History: The Morumonu clan originated from the Senju clan. Ryuuku Senju, frustrated with his ability to use the wood kekkei genkai well, instead focused on the bijuu suppresion of the clan abilities. He and a few other members focused mainly on this, and eventually there became a split in the clan, albeit a small one, and the smaller, more focused in the art of sealing bijuu. Eventually, this grew to the general art in Fuuinjutsu. After a few generations, the two parts split peacefully, and the newly named Morumonu clan left to another village, namely the Uzushiogakure no Sato.

The Morumonu clan eventually became great clan in the Uzushiogakure no Sato. It developed along the Uzumaki clan, and became rivals through their differing views. During one of the old ninja wars, the entire Uzushiogakure was destroyed because of their great ability with Fuuinjutsu. During the annihilation, most of the clan members managed to escape through a powerful portal that was created to send people to a safe haven. Unfortunately, it malfunctioned, and many of the groups managed to get sent to different places across the globe. Only they wear a special ring that identifies them as a Clan Member.

Now, many years later, the Morumonu clan has been reconnecting with each other in different nations, due to the small ring on their right ring finger. With the stirring of the Bijuu, the Morumonu clan is also on the search, since the main reason they exist is to control and seal the Bijuu permanently. The Morumonu clan remnants believe that the Bijuu will only corrupt if left in human hands.

Special Info: The Morumonu Clan was mainly created to destroy Bijuu chakra. The have a natural ability to suppress and/or repel Bijuu-charged chakra up to a point. This can be increased with increased concentration. So, whenever an attack powered with the chakra of a Bijuu is unleashed upon a member of the Morumonu clan, if the level of the attack is canceled. If the jutsu is used with only partial Bijuu chakra, it weakens the attack depending on the amount of Bijuu chackra used. They can also sense the presence of unsealed Bijuu, and Bijuu sealed by their special clan abilities. They are sealers, and also can feel the presence pf seals.

Requirements: One of the clan member's traits must be Fuuinjutsu. The ring on their right ring finger is sealed onto their hand, and is unaffected by magnetism, since it is a mixture of copper, brass, and gold. It is sealed on at birth, and grows with the host with the strange jutsu hidden by the clan. These can only be removed by two or more Morumonu clan members. But there is one thing: the rings can be sealed on to non-clan members the same way they are removed. This allows them to join the clan. However, they do not have the same level of prowess and natural abilities.

There are drawbacks to be able to defend against such powerful monsters, though. For one, Morumonu Clan members have extreme difficulty tapping into the elements. Because of this, the number of elements they can control is reduced by one. Also, they themselves cannot be the target of a Bijuu sealing, or else it would destroy themselves instantly. Also, because of their special powers, Morumonu clan members have a harder time being healed by medical jutsu, and heal slightly slower than other people.

Description: Depending on the level of the Morumonu clan member, the attack using the chakra of a Bijuu is weakened or negated defending on the amount of Bijuu chakra used. This only effects if the jutsu level is the same level as the Morumonu clan member (C-rank level char can only negate C level Bijuu attack, etc.) if they are concentrating, and blocks Bijuu chakra from jutsus one rank below their normal rank passively. This works due to the special type of seal in the ring that has bonded to the clan member. It creates a small, invisible to the naked eye barrier around the user, effectively dissipating all Bijuu chakra that passes through the barrier. This does create a small drain on the user, however.

In virtually all circumstances, this requires another sealer. The Bijuu must also be in a weakened form. This also requires a two part seal prepared before hand. When the Bijuu is successfully sealed, it cannot be unsealed from another fuuin-master as long as the original sealer lives and wills against it.

In virtually all circumstances, this requires another sealer. The Bijuu must also be in a weakened form. This also requires a two part seal prepared before hand. When the Bijuu is successfully unsealed from where ever it was imprisoned, it also releases any other seals that have either been placed on the Bijuu or the thing the Bijuu was sealed in.

The Rank of the KKG itself is not E. It can have E-Ranked techiques, but the KKG over all would be ranked A ATLEAST given its description.

No. Summoning Jutsu in general is C-Ranked. You cannot go lower than this. This means the book itself is atleast B-Ranked given it holds 10 summons. This also needs more description. Up to 4 of them can hold the same rank a seal the same rank as the user? How can seals hold seals? Please refer to the summoning guide for reference on summonings and how many per rank and of each rank you are alloweed. Unless the clan is specifically designed to enhance summoning, you must abide by those rules.

The book itself is not a seal, it's just a book. I changed it from a summon to just a book to be carried. And yes, the clan is there for spefically enhancing summoning. Also, if I was to make the Oni Benso, how would lesser clan members use it? It is supposed to be a thing all can use (like Sharingan for the Uchiha) at different levels.

The sharingan itself, atfull is classified as an A-Rank doujutsu in the description. You rank the full potential of the bloodline and then edit it down accordingly for the lower ranking members, and lower the abilities at the same time.

No, your clan is not specifically designed for summoning. Its designed around Bijuu chakra, which is weird because they are a mere legend at this point in the site and only started getting released, but whatever.

Specifically designed for summoning would be a clan that has unique summoning abilities, etc, and the entire clan revolves around enhancing summons; yours revovles around Bijuu chakra. Therefore you must abide by the summoning rules.

Oh... Darn it, I feel like an idiot. I want it around sealing, not summoning... Sorry, none of this is supposed to be summoning. I'm feeling a bit retarted... So is it OK otherwise?
