Description: Kamegami is the head of all the turtles. She is much like the leader of the Toads, she does not fight, very often. She does not use a weapon, like most other turtles, but is very skilled in Taijutsu. Kame also knows a little bit about medical jutsu. She is about the height of the average human woman. She has green skin and wears a light blue like band around her wrist. Also a light blue belt. Her chest is a yellowish tint, and he back is a hard shell, that normal weapons would have trouble breaking.

She is a very wise woman, and knows quite a lot about taijutsu. She is like a mother to the other turtles, and wants the best for them. If one of her turtles are hurt or worse killed, she will personally show up and fight the person to get her revenge. She is not someone to mess with. She is kind to most people. Like most turtles Kame loves to eat pizza, but this is not the only thing she eats. She is the oldest turtle alive, at the age of 356. Kame uses the elements water and wind.

It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control.
