Punishment?

After completing the mission with Ayame, Shihouin returned back home to his horrible apartment in the abandoned and now ghetto villages. Even though the Uchiha Massacre had happened some odd centuries ago, the price that the village paid to keep everything under control still lurked here. For all those decades of years, no one bothered to touch the complex and just to leave it alone. Due to that mentality, it had turned into a run down village with barely functioning apartments and a few landlords who traded buildings like they were cards because of their worth.

Drug cartels, crack heads, all of the things you would hate about your society would be there. Shihouin lived amongst all of them. In the very back of the complex lied an apartment building with six stories. There were only two people living in the entire building and Shihouin lived on the second floor. His apartment was the one in the corner, the one with his other set of ninja clothes hanging outside to dry.

The inside of his apartment was filthy. It was just one big entire room. The bed he had was lopsided and dirty, and the sheets he wore on them weren't ever really clean. He had no washer or dryer, so he had to wash everything in the sink until it got clean with hand soap. There was a small roach infested stove and a broken heater next to him and that was about it. There were a line of vegetables near the windows, the food he grew when he didn't want to use his money from missions to go out buying food.

Shihouin lay in his clothes, he didn't change when he got back. He laid on his bed with his eyes wide open, starting into one of the many safety hazards of his ceiling. What else was there to do? He felt a strange pull in the direction towards Ayame's house. He wanted to go there again. His apartment was probably as large as Ayame's entire room. In a way, the solitude of an Uchiha was getting to him. He was tired of being alone. He wanted to live with other people. Shihouin felt that it might not happen though. A bad wave of karma swept over him. He tired to ignore it, sitting up on the edge of his mattress as he looked out of the window. What would he do today?

OOC: Shihouin's Apartments

Togyou walked up the stairs he wore a black suit today that was considered fancy and showed he was here on business. As he walked up the stairs his white hair jumped up and down revealing his closed eyes. Each step was getting him closer towards his target and he had his eyes closed so he could sense the target. The target wasn't mobile at this time and he wasn't really aware he was there. That was good, Togyou though as he walked up the stairs maybe this wouldn't be to bad of a punishment.

As Togyou finally stood outside of Shihouins door he brought his hand up and instantly opened his eyes as he banged against the door. ”Shihouin Uchiha, This is Togyou Shihai the Hokages personal advisor. I assume you know why I am here. So please come out here with yourself unarmed and ready for punishment”

Togyou looked around as he waited for the genin monitoring all chakra activity in the room as he looked at the run out building. Beaten up, dirty, dust infested., germ breeding habitat of filth. Togyou hated buildings and commercial society for the way they ruined the world and thats why many would see him sleeping in a tree away from people and everything. It was the only place he'd feel natural.

Punish-waaa? Say what? Shihouin couldn't think of what he'd done. He didn't move in his bed at all. He got seriously silent and stayed that way for a few seconds as his mind ran over what he'd done. The only thing he could remember was stabbing that one loser chuunin, Hope in the lung. Was he really getting into trouble for that? The face of the Hokage crossed his mind. It was the old man that was behind this failure of a charade. This had to be some practical joke.

"Coming..!" Shihouin also remembered that he'd set the forest on fire, after Hope had drawn out all the water from the air, making the environment more suitable for fire. He'd left Hope there to burn, and in theory to essentially die. He'd done it out of frustration of his own progress and realized that he'd tried to kill not one, but two people twice, just to prove he was strong. Luckily the person at the door nor the Hokage knew about that incident. Only Kaosu-sensei and Ayame did and Shihouin had already apologized to her.

Shihouin wasn't going to go out like this though. No way. He would deal with the Hokage face to face. However, he had to deal with this guy outside of his door though. "There are some clothes on the ground, I'm coming!" Shihouin quickly prepared a small trap under the noise of himself moving the clothes around. It was pretty simple, but it was the most he could do. At this point, Shihouin thought about the person being an ANBU. There was definitely the chance that they would sense this next move.

Fuck it. He would do it anyways. At the last possible second before the door opened, if the ninja was good enough, he would feel the chakra on the other side split and move in two directions. One obviously headed towards the window at high speed. The clone would push on the door and keep it closed which would buy Shihouin time. Shihouin activated his one tomoe and flew out of the window, bounding back from building to building so he could get room to escape. If the ninja opened the door, he would find himself under a myriad of wires strung across the walls with explosive notes attached to them. He would lose his apartment, but not his pride.

Togyou as he stood in front of the door slowly counted to five. When he heard the kid reply after scrounging around he smirked. A runner I see... Dumbass kid Togyou brought his foot forward to sit against the door and as soon as he felt the chakra change he brought his steel toed boot forward causing the door to completely come off its rusted hinges sending It flying forward at a speed most would think a genin couldn't manage. As the door flew outwards it eliminated the clone since it was a sudden surprise and as it made contact with the floor covering up the clothes in the center of the room and the blatant trap that was set. Togyou smirked as he flicked his wrist a senbon flying towards one of the lamps in the room letting the bulb shatter as the senbon hit the bulb. All of his moves done just as Shihouin was starting to run for the window. Togyou moved his hands into hand-signs as his shadow started to extend towards Shihouin.

As the door came crashing down something had made its way to the windowsill and stood there in a squat position. This person was wearing an Anbu mask and looked at Shihouin. ”You gonna come peacefully kid, or what? You're going to the Hokage to be deemed your Punishment.” This man wore traditional Anbu clothing white body armor the mask of a an animal and black underclothes. He was clearly a jounin or higher from the way he acted and This man was ready for business if the kid wanted to play.

Did he really think that Shihouin was that simple? Out of all the tactics he'd thought of before, this one would not come up short by a long-stretch. The plan he had in mind did require a huge sacrifice, in the form of his apartment. He already assumed that they would block of either exits. That would obviously aid in forming a good enough trap to block his exits off. This would fail at the sacrifice of his apartment. Like all of his plans, they relied on key timing and pieces much like a chess set. Shihouin didn't like things to move slow. If his plan was similar to chess, it would be speed chess to say the least. The myriad of explosive notes and wires needed a trigger. What would that trigger be?

Shihouin didn't have time to see the ANBU jump in front of the window, by that time he'd already been long gone. He had a clear exit. His door went crashing down, but by the moment he'd heard the other person hit it on the otherside of the door he'd kawarimi'd with his pillow and was out of the house. Normally, a normal kawarimi would just be fine, but Shihouin had set up another version. The clone inside of the door popped and the trap took place. By the time the ANBU and Togyou had made their way into the room, the whole apartment would explode. Shihouin's kawarimi wasn't a normal one. It contained explosive tags that would ignite the trap he had set.

He was now officially a homeless person, but it was worth it. He had to go see the Hokage face to face, so he could explain what was going on. What was it about this punishment ordeal? What did he have in mind? Sure he shouldn't have lit that fire when he battled hope, but... Yeah. He shouldn't have done it. Out of his own frustration of progress, he'd tried to end someone's life. Maybe it was a mental problem... If it was, he would have to get rid of the weakness. Now way out of the range of both the genin his apartment, he rushed towards the Hokage. Even if they somehow were able to sense him, they would notice his direction. It was useless to go after him, as they -and Shihouin- would need to accept that he was walking right into his punishment.

It had been an hour since they had actually gotten the Uchiha to calm down. He sure was feisty Togyou thought as he had him over his shoulder tied up with Plasticuffs which were easily just as good as handcuffs. He also had the uchiha's legs in a tie with just an expanded version of Plasticuffs. These kept him from moving his arms or legs and kept the pressure together in which hand-signs were useless and the hands were truly incapable of movement. Shouting was most definitely uncomfortable and this was the way It should be.

As Togyou and his partner Shi walked the village glanced at them with eyes of distaste. Mainly because Togyou seemed to be in charge when it was known he was only a genin yet here he was bossing around and Anbu black ops. It didn't sit right with the village knowing that a kid was in such a high standing with the Hokage himself. As they walked through the busy streets the smell of freshly cooked food and such Shi made an outburst showing that he was hungry. So Togyou spoke out to Shihouin who hadn't spoke much since they had captured him. ”Shihouin, If you want to after this punishment I will personally take you out to lunch. You could also stay with a friend of mine while we fix your apartment since you did well blow the place up.”

Togyou then continued to walk and as they reached the stairs that led to the Hokage monuments he sighed it was gonna be a long walk. There was about Five million two hundred thousand and five hundred fifty seven steps that he had to walk up. With Shihouin over his shoulder his usually method would be reckless but that never did stop Togyou before. However this time he would have some fun and teach this kid a little lesson. ”Shihouin, on our little journey upwards I'm gonna tell you a few things.”

This was his start as he hopped on a single foot for about five seconds and then instantly bolted up the steps his body whizzing with his speed he was pushing himself faster and faster than he had every wanted to. As he was running he breathed heavily but still spoke ”Shihouin, you are of a noble and unique blood. Proud and strong supposedly. I can see that in your eyes and you still hold strong to the traditions.”

Togyou paused for a moment as he had continued to run and was getting to the hairpin in the stairway. He re-adjusted his hand to grasp further into Shihouins back this was for his safety as Togyou let himself hop and land onto the rail his legs springing Togyou back into a flip as he forced himself to lean to the side using Shihouins weight to his advantage spinning just enough to get his legs planted firmly into the wall as he ran across the wall and soon letting his legs switch and his shoulder grind against the wall as he landed on one of the steps continuing his run upwards. His shoulder stung but he could live with it and thats all that matters.

”Now, the only bad thing about you being proud, is that you are also cocky. Sure you have beaten someone who is stronger than you but that does that prove? That your strong? I think not if a genin could beat them then it would be obvious that anyone could beat them. You are a little prick when you act cocky trying to fight any and everyone. You may be eager to learn but that does not make you worth anything. You need to have a steady mind, body and heart to be a good shinobi. Think before you act but act as you think. A shinobi that acts on pride and analytical standings alone can not gain anything in a world run by emotions.

I know you are striving for Chunnin position but just because you are striving for it at full pace doesn't mean you will get it. You must remember certain factors. The first being Human's are endurance creatures physically and emotionally. We may not be able to outrun a horse at full gallop or even out maneuver a bird. We may be hit with shit after pile of shit kicked in the groins and shoved around beaten battered a bruised. Yet you do not see the man falling after that? You see them run faster, forward longer and further than anything that hit them to come out clean on the other side. You do not see a man collapse before even running. We are endurance we are resilient and so are you. Don't hate me because of this punishment Shihouin. If you want to hate me, hate my because I am better than you, if that is what you want to believe. Remember, some people may believe that things exist and things change. However one thing has become true for humanity. We endure throughout and so must you. So change yourself if you want but remember always endure the shit you are thrown into.”

Togyou then stopped at the top of the stairs and started panting. This was the last time he allowed himself to do this it was to hard on his body he had just pulled his usual run twenty three seconds faster than he normally did. As he walked down the line of Kages he stopped at the first hokage and plopped Shihouin down. He then pulled out a set of rope and a bungee cord. From there Togyou committed a lewd act of removing Shihouins clothing stripping him down to nothing but his pair of boxers. This was an act Togyou really didn't want to do but had been ordered to do. So he then flipped Shihouin around and wrapped the Bungee cord around the child's boxers securing them and he then focused chakra to his feet as he walked down the First's nose. As he did he dug a kunai into the first's nose where it had already chipped down. He shoved the kunai deep into the firsts nose and then connected the bungee cord to the loop in the kunai. He then took the rope and tied it around the Kunai and bungee cord. This was to secure the connection and it would hopefully save Shihouins life incase this didn't work.

As he finished he turned back to Shihouin. Togyou picked Shihouin up and brought him to the edge. ”Well I'm sorry Shihouin. This may seem cruel and unusual but it is best for you.” Togyou then dropped Shihouin from the First hokages nose and instantly dropped to a half squat grabbing the rope just incase. He then watched Shihouin fall and as the bungee cord stretched he could hear it snap back as it reached peaked elasticity. This caused a sudden jerk and a momentary lapse in motion to only send Shihouin flying back upwards like a booger being blown out and then sucked back into the nose repeatedly. Togyou watched and with a sad expression a single tear fell from his eye and landed on the Hokage's monument. ”I'm sorry Shihouin. This is too far I realize that now”
