| Kumogakure Weaponry/Items Air Trecks
Name of Weapon or Item: Air Trecks

Description: Air Trecks or ATs can be generalized as "high-end, customizable, motorized inline skates". They are composed of three major components: Wheel Motor, Hydraulic Cushion System, and Power Injection System. A Braking System is incorporated with most, equipped with a power-lock switch built on the outer sole of the skates. This overrides the acceleration system and enable Air Trecks to operate as normal inline skates as well. However most Riders (Air Treck users) use a Spin-Turn Stop technique, instead of a regular deceleration system to come to rest. However, the speed of Air Trecks are generated proportional to the power of the user's leg; the assist motor accelerates based on the force of a kick.
Air Trecks are really expensive and require regular tuning and maintenance for the rider to achieve the best results although a lot of people avoid them due to said price and the time input that it required to get to know the basics and eventually master them.
The biggest "thrill" of Air Trecks is the precisely calibrated air cushion system, which gives these self-propelled trick skates their juice. Along with the use of chakra (a D-rank amount), the ATs can give out an even higher speed allowing the user to move about 2x faster than usual.
Air Trecks are fully customizable, from the skate's design, to the wheels, and even down to the screws and laces. By combining various parts, one can truly make their own unique Air Treck. Most standard-issue parts are available at sporting goods stores, but the rare parts must be purchased at speciality shops (such as Glam Slum, which comes to Kumogakure every once in a while), which tend to be hidden or always on the road. The standard Air Treck has two wheels, but it is also possible for 4 wheels on each Air Treck, and even using spheres instead of wheels.
Being customizable, many skaters have customized their own Air Trecks to suit their own style; changing with various combinations of parts, even screws and/or readjusting the balance, altering the speed and performance of their Air Trecks tremendously but now Air Treck companies have speed limiters which slow down the speed of the ATs considerably, however people can to go to illegal AT shops such as the Glam Slum to break the limiter.
Abilities: None. Stores apply 'speed limiters' on the ATs which slows them down considerably. While using them with the limiters on, and having the motor working the user can only just move above the movement speed of and average shinobi.
History: After Akito's father drew out the plan means years before his sons arrival into the world, the man was pursued by global sporting stores all wanting to develop his idea and create the product (A.Ts).
He wanted his son to be one of first people to own and wear the A.Ts. He would be test dummy and they would be the prototype. The man fought off contractors for yours and even as his family was starting to get poorer he refused to sell the idea wanting his soon to be the one to wear the first pair and not some little spoiled rich kid.
And so, just before Akito's birth he had a low name blacksmith and a designer work endlessly on them and managed to perfect them for global use. For his son's sixth birthday he gave him the prototype pair of ATs. It caused a few accidents due to the dramatic speed boost that no-one noticed before hand. This caused the invention and perfection of the speed limiting device that was hidden within the heel of the Air Trecks attached to the top side of the motor.
After secretly watching his son grow more and more efficient in their use he decided it was finally time to sell up but beforehand he decided to create a company to ensure that his son would be able to live of the proceeds should anything happen to him, his father. The 'Fang Organization' then went onto see the plans of the Air Trecks to all the local sporting companies and mass production began. The companies we're not told the nature of the limiters due to the fact that the members of the Fang believed they would try to remove said limiters in order to increase sales or use them for illegal purposes.
Akito's father was soon assassinated. The company was unknowingly passed on to his offspring, his son Akito. The product soon began to be sold globally but at a very high price of around two hundred and fifty thousand ryo per pair.
However soon after Kumogakure had bought out 49% of the company and showed no stop to soon buying out the entire company. So a deal was made between Kaji Kanto and the owners. If they gave the rights of AT's to Kumogakure and its provinces exclusively they could stay in business and make profit. With this generous offer they accepted and with this Kumogakure took control of the business and now is the only Ninja village with access to these marvels of technology.

- The Kumogakure branched AT's have the limiters slightly lessened meaning the nin wearing them gets a 50% boost [Half a rank] to moment speed than what they normally would have without wearing these. However you can slightly lose control of these AT's and there turning radius has slightly decreased meaning one needs a slightly larger turn than normal.
Kumogakure Customized AT's -B-rank [Cost's 15 credits] [Chunin only]

- Chakra Capacitor – The At's now have the ability to store a B-rank amount of chakra that can be utilized In AT based jutsu's. However these must be charged up during a fight and take two post's to fully charge. AT based jutsu's for these AT's are limited to the ones Kumogakure has in its jutsu topic.
- Improved Wheels – The Air techs wheels have been upgraded with a highly condensed yet lightweight steel carbonate. These wheels have also been coated with a friction resistant and shock reducing polymer meaning they will not be subject to friction as much [Reduce in friction by 10%] Meaning less wear and tear on the wheels and that theirs less impact to the muscles and joints and it also provides lumbar support that promotes good posture.
- Complete removed Limiter – The limiter has been completely removed from these AT's thus meaning there 100% faster than they were with the limiter boosting all Nin's movement speed greatly [By one rank than they normally have]
- Stabilizers and traction gears – These air gears have added stabilizers and gears for traction meaning they can handle the increased speed and be able to corner and turn with efficiency of Normal Air techs.
Kumogakure Specialty's – A-rank [cost's 17 Credits] [Jounin only]

- Increased chakra capacitor – The At's can now hold elemental chakra and up to An A-rank amount of chakra. It takes 3 post's to fully charge the capacitors. [Custom jutsu's can now be made for your At's to utilize]
- Improved Stabilizers and Traction gears – The stabilizers and Traction gears have been improved making them able to turn and slide on a dime if they had to. The nin now has full control over what they can do with there At's.
Kumogakure custom's – S-rank [Cost anywhere from 20 – 30 credits] [Jounin+]
These are 100% custom made At's made just for the Ninja who is wearing them and are vastly superior to the generics.

Comes in a variety of colors, sold in a shop near you. Decals and stickers sold separately see details inside. Kumogakure has no liability in any harm or injury for the use and any inadvertent harm caused by using AT's. These are now Copyrighted by Kumogakure no sato.
Notes: All AT's are made with a spy patch implanted meaning that they can not be disassembled unless they are done by Kaji Kanto himself. This is to assure no one can copy them if they defect and leak this information to any other village.
