A 6’4’’ 204lbs man, most of which composed of muscle; Vice has a thick athletic frame that is for the most part concealed by the cloak that he wears; though it it sight enough to make hint of a waist line. His hair is a silverfish grey and hangs in long locks from his that drape down his back gathering in his hood and the from of his cloak; bangs spiked upward and to the sides to not obstruct the face too much. He is for the most part, fond of neutral colors in his wardrobe; sporting his lovely all black front zipped cloak that is hooded to provide complete concealment if one needed it. The bottom of the zipped up part is however, force broken to open, allowing the legs to move freely. It also casts a different appearance while he is using his “Musou” modification. Under all this is what appears to be the traditional Waterfall shinobi garb, though no longer wears the head band; he does keep it with him for instances that his previous ninja status come in handy for political reasons. His normal characteristics would lead individuals to believe that he is a calm individual, and his speech would further fortify his otherwise outward projection of peaceful intentions. However, though her personality is stable, it is far more sinister then most others will ever know. Vice looks down on the human species as a flawed creation. He believes that the only way to overcome such an obstacle is to first accept ones incompletion and then make ones self completely independent of the human species itself. He has little qualms about using others as pawns or treating them as tools in a game. However, he does have more of a brotherhood connection to those strong ally that are more powerful then just pawns. Either way, he isn’t distraught at the news that these individuals have died; even denouncing these losses and necessary for an ultimate goal. This makes him an extreme introvert. He spends much of his time alone, observing and studying from his personal study. He even goes as far as claiming that it physically pains him to communicate with others for too long. He does have a common villainous flaw in that he will try and talk down his opponents with understanding his side before fighting them, as he feels his personal message is important enough to explain. He is also wildly arrogant, considering the universal imperfection of humans as a shared weakness that only need exploiting. He believes that any opponent can be defeated simply by hitting their weakness. He seems annoyed and lethargic in most battle situations, seemingly frustrated at even having to be put up to the task of fighting someone in the first place. Even so, if the foe is exceptionally powerful (enough so that he will admit that), then he will retain his focus and use his full potential in a confrontation. Though he almost always keeps his composure, he also has moments where his less sane attributes come to the surface. This usually involves some external force of failure interrupting a plan of his own, or if someone manages to do physical harm to his person. In either case, he will usually react in a harsh and rash display in which he not only makes an example of the situations, but also to punish the criminal depending on the situation. He will go through great lengths to make sure that any wrong done to him is quickly made up for. Though most of these situations he himself considers to be ‘unforgivable’ acts. The history of our antagonist is one of particular interest. There is usually always an interesting story behind the minds of the most sinister of temperaments. Vice was born in Waterfall Country, though not near the hidden village. The clan’s doujutsu was quite rare; and its abilities where considered sacred. Though he was a normal boy up until the age of 2. However, when the signs of the doujutsu began to present themselves, he was quickly pulled from the path of his normal life and tossed into that of a savior. Not only was it a sacred techniques, but the great fortune tellers of the past that once had these doujutsu had brought great power and wealth to the clan. It was thought that another boy with this ability would also help bring prosperity. This carried him to an instant life of luxury and he was pampered at a young age as if he himself was a young Feudal Lord.
Of course, this also came with a very strict regime. He was an investment of the clan, and though he was treated with the most care and sacrifice he was also made to study and train hard. By the age of six he was considered level equal to the average genin, and by the age of seven, had seemingly mastered all normal shinobi concepts. However, this also stunted the growth of his chakra leaving it raw and under developed. Little did he, or any of the other clan members know, but putting strain on his chakra capacity and system so early in life was robbing him of his ability to use elements, and further more, made it seemingly impossible to use ninjutsu; a cornerstone of ninja ability. By the time he was eight, and having developed no talents further then that, the clan began to grow annoyed. It seemed as though their investment was slowly failing them. By the time he was nine and had no ninjutsu to speak of outside of the average techniques, the clan in a harsh move, exiled him as if a broken toy. They cared little about the fact that Vice had made incredible strides with his doujutsu ability or that he was still young, they simply turned their back on him as a failure and so Vice left to enter into the world on his own accord.
He traveled north along a trade route where he survived by stealing. He was a shinobi of skill after all, and though fighting was far from his specialty physically, he made use of his still in any situation necessary for the sake of survival. At this time, he also took some pity on the individuals that he stole from; never harming any of them as he pilfered their food goods for his own use. Eventually he stumbled upon what he learned to be the Earth Country Valley Temple, who viewed him as nothing more then an orphan.
They had accepted him in as such, and Vice happily excepted. After all, he was more then content to accept whatever conditions that would provide his next source of food and shelter. However, it was only after the second day of staying here that he was approached with the idea of staying and taking up the path of a monk, like many others at the Temple, and allowing them to be his family as he grew, and the temple as his home. He considered it, and at first declined; still scarred by the events of his past, and how he was treated by his former 'family'.
However, his mind soon changed as he found many things that were intriguing to him. These monks worked with a new concept of chakra known as "Kekkai" or barrier arts, not to be confused with Kekkai Genkai, Kekkai was simply a combination of Ninjutsu and Fuuinjutsu in order to create chakra barriers; some with interesting and situational defensive and offensive capabilities. With his inability to use elemental ninjutsu limiting him, the art of Kekkai was more then just an oppertunity that he wanted to take advantage of, and thus, he accepted the offer to stay at the Valley Temple, and studied there under their arts.
While he was a natural because of his previous experience, the most influential of lessons came in the form of the philosophical and spiritual teachings. They taught the origins of both good and evil as small scale forces of an otherwise universal struggle for balance; Yin and Yang forces. He took this in as he would anything else though as he began applying this teaching to his observations he developed his own beliefs. Though he studied and trained by day, in the evenings he would use his Kekkai Genkai Doujutsu to look out onto the world and study the events that went on. During this time, one of the great shinobi wars was going on and he was more then attentive as one force attacked the other along the boarders too the south. Waterfall was seemingly spared from the dramatic events of the war, though the minor nations to the south where torn apart by the fighting.
It seemed as though the forces of Yin and Yang were blind, and all that mattered was ones will imposed on another. Good and Bad were only opinions based on whichever side you belong too. And then the innocent caught in between those battles, what of them? Where did they belong in this balance? It was then that he came to the conclusion that balance wasn't a matter of good and evil, but of energies. Just as the energies were in constant struggle, the great nations were all also in a struggle for power. If one of them stopped fighting, the would be destroyed and the balance would be interrupted. They weren't fighting to maintain balance, fighting WAS the balance. The struggle between them was the only thing that kept them afloat.
He left the Earth Temple soon after coming to this conclusion. He cold no longer learn under those who had preached good works when he believed that 'good' was a false ideals. He left without letting anyone know in the dead of night, and though he had assumed there were those there that could see, or even sense him leave, there was no one to chase him. He had stolen nothing, but had left with a new power and legacy that he would develop as he grew. He decided that he must return to Takigakure and from their gain his status as a shinobi so that he himself can participate as an agent of balance; a member of such violence that held the world together.
At the age of 15, he became the oldest member of waterfall country history to enter the ninja academy, and incidentally also the fastest to graduate; a single week. (comical right?) 15 wasn't uncommon for a Genin and luckily for him the chunnin exams were in the sam yeah, only three months later. Though for him, there were no participants to take place with him in the takigakure. So, he created two clones, elaborately with both his clan technique and his new found Kekkai abilities. These were very elaborate, and for him took more then a week to completely design. They were independent, but depended on him for defense, and were nothing but doppelgangers to pose as his team mates through the exams.
It turned out that it worked through the beginning stages. Eventually when he no longer needed a 'team' dynamic he simply extinguished the clones to save energy, though at this stage there were some that had figured out what he had done. He fought his way through, showcasing his barrier tech. While some found his trickery of the Chunnin exams as a mockery, others found it innovative and cunning, and so with much contraversy, they promoted him to chunnin status. Having a much different appearance now, no one had any clue that he was the exile of the Xemnas clan, and that he had a doujutsu that could once control nations...
Though this was a short lives success, as Takigakure was among the many who were disgusted by his taking advantage of the chunnin exams. Almost immediately after returning to the hidden waterfall, he was alerted that he was stripped of his chunnin title by the nations Diaymo. In his outrage an feelings of betrayal, he set up a situation in which it appeared as if he had commited suicide, though only staging his death in order to flee the country for good; vowing his revenge. Of course the shinobi soon discovered that it was a staged event, Vice was long gone, and though he was given missing-nin status, the village stubbornly never disclosed information on him; using it as something of a cover up. They boosted security on the Daiymo in case he was to eventually seek to kill the man responsible for his demotion, but as time passed and he didn't attack, the cover up lie that he had committed suicide became truth as time clouded many in a forgetful ignorance.
In the mean time, Vice himself had left to the east, crossing the boarders into Rice Field Country. He took up the job as a far, hand on one of the many rice field nursery and spent ten years in a secluded Hermit like state. He watched the world through his doujutsu and trained his barrier tech to levels and variations that the monks previous had never even dreamt up. He always imagined ways in which he could undermine Takigakure and eliminate his clan, though it would become obvious that the clan itself was all but eliminated in it's own foolishness. As he watched the foolishness of the world with the gaze that was only seconded by god himself, his view became more and more sadistic.
At the age of 25 he put his bruding plan into action. He infiltrated the Takigakure with easy simply be navigating its underwater caves that he used as his shelter and headquarters; quiet literally undermining them. He then, was able to create clones of himself and transform them to appear as individuals in the village itself; able to replicate shinobi and villagers alike and have his clones do little mission for him inside the village under the cover of their new alias, all while keeping track of their original with the Bantagan so that the two never met. He at any one time had 25 such clones sneaking through Takigakure in broad day light, all leading up to the secretive assassination of the village leader. Of course, quickly replacing this with a clone replica as well. He had successfully taken over leadership under this facadical figure by the age of 26.
To further his revenge, though he rather not end Takigakure itself as it was turning out to be a great resource. He first ordered that the nomads of his clan be eliminated from the country side, leading a mass extermination of the population. The clan was already greatly weaken from its own stupidity and only need be found to be cast off into genocide. After this was successful, practically going to war, and his past clan that had exiled him was dead, he aimed a step higher.
This time, disguising himself as village leader personally, he marched into the compound of the Feudal Lord, and slaughtered him, his guards, and his kinsmen; along with any witnesses to the carnage. His revenge on the waterfall country was all but complete. At the age of 27, he staged his own killing of the 'mad village leader' and appeared as a hero in the eyes of the man Takigakure villagers who were outraged that he had killed the Feudal Lord, when it was really him all along.
Of course, village leadership was by lineage, not by vote, and the next person took his place. However, now the 28 year old Vice could move in and out of the village as he saw fit. This was the opportune situation because with his new found village resources, he could even profit from the situation and the villages aquifer caverns served as the perfect HQ for his deeds; as very few besides those actual shinobi of the waterfall knew how to get there! Now that he had essentially taken over Takigakure, Vice had decided that it was time to look further... to the big picture.
