Fire Kaji (No, this is not a new jutsu)

Is anyone else sick of Kaji lording his powers over the chatbox like he invented the thing? I for one am sick and tired of his flagrant disrespect of members, as well as his strong arm tyrany over what will be talked about in the chatbox. All to frequently he comes online, bitches and whines, and tells people to walk on egg shells, cause he had a bad day. Now he's yelling at people who are just having fun, saying they love each other, cause he didn't want to read it? This has to stop.

All of the mods needs to take their powers more seriously, and stop booting, banning, and muting people for no good reason, other than to get their way. I'm fed up with Kaji's "I'm always right, so STFU while I boot you" attitude.

Does he even do mod work?!

And by the way, Kaji. This isn't disrespect, this is how I feel. Think I shouldn't be allowed to say so in topics either? Then you're twice the tyrant even -I- thought you were.

Yes i do mod work *points to the forum widgets, moderating work I've done, and various updates and systems i have developed.*

I do not have a "I'm always right attitude" and when I'm wrong i do admit it. I can admit i act childish but hell we all do on the chat box. If you want abusive Caranore is way more abusive than i am on it power wise. Since cara does it for sheer enjoyment while i usually have reasons behind my kicks and bans.

I did not do it because i did not want to read it. There is various reasons as to why i had did that.

• One a member showed discontent and asked me to put an end to it.
  
  
• They had been spamming the same thing over and over for about 5-10 minutes straight which we all know gets annoying.
  
  
• I do not show disrespect to members unless they have blatantly flamed me, like you did calling me a tyrant even though i did warn the two after they ignored me asking them to stop and then me telling them to stop. Every time i go through the same shit because they do not listen.
  
  
• You also have a blatant disregard of being disrespectful and thinking your right.
  
  
• Lee and Bao are both people who have had various and many many many MANY warnings to stop this yet they completely ignore this and after a few moments always start back up.
  
  
• I'd like to note that Rash decisions like this one you just did by posting this up is very very very childish wind. *notes it was less than 5 minutes after she had been banned for flaming and disrespecting a staff member various times by calling me a tyrant repeatedly.
  
  
• Also i bitch not because i t have the right to. I admit i do not but when i get on and i get 5-10 people begging me screaming at me and literally acting like children asking me to do shit when i walk in. There are other mods besides me use em got damned. I get asked repeatedly by almost everyone to look at something do something when i am busy either IRL or working on the site to make it better. I work hard on SA no one person can deny this and neither can you Wind. I try to please everyone yet you all think i ain't tired and i don't get run down, so yeah i work hard IRL to support myself and balance this site and work as a hard mod. So Wind you have a problem with me I really don't care i do a lot for this site and rarely ask for help or a break. So i don't see why i need to be fired when i deal with people everyday that can be considered idiots IRL and Online.

Well, seeing as I'm banned for no reason, I have all this time to kill. Figured I'd be constructive with my downtown, and point out some flaws. Speaking of downtime, shouldn't you be finishing that post you said you started 2 days ago for me? Now, let's actually discuss some of these wonderful points you brought up.

As nice as that is, when I got online there was 5 people in the Cbox. 2 talking to each other, 1 that had complained, and 1 who didn't seem to care. Oh please,I come in and see the same crap getting spammed for ten minutes every night. The fact of the matter is, You didn't like the conversation, and -you- wanted to end it. so you did, by abusing your powers on two people who were not breaking rules. No, I don't agree that what they did was spam. Spam is repatitve, mindless posts for only the thrill of bugging people. What they were doing was "Having FUn." I know in your work 20 hours a day, never get any time off life, you might not know what Fun is, but try not to ruin other people's good time, kay?

Lee and Bao were having fun. Don't like? Don't watch! Bao is constantly banned, muted, and abused by the mods for no good reason. I'm there, I see it all the time. It needs to stop. Rash desicion?! Are you kidding me, I knew exactly what I was doing when I posted this. I don't make these claims out of some place of hurt or anger, I make these claims because they are TRUE. I didn't Flame you. I didn't disrespect you. As I said over and over, as a free thinking player, it is MY RIGHT to disagree with whatever staff members I want too. Don't like it? Too Fucking Bad.

LOL yeah, this post is what's stopping you from approving all those apps, fixing all the widgets, and doing your general mod duties. It certainly isn't WC3, or hours of mindless downtime int he cbox. Kaji, like I said in the chat box, you seriously need to grow up, and stop acting like this is your little playground, and you're the biggest kid. The bully act wasn't even in cool in elementary school, and it's not ever going to be cool here. You are rude, you're abrasive, and no, for the record, you're a tyrant. Over and over Kaji abuses his powers and act like he's King Shit. I'm sick of it. Discipline your damn moderators, GN, and stop letting them act like over privileged children.

After my ban was lifted Kaji and I spoke and patched up our little argument, however I intend on leaving this here as an example. I have still seen this happening far to often, and Kaji is not the only mod who thinks it's fun to ban and mute for no reason. Some restraints need to be put in place, and mods should be setting a better example than that.

No, don't fire Kaji, I never expected my topic would accomplish that anyway, the name is just eye grabbing, and draws attention. I just think you Moderators really need to take your positions more seriously. Think of it like a job, not a hobby. Role playing is a hobby, but being an admin, or mod, is a full time, thankless, pain in the ass job.

Moderators are there to serve the players, not vice versa.

ALl i read of your last post was left up as an example. This was the worst handling of a situation i have ever seen. Especially after you got onto my case for hounding someone in a childish manner. If you want to bring something to a group of people and have them take you seriously. Be more professional about how you word it. As an adult of the "suprior older generation" that you hold yourself in so high self esteem. Perhpas you should lay off the pot and get in touch with reality. I admit i have my moments, but yours is a nonstop contradict yourself of up and down emotions and from coming from that myself adn dealing with things heavier then pot which affected me the same way, Id say that is spot on where ur inconsistency in tone from word to word sentence to sentence comes from. THe only reason i make such bold comments as I do for the most part is the staff for the most part trust my judgement in what I say and they do keep me in check when i get out of line. The same could be said for ur own post, really a weak defense. And its not just my own oppinion. If you really tink im the only person here who thinks that, main people, then u obviously havent paid attention. To be honest I get kicked and banned at least three times a day but I don't care. To be honest, there are more important things in life to worry and moan about. I should know I'm loosing my mum in the next few weeks to a brain tumour and I nearly lost my brother to his brain tumour.

I'm using this as an example to STFU and get over your little arguements as life is too short. I don't want 'Ahhh sorry dude etc etc etc'. I'm using this for the pure reason for snapping you all into shape

P.S. Kaji does a HELL of A LOT of work for the site and all that say otherwise I'd like to say stfu and get lost as he works 2 jobs and goes to college. Trust me that is alot of work as i goto University (UKs version of US college) and its hard enough doing that without 2 jobs

I'm sorry you're about to loose your mother, though I see no correlation between that tragic example, and me speaking out against mods abusing their power. Yes, Kaji does do a lot of work, So do the other mods, however it must be acknowledged that they can be a little less abusive with their mod powers. Sometimes it's funny to see the entire room get muted, or someone to be joking booted, I guess. The bulk majority of the time, however, it is disrespectful, rude, and down right annoying.

Yes, I know you people feel the need to jump to the defense of moderators, and at times I'll do it too, however no words you members have to say are going to make my arguments any less valid, and any less annoying. The power abuse simply must stop.

For the record, no one likes being banned for an hour. No one likes being booted while trying to make their case, or argument. No one likes a moderator telling them to shut up and do as you're told.

Um yes i admitted to not knowing whats going on between you and kaji, My points have been pointed at previous experiences with you and also your shitty way of handling whats going on between you and Kaji. All I need to base my points off of is your first post which is very much......unrehearsed and unprofessional to the near max. The only reason I started posting here is because you seem to think that posting in that tone and way should be "an example" and how everyone should handle it. Whining pissing and moaning is not how it is to be handled. Your first post was a blatant flame, which you've attacked me via pc for doing to bao one time I believe. Jin only did the babyish act you mention once really. Im referring to the everyday tone and mood and actions used by Jin. I was around him for four years, I think I would know similar behavior when I see it. Again, I am keeping it civil. There is no harsh tone in this post at all. Ive said that several times over already, and you can ask anyone who knows me well, this is an extremely calm and focused posting on my part.

Now I dont care if you made this topic for debate or not. For the several hundredth time, I dont care that you made a move at Kaji. For the hundredth time, it was the manner it was handled, and then said it should be used as an example. Now about paying attention and accusatory fingers? My dear woman, that has always been my basic role on SA, NN, and mura (all sites from the same line of Rpers). Did you not see what I did on US. At least 1.0 because my general outspoken comments on staff stuff happened in the staff lounge on 2.0 so I doubt you saw them. I have personally called out every single staff member we currently have at this current time aside from Nono, Hana, and Resaki, and TnT. That is only because they have yet to give me reason to.
Notice I did not add Gn to that list. Yes even at one point have even called out Gn. And everyone knows what tremendous respect I have for the man as both an Rper and the ability to keep his cool and handle his situations with out emotions. Just because I dont do it in such immature fashion as to flame them and I generally just point it out or talk to them in a PC because its as close to face to face as I can get. And when I need others suppport Ill bring it MC. Every so often Ill post something in chat against the act of a mod or something like that.

Honestly, no our staff team is not perfect by any means. Its called accepting people as human beings. The tone Im getting from you is rather unappreciative to the fact that our staff team is several times better then most any other RPG sites. You want a tyrant? Go to NR and look at how todd/cirrus runs his site. Kajis got nothing on him. Not to mention this site is so much better run then US and NR combined, two sites that have been running themselves into the ground for quite a while now. Your looking the gift horse in the mouth sister.
