Description: The user grabs the opponent's feet and spins around rapidly, twirling the target by there feet until the user sends them hurling.

Description: The user simply strikes their opponent with both palms, concentrating enough strength to each palm, to push them up to half a meter back. The use of both hands means the user is able to push away a block the opponent may have set up or deflect an attack with one hand, while the other hand strikes the opponent for damage.
