting of pain hurt as well. He decided to focus on brining his chakra together and increasing his threshold for pain. The pain in his arm essentially would at as a meter to tell him how much chakra he could manipulate. As long as he kept his focus on level with the pain in his arm, he would be able to do simple things like this without worry. He turned around and faced Sanzen, waiting for the next command.

Come forth my Student! [Day 1] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Come forth my Student! [Day 1]   Come forth my Student! [Day 1] I_icon_minitimeSun Jun 13, 2010 1:01 am

A minute ticked by as she watched him steadily. He seemed to have this. He was fighting the pain just as she hoped he would. This was good, but now she needed to make things a tad more difficult. She brought her hands up and focused as another her manifested beside her. Both of them dropped their hands at the same time as they watched Shihouin. He was focusing all right but anyone could stand and focus. What really counted was being able to keep the focus up while not only being in pain but having another force come at you. This clone that now stood beside her would most likely bring up the memory of what occurred a few days ago. What it felt like to be burned, to have the world explode around him, all of that. If not though, she would re-jog his memory so that he wouldn't forget. She didn't want him to forget. She wanted it to be a scar in his memory so that he would be more cautious. The clone began to walk towards him before stopping at the edge of the water.

"I'm sure you know what this is," she began, holding her hand out to demonstrate. Her apathetic expression remained on him as she continued to study his every move.

"You are in a fight. The clone is your opponent who has recently inflicted that burn wound on you. You are not allowed to leave the water, kawarimi is no longer an option, and you are out of tools."

A grin crossed her face now as her eyes began to morph into a blend of red, dark red, and brown; creating a burgundy color.

"Because you know what this is...."

Before she even had the chance to finish her sentence the clone the took off in a run towards Shihouin at full speed while Sanzen continued to talk.

"I would advise you to keep dodging."

If he didn't hate her already, there was the possibility that he might now. The clone punched towards Shihouin, attempting to nail him straight in the gut. Before it got close, the clone then kicked its foot out and pivoted around him in one swift motion, it's elbow aiming right for Shihouin's back. When doing this, its other hand grasped kunai from its pocket as it prepared for a possible attack. This would definitely put him on his toes. Besides the fact he had to deal with pain, limitations, and hold his focus, he also had to fight a faster ninja that could possibly explode on contact. Things were goings to get interesting real fast.

[OOC: Go ahead and god mod my clone but please do so in a reasonable manner]

Come forth my Student! [Day 1] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Come forth my Student! [Day 1]   Come forth my Student! [Day 1] I_icon_minitimeSun Jun 13, 2010 1:23 am

The moment Shihouin saw the clone, his mind changed. During his stay at the hospital he had been focusing on a new marital art that would allow him to manipulate chakra while using his Sharingan. It required him to keep a cat like balance and superior flexibility. On top of that, his chakra control would have to be exceptional to use it to it's fullest extent. Its stance was special in the way that it totally allowed all of the openings of the body to be perfectly closed, and protected the middle line of the body. This allowed him to react to attacks and attack without worrying about being hit.

With the situation at hand, training this stance would be deadly, but Shihouin got into it anyways. The clone would explode, but he already had a plan to train his stance and counter the clone technique at the same time. He quickly slid into the stance. Right foot forward, left foot behind, left arm under his right arm. His right hand was in between his middle line, splitting it like symmetry, while his left arm was around and outside of his elbow. Essentially his hands were making an "E" shape with the left forearm as the back bone of the "E". His left bicep, right hand and right bicept were making the lines.

The clone was at a huge disadvantage since they were walking on water. This automatically meant that Shihouin had a chance to escape the blast just in case it did go off. No matter when the clone blow up, Shihouin would not be burn like last time, due to the fact that he could simply fall into the water. As the clone ran towards him, Shihouin kept his eyes and stance ready as it aimed a punch to the gut. Before he could counter, it turned around towards his back and that's when Shihouin made his move.

His foot flexed outwards and would meet the the clones foot in a lock. HIs foot's speed though was higher than normal and would hit harder than normal. At that same time, he wold jump back with his other leg and release the chakra from feet. Basically, it was a fade a way. A low quick kick to stop the clones motions while jumping low and back to fall into the water. By the time the kick connected he would be protected by the water.

Come forth my Student! [Day 1] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Come forth my Student! [Day 1]   Come forth my Student! [Day 1] I_icon_minitimeSun Jun 13, 2010 1:47 pm

The clone set forth to keep him dodging but only ended up poofing into smoke. She could have went out herself and attacked him but she wanted to see what he would do. For one, she had actually lied to him. The supposed exploxding clone didn't follow through but even if it had he had, as usual, delivered a rather good performance. This time he even surprised her. Everyone knew water was a weakness to water but being able to think that up last minute was good. It also appears that even though he did not train the flame pillar he had learned something else in the meantime. Impressive no doubt and a good style at that.

Her hand was placed delicately beneath her chin as her expression gave away thought. She watched him fall into the cool pond as the koi scattered. Flashes of gold, white, red, and more flee'ed to the other side of the pond as the water returned back down into its overall mass. Ripples flowed out from where he had landed and caused the cattails at the opposite side of her to twitch a bit. It kind of humored her a bit but she did not laugh nor show it otherwise. She had finally allowed her hand to fall back down into her crossed arms as she waited for him to come back up for air. When he finally had, she would continue.

"An impressive stance and move," was what she would say when he began to come back up for air. She at least wished to give him some encouraged for it because he would soon learn that getting encouragement would become rare. It wasn't just a physical fight for power it was a mental one as well and to her he would be somewhat like a dog. You do good, you get encouragement. You do bad, you barely get looked at and thus would come the time to reconsider what it is he had done wrong. This came in time though.

"Come out of the water. Seeing as how you are wet now and we happen to lack towels, use your katon chakra to warm up and make the water evaporate."

A somewhat simple exercise that called for concentration and once again, chakra control. A good way to dry off without using a towel too. As she waited for him to come back to land she made her way over to him and began to take off the bandages around his cut. Lucky for him the bandages seemed to be water resistant except for the area with the cut. As her hand receded into her pouch she removed a small washcloth and alcohol. She already had some tape in her pouch to replace what had become damaged by water; along with gauze and the alcohol. She knew she would cut him for this training and came prepared.

"This will burn," she said as she placed the alcohol on his wound and began to clean the wound. Although she appeared rough and a tad bit insane at some points she also had a kind side to her. She wasn't about to let his cut get infected of course. In the meantime she would continue to dress this wound as he would make himself a self dryer. With her being this close to him she would also be able to feel the heat and know if he was doing it right as well.

With the wound finished off she glanced to the sky for a moment, spying dark clouds accumulating and heading in their direction. She had already noticed that the leaves on the trees around them began to turn up. This was a sign that rain was on its way besides the fact that the wind appeared to have stopped breathing as much. Her attention returned back to Shihouin as she waited. If he wasn't dry now he would be eventually.

"You seem to have decent chakra control from what I have seen. You were able to stay a float despite the pain you were given. You were able to focus and perform the flame pillar even though you had not trained it that much. And you were also able to shut your chakra off from your feet and fall into the water almost automatically. Very good," she said with a nod. It was her sign of approval.

"Chakra control is important of course, but you should have learned this in the academy. Next, we will move to something that requires this control and will put your abilities to the test."

She cleared her throat for a moment, using her hand as a fist to cover her mouth. It returned back to her crossed arms as she gazed back at him.

"This next jutsu will become very useful in combat. It is a jutsu you can use when you not only need a helping hand but to perform tasks that you yourself cannot do.
Now...in the academy you had learned the basic form of creating clones but those were easy to destroy and somewhat useless. These, however, are intangible and can not only fight but use jutsu as well. Kage Bushin. An example of Kage Bushin would be what I just used and also what I used when you were blown up. There is a difference between the two I used but you wont be worrying about the explosive ones as of yet....Anyway, pay attention. This only calls for one hand sign."

Her hands came up as she formed what looked like an Ox seal but was simply a 'T' like seal. As soon as she did this though, another version of her to appear beside her doing the exact same thing. The clones hands fell before its eyes turned pure yellow, a smile crossed her face, and she waved. The original Sanzen glared at it with new brown hues before the clan disappeared. She shook her head and sighed before her eyes returned to red and attention went back to Shihouin.

"Just like when learning how to use your other clones you must also focus your chakra and distribute it evenly into any other clones you create. This technique is normally learned at Jounin level so if you cannot get it down the first ten times or so don't get frustrated. For today, I want you to focus on learning this jutsu."

She soon pointed to the sky right as a rain drop hit her cheek and slid down towards the ground. It made her look like she was crying but her face was apathetic as always.

"As you can see, it is starting to rain and I think a storm is brewing. The clouds keep flashing in the distance". Once again her vision returned to him before she turned her body sideways. Behind her was the shack that had gathered so many horrifying rumors in the past. Those of course weren't true though; or at least the parts about the demon attacking citizens anyway.

"There's enough room for this training inside but until then, we'll stay out here.

Come forth my Student! [Day 1] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Come forth my Student! [Day 1]   Come forth my Student! [Day 1] I_icon_minitimeSun Jun 13, 2010 2:24 pm

The Kage Bunshin no jutsu. It was one of the most useful techniques in existence and it delivered stellar results to the user and allowed them to do several things in battle with the extra hand. With that jutsu he might be able to pull of a set of techniques that would allow him to kill any opponent or seriously injure them in the process. That string of techniques would be chakra heavy though, so he would have to supplement it with taijutsu until he could get an opening to use the technique. He figured that with the Kage Bunshin, he could use about two or three C Rank techniques and have enough chakra before he ran out to pull that jutsu.

As he watched her perform the technique, he began to weigh the pros and cons of the jutsu while he began to gather his chakra. He had enough chakra for a genin, but he didn't have a lot. This technique would be risky and it was obvious at his level he would be extremely limited on how he could use the technique. Not only could he not hold it for a long time, but he would probably be able to only create about one or two clones at max for the jutsu. THe more he trained and physically grew the longer he would be able to hold it, but at his current level he knew he couldn't.

Regardless he still had to learn the technique. Copying Sanzen-shishou, he put his hands in the "t" hand seal and focused his chakra on performing the technique. It would be similar to using the normal clone technique, but this time he would add more chakra and create a real one instead of making an illusion. After focusing his chakra he performed the technique and a clone appeared next to him. It was a failure to boot though. The clone looked like him but was a bit deformed in most areas and couldn't stand up for too long. Shihouin's hands instantly went for his knees as he felt the loss of chakra rush out of his body. An awesome jutsu for a multitude of weakness. He would have to try again.

Once more. He recollected the mistakes he made and put his focus on spreading his chakra evenly. Once the failed clone had popped, little of his chakra had returned, but he'd had enough to keep using it all day. Luckily with the Kage Bunshin technique, the only thing that was required was a decent amount of chakra and an easy hand sign. Summoning forth more chakra control, Shihouin performed the technique once more and showed off his genius as an Uchiha. He couldn't fail anymore. The clone next to him appeared to be exactly him and was in no point deformed or anything. It was totally fully functioning and could be used in battle. Shihouin felt the chakra drain, but was glad that he could perform the technique.

The rain sounded off in the distance and the storm was slowly beginning to thunder its way over them. It would be pouring soon if they didn't move, but Shihouin didn't want to. His clone spoke for him this time. "Shishou, I've shown you I can do the fire techniques and we obviously can't do them in this rain. I wanted to see if we could train a bit more. Please go all out on me, as I will you. We're allowed to use tools and anything just as if it were a real fight."

The kage bunshin next to him poofed into a cloud of smoke, leaving Shihouin to enter into his stance once more. He was about eight meters away from his master. He was inside of the large koi pond while Sanzen was near the bank. He drew a kunai and entered into his stance, waiting for his shishou to move. "Come, Sanzen-shishou!"

Come forth my Student! [Day 1] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Come forth my Student! [Day 1]   Come forth my Student! [Day 1] I_icon_minitimeSun Jun 13, 2010 3:09 pm

Her careful eye continued to watch over him to make sure he wouldn't overexert himself. So far he seemed to be the type that would end up passing out from exhaustion; the determined and iron will type. His first clone was terrible but this was to be expected. Nobody managed to get the kage bushin right the first time and if they did then that must have had a lot of chakra training before that. Even then it was strange. The second time took a tole on him already as it casted him to his knees; this was expected as well. It was then that he seemed to go into deep thought. She felt this time around he may actually get it but by now he already lost a bit of chakra. As the third clone emerged it finally seemed to be perfect on the outside; an exact copy of the original. Of course, even though he appeared to have it down that did not mean the both were 100% even when it came to chakra. They felt a bit off but of course this was to be expected as well. It was only his third time and he still needed to go through a lot of training before being able to easily distribute the precise chakra amounts without fail. She got the vibe that this wouldn't take him to long.

At the end of his third attempt the world seemed to grow a bit more restless. The trees began to sway as they bowed before the wind. The flashes in the background began to create a rumbling effect and the llight of the sun began to fade more and more to darkness. They did not have that much time left, but this wasn't a problem for Shihouin. As she listened to the determined voice of a fighter who did not want to give in, she felt the sense of a leader emerging. He had gained the qualities from the last time they met but the further they got the more he seemed to age on the maturity scale. Did him getting blown up really do this or was there more? The sky flashed once more, illuminating their faces and making Sanzen's devilish smirk more apparent. Her eyes had turned into a deep red, giving the appearance of a demon. Shihouin had seen this look before. It was the same look that she had before their last spar.

As he sunk into a stance in the center of the nearly still water, the koi around him seemed to freak out as they zoomed about. There she simply stood in the stillness, her eyes watching his hands and feet for the slightest twitch to give away his next movements. Already he limited her of earth techniques but the rain had not come just yet.

"Come, Sanzen-shishou!"

Immediately as he said this she already had a plan in mind. She moved a few paces towards the bank and casted chakra to her feet while drawing her hand into her pouch. She soon whipped out three kunai just as she had last time. However, after releasing the first three she flicked her hand again as it casted a flicker from the electricity above. By then, she had moved closer and was six meters from where he stood. After flicking her hand she immediately brought them both up to form handsigns as fast as she could. Even if he had moved or dodged she would be right there at five meters away to spew a spray right on him.

Come forth my Student! [Day 1] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Come forth my Student! [Day 1]   Come forth my Student! [Day 1] I_icon_minitimeSun Jun 13, 2010 3:23 pm

Shihouin knew that he couldn't get caught up in close range jutsu with his teacher. He would have to keep a good distance from her until it was safe to go in with closer ranged techniques, as of now he would keep his distance from her no matter what. He didn't need the Sharingan to see her move, but as soon as she moved closer, Shihouin would move back with a slight hop across the water, moving back to about seven or so meters.

As she threw three kunai at him, he quickly moved the kunai in his right hand and countered them. Using his metal back gloves, he deflected two while keeping his stance and deflected the third with the kunai in his right hand. Falling endlessly off into the koi pond, he made his next move without waisting anytime. Quickly reaching for a few shuriken in his pouch, he sent about two of them right towards her position with his right hand, quickly performing hand signs after.

Come forth my Student! [Day 1] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Come forth my Student! [Day 1]   Come forth my Student! [Day 1] I_icon_minitimeSun Jun 13, 2010 3:47 pm

As soon as Sanzen had originally released the kunai in her hands she began to count down seconds in her mind. Due to him beginning to back up though after they were thrown, she readjusted her countdown and continued to watch him before she had made her next move. As originally stated, she had made hand signs. Due to him moving further away, she had also followed to where she was still in range and just behind the kunai.

The time frame went as followed. Upon moving forward to keep their distance at eight meters, she released the kunai in hand before moving faster and forming hand signs. He would keep moving back but she would stay within range. As the three kunai were deflected she would then begin to release the mist in his direction. Behind the first three kunai though was a fourth he had missed; one she threw when she flicked her hand again. This carried an explosive note on it. He could have noticed it from when the light flickered off of it but it appeared that he failed to do so. This kunai of course was a bit before the mist attack by only a second.

When this kunai was in less than a meters range from him, it detonated before it was within deflecting range. Due to the mist being only a bit off, whether a second or two, the mist would pick up on the flames emitted. This would cause the mist to light and thus send forth a rush of flames towards Shihouin. Since there was now a force of flames going towards him, this would also knock back his shuriken he was unaware of. Of course, Sanzen knew there was at least one technique he could use to avoid this but she also had time to form hand seals when she finished the mist and after detonation. Forming a second set, her foot hit the opposite side of the bank and would soon begin to sink. As she began to though she removed a kunai just in case as she would need to before she sunk completely.

The pond was only 3 - 4 meters wide and since he kept moving back they were able to touch the other side though he cattails.

Come forth my Student! [Day 1] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Come forth my Student! [Day 1]   Come forth my Student! [Day 1] I_icon_minitimeSun Jun 13, 2010 4:14 pm

Shihouin had expected this and with even his regular eyes he would be able to counter everything. It seemed that he had missed a fourth one but it didn't matter. This one had a tagged note on it so dealing with it would be a bit troublesome. Since she was obviously doing a technique he would have to move and perform at the same time.

With his hand signs complete, Shihouin moved left at about a meter jump and simultaneously performed the technique. The technique that his teacher was performing was making the situation worse for her. Out of the two shuriken he threw, one was already attached with wire. That shuriken landed right between beside her legs on the ground behind her, masked by the mist. The wire was metal, which made it harder to see among the mist. What would happen would be a spectacular result.

The moment Shihouin moved to dodge was the same moment he performed his technique. Shihouin quickly attached the wire from his hand to his mouth. 'Katon: Ryuuka no jutsu!' The fire would travel down the metal wire in between her legs and would more than likely ignite the mist and blow it back at her. Even if the explosive kunai went off, he was at least a meter away from it and he could endure the blast as well.

This time she would get burned.

Come forth my Student! [Day 1] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Come forth my Student! [Day 1]   Come forth my Student! [Day 1] I_icon_minitimeSun Jun 13, 2010 5:08 pm

Going back to where the mist was first being used she couldn't help but notice something pierce through it. Out of pure instinct she used her arms to deflect the oncoming projectile and leap back away from her attack; ending the technique. When this occurred a flame erupted before the detonation. Realizing this wasn't her own she immediately side rolled out of the way. The flames already veered off course from the unknown wire twisted towards the opposite direction she moved. Any other fire that was blasted back towards her would be avoided as well. When she had moved to roll to the side she also pulled out two kunai. She rolled once and into a crouch close to the flames. As soon as she had done this she flicked her hand to throw the two kunai while continuing the momentum she gained from the roll. She had used the force to push herself back to her feet before holding up her hand to signal him to stop.

After he would deflect the kunai, she would simply continued to stand there. This was now a test of trust. If he did not listen and attempted to attack then she would end it all at that. There were times when people played dirty but at this moment, enough was enough. She then made a gesture to beckon him towards her once she felt she had eye contact. Soon enough the rain then began to fall and cause the pond to ripple. There she remained. Her mellow brown and red hues watching him through the darkness as she motioned for him to come towards her. He was fighting a B rank Chunin and yet keeping up anyway. Maybe he was just that good, or maybe she was just that bad. These thoughts brought back dark memories that caused her eyes to grow more brown and her back to begin to burn.

If he had finished and began to walk towards her, she would then continue.
"Well done... but for now, you should take at least a tiny break. Besides, I have some information to give to you regarding that will aid with taijutsu. Starting tomorrow, you will need this information."

Her voice seemed so even and calm. Her face had remained apathetic and yet behind her eyes lied a bit of emotion. This was from weakness of the heart. As she turned away though she made her way through the rain and towards the shack for refuge. In there they could dry off and she could explain his new training. He would grow fast, no doubt about that. Once the exams came around she felt the other genin would be dealing with someone of Chunin level and skill. From what she saw though, he may already be there.

Come forth my Student! [Day 1] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Come forth my Student! [Day 1]   Come forth my Student! [Day 1] I_icon_minitimeSun Jun 13, 2010 8:23 pm

The last technique on his list. As his shishou left, he would train the technique by himself and be out before the rain started. This genjutsu was the basic foundation of all genjutsu and really one of the most weakest genjutsu he would ever come up with. It's power lied elsewhere and did not rely on the strength of the genjutsu or what happened inside of the genjutsu. It would be a difficult genjutsu to perform but it would have his pay off in combination with the Kage Bunshin technique.

Instead of releasing the clone, Shihouin would train the genjutsu on the clone while he was under the effects of his chakra being cut in half due to the Kage Bunshin. This would serve as a simulation of what the battle would be like in real life, and by using the genjutsu specifically on the clone it would allow him to take a mental note of the effects the genjutsu had on an opponent. Focusing on the few hand signs needed for the genjutsu, Shihouin began to focus on the biggest part of the genjutsu, the very precise chakra control. At his level he could reach the control needed, but due to him having less chakra due to the Kage Bunshin that control was difficult. Regardless, training it here and now after all ready using chakra before the Kage Bunshin would make it easier for him to do it in battle.

Once the genjutsu landed on his clone, Shihouin could see the fickle image of a paper person standing in front of him. After executing the technique the genjutsu had successfully landed. Even though the clone wouldn't be affected by it at all, he had completed the genjutsu. With that completed, Shihouin left for home.
