Description:After making 3 handsigns[Snake, Rat & Ox] the user slams their palms on the ground and channels their chakra into a specific area. The area is then imprinted with a seal of their choice.

D rank amount of chakra is no bigger 10 feet in circumference

C rank is no bigger than 30 feet in circumference

B rank is no bigger than a medium sized building.

Description:The seal works in two parts. The first is a preparation seal which must be placed on an object or in an area. The second is a seal placed on another object. When activated, the second seal reacts with whatever the prep seal is placed on/whatever is in the area of the prep seal, and pulls it into the object, sealing it inside. The seal is permanent unless the seal on the object is removed.[can only be used on Non-Player Characters.]

This is approved to be used on the ichibi that is being released in konoha. However if you want to use the jutsu's by themselves on other objects you must create the training topic and learn them to use it in any other topic besides the ichibi topic.
